Didn’t have money when car broke down. They agreed to tow my car even cheaper than the other 3 places I called and kept it for me for 3 days until I came up with the money.
Bought a 2009 suburban from these crooks to later find out they rolled the mileage back. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from the auction through Sega Towing. They were very helpful with organizing the pickup for the vehicle. Upon arrival to Sega they were very friendly and helpful and quick. I was even able to arrange towing for the vehicle through Sega from Ft Worth to Cedar Hill at a very reasonable price. I had a question a couple of days later and they answered me promptly and communicated with me about the situation. I would recommend Sega Towing for your towing needs.
Recently my car got towed & My car is actually still in my grandmothers name. The next day when i went to bond my car out of jail. They needed the usual license registration proff of insurance. Only problem was nothing was in my name. At first he told me my grandma had to be the one pickiNG up the car. I explained i just moved here my grandma lives in Indiana she cant come get it. He had me call her she emailed him a couple things and he let me take my car. Any other place wouldnt have let me get my car. And my car would have sat and the cost would have continued to rise. He seen the stress and worrie and did me the biggest favor. im thankful he showed me mercy. Only negative thing I have to say is the price here for towing and not even having my car 24 hours cost me 250.00 is that the normal price here?? Wow!! 4/5 Stars
these are the best at what they do. always on time and patient. My daughter was stuck out in addison and they could not find her. she failed to tell them she was in a parking garage. (17 year old) they drove around and around and FINALLY figured it out and got her car towed to shop and went above any beyond to get the car. Noah the driver is amazing. Sam the owner really is amazing.
My roadside assistance company had them dispatched to me. Driver was friendly and helpful. The shop I was towed to was closed and they waited almost 45 minutes with me while I got the situation straightened out with my roadside assistance company.
This company was a BLESSING when other towing companies wouldn't service us due to a 60 mile distance!!!! I really recommend Sega Towing as a first choice! Their price was also the cheapest. The gentleman was dressed professionally and very nice.
This was my second experience dialing this listed number and getting tow services for nearly half of what the nearest wreckers were charging. I would also like to mention that the people I have dealt with from her were friendly, as opposed to some of the other places I have called, literally sixty three of the cost of what competitors were asking for, and the other wreckers are ungrateful for your business. Give this place a try.
Sega Towing has very good customer service and was very timely in towing my car and getting it to the dealership. They showed up 15 minutes after I submitted The claim.The men that towed my car was very supportive of my safety.
I recently needed the assistance of a tow this past weekend, and i just want to say that customer service was excellent and dispatch let me know exactly when to expect his arrival. Shout out to the truck driver Thomas he knew what he was doing. Thanks sega towing.
Awesome job .I had them tow my 2015 caddilac ctsv to the shop.I have had some custom wheels and tires put on and suspension lowered some and they got it on and off bed with out any rubbing and were actually very careful.I am certainly using again if needed

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. After calling roadside they dispatched Sega and I was told 45 min. And that they would call me. I never received a call and when I ried to call them I was given a run around and was told they couldn't give me an eta. The dispatcher was very rude to me and told me that they dont need my service I need their. So I called roadside back and told them I will not accept a tow from Sega and to send out another company. Do not waste your time with Sega towing.
If i could give it less then 1 star I would. After waiting for 2 hours after being told it would only take 30 min. To get to me, an employee, thinking he had put me on hold, starts talking to another employee about how " this fuc#er (refering to me) keeps and talking about how they would find a way to "rig" the vehicle onto the truck since all their trucks were broken and joking about how far I was and that I could wait. Don't waste your time with these people. Rude, unprofessional and will lie straight to your face. Had me waiting all day for a pick up that had never left which he had assured me was on its way. After realizing i was still on the line, they promptly hung up. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time with this company.
This is the absolute worst towing company in the world. They took so long to pick up my motorcycle the cops towed it for no reason and cost me an arm and a leg. On top of that, they didn't even bother telling me my motorcycle was not there when their driver got there. In addition, I tried to contact the office many times and no response whatsoever. Unbelievable this place is in business
Called after receiving 3 other quotes at 10 at night. They were half the price and the service was awesome. Towed my short school bus and unloaded quickly. Call them first! If they don't answer the first time keep calling because it's worth it.
Wouldn't even give them one star.. We got a truck stuck in the mud in our backyard.. After attempts to get it out ourselves in pouring down rain we called sega.. They came out and the lady looked at our situation and answered another call. Then she said she had to 30 minutes to get to this call for the police, something about an accident and she would come back and take some money off for having to leave. 3 hours go by and we tried calling them several times with no answer. We phoned another service because we needed the truck out to go to work in the morning, they came out after an hour and got the truck out. After all was said and done sega then shows up and says it's a $70 fee for calling them out. Then man the proceeds to start an argument with my boyfriend. Very rude and they expect to get paid after waiting 5 hours ... Avoid these people and go with beards..
