I got off of work today and noticed I had a flat tire. I was having trouble finding a tire shop that was open on a Sunday after I got off of work so I decided to just pull into a gas station to fill it up just to make it home. Omeed pulled up behind my car out of no where and told me he saw a nail in my tire. Instead of me filling it up with air he offered to fix it right there on the spot. What he didn’t know is I’m 4 months pregnant and really did not want to have to change a heavy tire. He fixed it up all from the kindness of his heart and really helped me out. I cannot thank him enough! This is a great company!
Terrible terrible terrible! At 12am I needed a tow. Never arrived. Called and said they were 5 min out after waiting 1 hour for a tow. However, he never pulled up! Never ever will I ever use this company. Not even if it was free!

These guys are rude and absolutely no help. My insurance called upon them to help. Refused to come help. Had to call my buddy to come help with his jeep. Only had to roll out 60’ of winch cable and hooked up. Pulled out no problem. Would never call these guys for help. Find better people that are not rude and are actual help. Told me good luck. Amazing service. My car broke down at the gym and I needed it towed back to my house: the first company took forever and eventually cancelled on me. Luckily Omeed was able to help even though it was close to 1 am and deliver my car to me very quickly. I didn’t have to waste time meeting him at the car either. Omeed was a lifesaver for me. I had issues turning my car on and eventually decided to get it towed back to my apartment complex. As soon as he arrived, he was kind and comforting, which I really appreciated given the circumstances. I also felt safe with him there as I was alone at night with my car. Furthermore, he towed my car back home to my apartment complex garage, which is hard to navigate through, and successfully put it in the correct parking spot. To be honest I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, even though having car issues is not what I wanted on a Friday night during a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Omeed’s Towing, and am so grateful for the top notch customer service I received.
Absolutely amazing towing service. Ali was a literally God sent gift. My car broke down in the middle of the road. My wife and I were in the middle of calling a towing service when he showed up out of no where. He said he saw us and wanted to help. Excellent service! I needed an unexpected tow very last minute from one car shop to another. I called him shortly after 5pm & he was able to get my car same day from the first shop before they closed at 5:30pm. Would definitely recommend!

I just want to say if you’re in need of a reliable, quick, level headed company this is it. I had a gas leak and I’m new to round rock and called Omeeds towing and Sam answered and was quick with the entire process. He made sure I felt welcomed and like he was there to assist and not just work. And the price was fair. Will be using them again if need be.
I recently had my f250 transmission go out on the side of the road. From the time I called Omeeds towing to drop off at the transmission shop was less than a hour. They came within 15 minutes from the time I called. I’m very impressed!

I called at the busiest traffic time of the day for a tow. The phone was answered immediately and I was prompted to send my location. I was informed the driver was available and reasonably near by and insured the driver would call. I could not hang up fast enough to answer the drivers call. We agreed on an arrival time and this company followed through. Not only were they prompt and eager to assist with my needs, the driver took the time to make sure my truck was not damaged while loading and unloading the vehicle. I believe small details matter. Because of this companies attention to this detail, I will never call or recommend any other company.
Seriously the best Tow truck company in Austin! Sami is a professional at what he does. He did a really amazing job and helped me out when my car broke down.
