I have an abandoned box truck in my parking lot, just needed it impounded. While not able to help in this situation, the man I spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant and offered some advice on where I could find a towing service that does abondoned vehicles. If I ever need a tow I'm calling this company.
My driver, named Hit, was courteous, professional and explained what he doing each step of the way to winch my 40 ft motorhome out of the mud and back on the highway.

Solo female traveler approved! I feel like crying typing this. I’ve had the most stressful time with my sprinter van breaking down. I called the towing company for help. Hit coached me into finding my turbo hose and took the time to educate me a bit on the vehicle. He told me if I wanted to travel cross country in the van, I should understand what I’m looking at. I managed to drive without turbo to their shop, where James took his time to locate a puncture and patch it temporarily for me to at least get to the shop. Thank you SO MUCH for helping me stay safe and taking the time to help educate me some on how my van works. You both have good karma coming your way! Thank you!
This company restored our faith in humanity during an impossible situation with our moving company. The owner, Hit, and his crew went out of their way to help us at absolutely zero benefit to themselves. We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being. This level of integrity and honesty is hard to come by, but such a blessing when you find it.
Big shout out to Hit!!!! I was a danzel in distress stuck in a ditch and his crew were all busy and he suited up and came to the rescue. I called this morning in need of a towing service and even though Statewide Towing was not able to help me due to the make and model of my car he quickly made a phone call to get me the help. My car was towed to VW Hewlett in Georgetown within an hour. Prior to calling Statewide Towing I was super frustrated not really knowing what to do. I know this isn't Cruise America's company, but I wanted to leave a good review with 5 stars so I'm going to leave it here instead of on their page. We had major issues with our RV rental from California. Hit and Matthew were really awesome and helped us deal with the issues from their end. I called because my car was stuck in a mixture of ice and slush, and I couldn't figure out what to do. My family recommended calling a tow truck...but because of the snowstorm wreaking havoc in Texas currently, no companies were answering.
I finally called this company and someone answered who let me know they were completely backed up with towing emergencies (understandable) and would be unable to get out to me. But he talked me through the process of the best way to try to get my car free on my own, including a great suggestion to use my tire iron to break up the ice. He was very friendly and explained the process throughly. Although it took what felt like forever, I managed to get myself out of there!
Even though I didn't use your towing services, I wish I knew what the name of the person was who helped talk me through it. Very professional, helpful, and friendly! If I ever have another towing emergency, I will reach out to y'all for sure!
I can’t Remember our operators name. But his initials were BH. He is an amazing person! He went above and beyond for us while his only job was to tow our car. He gave us tips on car safety and how to deter thieves. You see I was the victim of car theft. I will always be grateful for his help. I will forever recommend this company. Even during this Pandemic they were beyond nice and professional. I’m not exaggerating when I say he was an angel and he has restored my faith in humanity. Thanks BH keep up the good work

I called this morning because my car was stuck in the driveway at home, and they sent someone out within a couple of hours (I was in no rush) who jump-started my car and advised me on what the problem was with the battery, too. I couldn't have asked for better or more courteous service, or an easier process!! Thank y'all so much!

My trans decided to go south and I was stuck in the middle of a parking lot. I looked at the reviews of some of the towing companies and this towing company was highly rated. The ratings do not lie! The customer service was so friendly and helpful! Jonathan whom was the driver for the recovery truck was exeptional in care of your vehicle as well as the service. If I ever break down again and hoping I don't, they will be be my number call and recommendation to anyone...period!
Coach-Net sent them to assist with our RV. They took the time to get all the information needed to bring the correct equipment. The driver was knowledgeable, provide timely service and did a superb job. So many times working with an RV is foreign to Wrecker Services but Statewide had the right people and the right equipment. Awesome experience with this company (well, about as awesome as you can get when your car is acting up on you ). Didn’t catch his name but the driver who came out to get my car was super friendly and fast, really helped calm my nerves. Wound up calling again the next day to get my car from the mechanic to my apartment. Would definetly recommend to anyone needing a tow in the Austin area!

Due to Austin traffic, I had to wait a while for my service provider, Hiten, to arrive, but once he got there he was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional!! He wasn't rushed and his knowledge helped us to decide on a course of action!!! I definitely recommend this company!
my bike needed to be towed thru verizon road side. I heard they don't pay tow company's much. nobody would take the call. statewide ended up doing it and saved me much hardship. I will recommend them to anyone that needs tow.
The gentleman expert who showed up was prompt, professional and courteous. When he started rigging my car get it moving we discovered I was missing a crucial towing hook. At that point he improvised and got us out of the way fast.
The gentleman ( named Hiten) was very knowledgeable and had good advice on things to do next day. His attitude was like that of a first responder, EMS and friend rolled into one.
Hit was so amazing! We bought a vehicle which did not last us 15 min into what was supposed to be an hour and a half drive back to SA. We called statewide towing and received prompt and professional towing assistance. He was considered about our welfare and wanted us to exit the highway safely. He then spent another hour with us explaining the process of having the car impounded since our card had been declined and was very patient with all our questions.
They're rates were reasonable and they consistently kept in touch throughout the whole night and morning to meet up with us to retrieve the vehicle. No damage!!
This was my first time using Statewide Towing. I called and within 45 min. to an hour Myron called and arrived when he saud he would to tow my truck to the mechanic.
