I don't normally write reviews, but Harper's Towing went above and beyond. From the moment I called to the moment the tow technician arrived, it was a positive experience. Christopher helped me out with getting my vehicle towed and pointed me in the right direction when I was going to get my car towed to the wrong place. I can't thank him enough. I will 100% be recommending Harper's towing to anyone in need of a tow in the future. They were compassionate and helpful through and through.
Needed to get my car tow to the dealership. My battery had died, and I was unable to get the car door open. I called Harper's towing, and they sent Henry to help me out. He was very professional and got the job done in short matter.
I got their phone number from Land Rover Austin Service Center. I am a San Antonio native that was stranded in Austin. My poor red R-Line Volkswagen Beetle... My insurance was unable to tow me for a reasonable price, but Harper's got me! 10/10 customer service. Life savers. Grateful for that purple tow truck. A better budget alternative for what I needed. As a college student, I am deeply appreciative to Harper's Towing.

At 430 they said they would be here “in either 30 mins or 60 mins”. That timeframe was completely inaccurate. Didn’t arrive for hrs. The mechanic was closed by then. If you want an accurate time for towing go somewhere else. After lying when they said 30-60 mins they ask for payment to send the tow. So you are locked in unless you want to give up the $250. I chose them because they are located a couple miles from where I broke down. The mechanic was 2.5 miles away. Still $250 charge and they took hrs and gave a lying arrival time.
Fast and efficient! Called two other companies with no reply and Harper picked up on the second ring. Chris was great and go my car loaded up and to the dealership within a short period of time. Highly recommend!
If needed again, I will not hesitate to call Harper’s! Their response time was incredible given the time of night that I called. Great service and highly recommend!
This tow company is amazing! My family have been using them for a long time and never had a complaints. All the representatives are very friendly and the trucks are very clean and appear to be very well maintained. Top notch business that's been around for a long time. I would highly recommend!
Dripping Springs Automotive recommended Harper’s towing. Jon arrived shortly after I made the call for a tow. Since it was 93+ outside I was relieved it was so quick. He introduced himself & did a bit of troubleshooting to confirm the car needed a tow before hooking it up. Bery professional & friendly. I have AAA but am glad I used Harpers. Car arrived safely with no hickups. Very dependable. Thanks!
Harper Towing was recommended to me by my car dealership when I was having no luck with any other towing company. They were the third company I called. They were to me in under 20 minutes, when the saga of the the other tow companies couldn't even be bothered to give me an ETA. They got my car off to the dealership quickly. I highly recommend them and will not be calling any other towing company for any future needs. Johnathan was my tow truck driver. He was funny, understanding and personable.
Excellent service. Fast, friendly, safe, thorough. I called and within 35 minutes my car was off the lot on the way to the shop. I'll use them for any future towing needs.
Wed. Feb. 26th. Highly recommend if you need towing service! Dispatcher was courteous. Henry was dispatched out in less than an hour. He made sure my car was loaded and unloaded carefully, answered all my question. Once at the dealership, he communicated with the service mgr. and made sure it was parked in the correct lot and was attended to!
Called them for a tow since my vehicle was having issues and i had to pull into a gas station. They arrived timely which I really appreciated since my kid was with me. The driver was nice and helpful. He even checked with me to make sure we had someone picking us up. I appreciated his sincerity in making sure we were ok! I will call them the next time I need a tow.
You guys are amazing! My car broke down this morning when it was literally freezing cold outside, leaving me and my daughter stranded on the side of 1826. Y’all were the third call I made because nobody else was picking up - from now on you’ll be the first company I call. You guys answered right away and the person I spoke to was kind, professional, and reassuring when I was stressed about my daughter being in the cold. Chris showed up within 30 minutes, took my keys, and invited me and my daughter to warm up in his truck. He loaded up the car super fast and we were on the road in about 5 to 10 minutes. Chris was delightful to talk to on the drive to my mechanic and made us feel safe and at ease. That was the best service I’ve ever received from a tow company, and at a very reasonable price for driving all the way from Driftwood to north of 183. I didn’t feel gouged or taken advantage of in the least. Y’all made what could have been a real bummer of a morning into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I am so grateful!

I had to have my girlfriends car tow early on a Sunday morning. I called 7 different tow companies before contacting them. Most of the companies didn't have a tow truck available and few lacked very basic customer service skills. But after calling Harpers I was impressed. They were professional in every way. The dispatcher was extremely courteous and was very customer service oriented unlike the other Tow companies. John the tow operator arrived within 15 mins of calling them. He was professional in every way. If you need a Tow call Harpers the best Tow operation in Austin/Central Texas.
