Worst experience of my life, never in my life have I had to wait almost 2 hours for a tow truck and then the guy thought he was doing me a favor by giving me a $10 refund. Why don’t you give me a $60 refund or a full refund? Honestly, I had begged to give me a full refund so I could call another tow truck company. This is the worst experience of my life being stranded at a gas station surrounded by homeless as a single woman. I just want to cry. Do not use this tow truck company worst company ever they don’t even seem legit—the man kept saying he was tracking the driver and he was on the way. Blah blah a bunch of bs.
Had a double blow out on passenger side. Called 10-4. Answered phone immediately. Driver called within 5 mins. He was at my location in under 10 mins. Gave me a ride to my house. Load and unload was fast, safe, and efficient. Will use again!

Oscar (dispatcher) was pleasant to work with and so was Mohammad (driver.) The cost of the transport was very reasonable and time frame was incredibly QUICK (30 minutes.) Mohammad used great care while loading and unloading my truck, and his gentle nature calmed me down (as I had gotten the run around for the past 4 hours on getting my truck transported to my mechanic from another tow company!) I am a single parent and their speedy response resulted in my truck getting fixed same day. GREAT JOB

I Called to simply get a quote (which I specified at the beginning of the call) &' the guy "assumed" I was ready to give my card info over the phone .. When I reiterated I was only seeking quotes, he very rudely hung up in my face. Poor customer service &' very rude/unprofessional..
10-4 Towing was one of the quickest and most reliable tows I’ve ever had. I just left lunch and realized I had a flat tire. I called 10-4 tow, they were there in 15 minutes. Friendly driver too!
Terrible company! Terrible procedures and practices. Scheduled a tow way in advance (about 4 days in advance at minimum). They were already late so told them to just come at a different time (an hr after the original scheduled time). Was still going to be late getting to me even with the new time so told them I'll just reschedule for another day. Tow driver said well he was on the way already (remember still late), so I said I'll just reschedule for another day they still wanted to charge $90 bucks for him still being late twice. Yes understandable to charge a SMALL FEE for finally being enroute. But $90 bucks is outrageous being that he was still going to be late getting to me TWICE when I scheduled this tow in advance. Maybe $20-$30 bucks but $90, no that is ridiculous. The service is just terrible and def would not recommend for anyone to use this business. I shouldn't even have to pay anything because they were going to be late getting to me regardless. The fees are just outrageous for the towing anyway. This is what happens when you try to still give them a chance. I will not be calling them back ever and would not recommend anyone else to get messed over by these people! They are just money hungry, not a good look for business!
These guys were able to tow my car at last minute put my parts in car and hand over the keys and got delivered safe thanks guys and will definitely use you guys if needed

This group is AMAZING. Answers their phone (right away), was very patient with me in finding my location, sent the best two driver in the universe out (A.S.R. Towing) who guided me to the best mechanics in the universe (Princess Auto). Then, they followed up to make sure I got where I needed to go. Definitely recommend this service 100%,
Even though my morning started rough. I was glad that the 10-4 tow of Austin was ready for the pickup. Called them and about 20 minutes they were on site getting my vehicle ready to take to the shop. Thank you guys and the fantastic driver
Scheduled a tow. They arrived on time and were very nice. Easy process! I thought the cost was a little high ($155) for a 4 mile tow, but what do I know. Driver was great and super polite/efficient.
Called them for a flatbed toe of my disabled 79 Mercedes two-door vehicle low to the ground. As a lover of classic cars this is not my first tow experience. Even though I've never been the victim of a horror story usually there is a pretty big waiting. For non-emergency tows. Instead Oscar showed up almost 15 minutes after I placed the call was exceptionally friendly careful thoughtful and very pleasant to speak with while being speedy and professional. Unlike every other service I've used they sent a photo of the vehicle deposited at the shop for confirmation and directly communicated with me every step of the way even though it was mere miles from the distance!
Called several companies and they were all too busy. Called and 10-4 answered right away and immediately dispatched a driver. Towed my truck all the way from Austin to the shop in Lexington. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and took pictures of the truck once it was parked to assure me it was delivered. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing tow service.
Had a scheduled pickup and no one showed or answered the phone it was very inconvenient for me. I do not recommend this company. I wasn’t even able to leave a message so much for 24 hour service
My tow driver was a very kind man who called me to update me every step of the process and sent pictures dropping it off so I knew he left her safe at the mechanic. Thank you to the kind man who picked up my 2013 Elantra that night!
