This tow company is amazing! My family have been using them for a long time and never had a complaints. All the representatives are very friendly and the trucks are very clean and appear to be very well maintained. Top notch business that's been around for a long time. I would highly recommend!
Dripping Springs Automotive recommended Harper’s towing. Jon arrived shortly after I made the call for a tow. Since it was 93+ outside I was relieved it was so quick. He introduced himself & did a bit of troubleshooting to confirm the car needed a tow before hooking it up. Bery professional & friendly. I have AAA but am glad I used Harpers. Harper Towing was recommended to me by my car dealership when I was having no luck with any other towing company. They were the third company I called. They were to me in under 20 minutes, when the saga of the the other tow companies couldn't even be bothered to give me an ETA. They got my car off to the dealership quickly. I highly recommend them and will not be calling any other towing company for any future needs. Johnathan was my tow truck driver. He was funny, understanding and personable.
Excellent service. Fast, friendly, safe, thorough. I called and within 35 minutes my car was off the lot on the way to the shop. I'll use them for any future towing needs.
Wed. Feb. 26th. Highly recommend if you need towing service! Dispatcher was courteous. Henry was dispatched out in less than an hour. He made sure my car was loaded and unloaded carefully, answered all my question. Once at the dealership, he communicated with the service mgr. and made sure it was parked in the correct lot and was attended to!
Called them for a tow since my vehicle was having issues and i had to pull into a gas station. They arrived timely which I really appreciated since my kid was with me. The driver was nice and helpful. He even checked with me to make sure we had someone picking us up. I appreciated his sincerity in making sure we were ok! I will call them the next time I need a tow.
You guys are amazing! My car broke down this morning when it was literally freezing cold outside, leaving me and my daughter stranded on the side of 1826. Y’all were the third call I made because nobody else was picking up - from now on you’ll be the first company I call. You guys answered right away and the person I spoke to was kind, professional, and reassuring when I was stressed about my daughter being in the cold. Chris showed up within 30 minutes, took my keys, and invited me and my daughter to warm up in his truck. He loaded up the car super fast and we were on the road in about 5 to 10 minutes. Chris was delightful to talk to on the drive to my mechanic and made us feel safe and at ease. That was the best service I’ve ever received from a tow company, and at a very reasonable price for driving all the way from Driftwood to north of 183. I didn’t feel gouged or taken advantage of in the least. Y’all made what could have been a real bummer of a morning into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I am so grateful!

Great service! Trying to leave work and my truck wouldn't start on a Friday night during rush hour. Looked up towing services and 1st on the list was Harpers Towing and they had great reviews (all well deserved) The guy that took my info was great and said it'd be about an hr. Chris showed up and was awesome. Very friendly and good conversation on the ride to where I was being towed. Would definitely recommend Haper's Towing!
Wheel came off while driving. I called 3-5 other tow services that said they were at least 1 to 2 hours out. I called Harper Towing and they had a driver out to me in 25 min. Fast service and friendly driver. I highly recommend Them.

Not that this place needs more good reviews but I just had to leave one. I’ve never “enjoyed” a towing service and it’s always a little iffy getting your car towed as a woman. BUT these guys came out SO fast!! The driver was super friendly and made me feel at ease! They’re amazing! I highly recommend and will be using them next time (hopefully there’s not a next time?)! Pricing was fair but to be honest, I’m fine giving them my money so I couldn’t even give you an unbiased opinion on pricing.
My driver, Johnathan arrived quickly and was very professional. He was able to get my car out of the way of traffic & was so nice! I didn't have to worry about my car anymore. I knew that he would get it to the mechanic safely. I'm so impressed with the service and would use this company again if needed.
I had to have my girlfriends car tow early on a Sunday morning. I called 7 different tow companies before contacting them. Most of the companies didn't have a tow truck available and few lacked very basic customer service skills. But after calling Harpers I was impressed. They were professional in every way. The dispatcher was extremely courteous and was very customer service oriented unlike the other Tow companies. John the tow operator arrived within 15 mins of calling them.
