Requested a tow at 5:30pm. Man stated the driver would be on his way and would call me. No call received. Called back at 6 and the guy stated the driver would be calling me that he was finishing up a job. Called at 6:30 and the guy stated the driver was on the highway on his way but couldn’t get to his phone. Guy stated he would call the driver to get an eta and call me right back. No call back. 7pm comes around. Called back. Guy was surprised the driver had not called me yet and placed me on hold to call the driver. Driver calls me to ask me for my location which was given to the towing company 1.5 hrs ago when I originally called. That is at the same point and time they charged my card for the tow. On their website it states a tow truck would be here within 30 minutes. We are still waiting. The driver said he’ll be here in 30 minutes. I will update if the service gets any better. As of now, worst towing services. They have no communication with each other and don’t give realistic expectations.
It’s like a call center. They route you to independents. On the expensive side if you go further that their basic distance. This one time we hit a hopeless driver that was rude, not very helpful and actually damaged the vehicle.
We had a flat tire in Georgetown, TX about 9:30pm on a Thursday night and the spare tire was not able to be used so we called Abba Towing and they towed our car about 14 miles and charged us $240.00 and claimed that was a discount. They took advantage of us. I would not recommend this company. I now have a roadside assistance plan so I will not get ripped off by crooks like this towing company again. I have learned my lesson.

They contract out their calls through 360 towing solutions. They initially quoted us $79. Once the vehicle is hooked up, they then inform you it will be another $95 to actually tow. Basically it's a hostage situation. Abba acts as if they are unaware of the charges or the quotes. They do not strive for excellence, honor or customer satisfaction! They leave their drivers in a lurch to deal with unsatisfied customers. No wonder why the 1st 10 miles are free, because they will rob you and hold your vehicle hostage!
Car stalled in a parking lot. Called for a tow, was told it would cost $89 for a driver to come out and additional $ for the actual tow. Driver came out turned on the vehicle and it started. I was charged $99 instead of the $89 quoted. Didn’t look at my invoice until I got home. The receipt was blank but the $89 was scratched out and $99 was written in. I called the tow guy that afternoon he said to text him my information and he would email or text me an invoice. I text the following day was told he would send when he got back to the office. I called the company the next day was told they would look into why I was charged more and would send me the invoice. Still nothing, Day 3. Just got off the phone with George 360 Towing and promised that the information would be sent with in 15 minutes. Now 30 minutes later......nothing.
NOT CHEAP AT ALL.
It's 2am, walking out of west 6th with my sister when it appears I've lost my car key fob. Called these guys and they managed the whole endeavor in 2 hours. As quick as they were, I was charged $215 for a 9 mile tow. Extremely expensive and I kick myself over and over again for burning this money.
Now that I need to tow the car to the Volvo dealer to replace the key fob, I will not be using them again. Will instead do the research for a cheaper company.
Great service. We were stuck in Brownwood and needed to get our vehicle to Austin on a Friday afternoon. Daniel got us taken care of - very appreciated.
I called this tow company after having my car breakdown for the second time in two days.
The first time it broke down the company I called was able to pick it up in a bad spot right off E Riverside and 35 by the Dog Park. It was tight spaces and hard to work around. The Driver was able to get my car loaded and get me moving within 15 minutes of starting the load.
I was charged $92 for their service.
I would have called this first tow company again had I remembered their name or number. Sadly I did not save it.
The next day (yesterday) I found ABBA and called them to come pick it up right on the corner of Seton and 24.5 St. There were no cars in front of it, nothing directly behind, it was right on the corner within easy access for the driver to come get it since I'd known they would need to do so.
It took the driver (Rodas, Truck #1) 45 minutes to load it up. After it was all said and done he informed me that the total charge would be $186...more than double what their competitors charged me.
*$55 for a service charge. (Which is still confusing to me that there is a service charge AND the towing charge...I would have thought the two would combine into one charge when the driver arrived)
*$36 for Mileage
*$95 for the Towing Charge.
The towing charge alone was more expensive than the entire cost of my tow from the business before them the day before.
The manager was kind enough to remove the Mileage cost. And that I appreciate, but I can not in good faith ever recommend this company to anyone else. Avoid them. Find another company to move your car.
