Worst customer services ever. I have a property they tow from and when I emailed then called about the ongoing situation that doesn't allow me to park in handicap. They told me to take it up with the apartments in the middle of the night which is why the apartment hired them. So the tow company doesn't help the tenants if it doesn't benefit them nor on their time and the right color apparently. I can't move any sooner so I don't have to deal with this so call tow/wrecker company.
My car was wrongfully towed on the 15th of August 2024 and has yet to be returned to me they are giving me the runaround I was told originally I would be contacted within one to two business days I am on day 5 now and have yet to hear from anyone they are telling me I would have to pay to receive my vehicle when it was wrongfully towed by their tow truck driver I am trying very hard to stay sane and calm in this process. I am going to be filing a lawsuit Monday morning for way more than what it's costing my car to sit in their yard when they could have returned it to me. It's all I have left from my father who passed away 2 years ago they are very heartless and they have a one-star review on every app. Do not tow with a&a wrecker they are the worst.