They are very unprofessional, RUDE, the dispatch answered very quick for the initial pickup but wouldn't answer the call afterwards. Assuming they had caller ID and didn't feel the need to bother. We called them at 11:17PM to be exact she told me "we are busy due to the weather so I can't guarentee I can have someone there in less than an hour but can guarentee they will be there within an hour". Hour and 10 minutes later I called to get a status, this is the last time they answers. She said "he is at 287 and Berry should be there very soon". That's 5-10 minutes tops from where we were stranded by the way it was in not the best part of town at a gas station now after midnight. 25 minutes after they should have been only 5 minutes away the tow truck driver called to say he was on his way he was on Jacksboro Hwy which is 45 minutes from where we were at. I asked why the dispatcher told me he was more or less around the corner of he was all the way across town. He said "i know nothing about this he said she said stuff I am fueling the truck and with certainty I will be on my way just relax". HE NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER CALLED NEVER TEXTED. At 2:00AM I texted him and told him not to bother that we woke up family and they were going to drag the car home. He had the nerve to tell me it wasn't his fault that he had truck problems. YOU CANT PICK UP THE PHONE AND TELL THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!! I will write a bad review on every site I can find. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE. The tow guy didn't think I had the right to be upset and said that I had a bad attitude and would not get far in life. I didn't have the attitude until they were 3 hours late for their guarentee pickup. With no communication period until I told them not to bother coming.
I needed a car towed in the midle of the night strainded my regular service provider had flaked out after hours of wateing i found SEGA when a police officer called in there contractor. Sega arrived in 15 minus educated of my needs with out me saying a word! The shop where my car needed to go was closed of course, this man fixed the problem temporarily at a gass station and only charged me for the tow. I didnt take car to be repaired for two weeks and never had issue WOW some temp fix! Thanks SEGA
I needed to get my car in the shop, so I left work early to get it there by 6:00pm using my insurances roadside assistance. I called around 2:30 pm and was given an ETA of an hour and a half. The RA company sent an automated call an hour later to inform me that the tow truck should be there in 30 minutes (about 4 o'clock). 30 minutes later, no truck. I called the tow company directly and was informed that they where very busy. I explained the situation and the time sensitivity. The girl on the phone then told me that two of their trucks had broken down and they were an hour behind. I verified that it wouldn't be until 5 pm that I would get a pick-up and she confirmed. Soon after I hung up, my RA company called again to see if the truck had arrived. I told them about the phone call, and they asked if I wanted another tow service, informing me that they could not guarantee a better time. I said I would continue to wait for Sega. 5 pm rolled around and still no truck. I called the company and after several rings went to voice mail. ( no business message, "voice mail box is full") I hung up and called back, only to get one ring then voice mail. I was again called by my RA company, this time by a supervisor, who had been appraised of my situation. He personally called Sega, also twice, and was sent to voice mail. After calling me back to inform me it was already 5:30, and the truck had still not arrived. This meant I would not be able to get the car to shop by the 6 pm deadline. I was asked if I wanted a different service. I absolutely did not want to give Sega my business after all of this agitation, so I opted for the second company. (had to drop the keys in the after hours box) At 6:15 the driver from Sega called me and told me he was "almost there". I then informed him that it would be a good idea for him to not show up.
I have dealt with a handful of tow companies, and have personally known owners and operators of some of them. I have never dealt with this level of terrible service or incompetence. They would cringe if I told them this story. Sega Towing gives a bad name to other companies who are legit and professional.
Don't use this tow DISservice.
At 7pm, we found out my stepsons car was going to be towed by a friends landlord the next morning. The landlord refused to give us anymore time, even though he didn't let us know until late (we think he was hoping for scrap money from the car). Sega towing worked with us quickly when none of the other towing companies in the area would even consider it because they didn't want to bother with it until the next day, since we weren't stranded with the vehicle.
Worst Tow Service I Have Dealt With! Was suppose to pick my car up at 9:00 in the morning, call the dealership at 4:00 in the afternoon to see if they have looked at it and they have not seen the car. Have to recall the tow service. Once I pick up my car from the dealership I notice that the bottom of the front bumper is scratched and there is some paint missing in spots. They deny it is their fault. After dealing with them for 3 weeks I realized it was not doing any good. Word of advise, stay clear.
