Sunny towed my vehicle ,
It's was a wrong full tow,
But you have to pay for it, and then if you want to fight it you have to go to peace court, ot some kinda nonsense!
This is RIDICULOUS!!
SUNNY DO BETTER!!!!Feb 18, 2026 -
They towed my car when it was in the proper visitor parking and was registered with correct information. That’s not legal. Better attention needs to be paid when taking peoples car. I had to pay $200
plus to get my car from impound.Feb 11, 2026 -
Extremely greedy company. Towed my boyfriends car twice in once week although being registered in the parking lot. Under the guise of “not being in a visitors spot” although we have zero assigned parking in the entire lot besides covered spots. Over it, and I cannot wait to move out of this place.

First of all may I address how sick of an economy we have to and live in to keep allowing this company after so many complaints of the same nature to still be operating is crazy. I am a DoorDash delivery driver and last night I had multiple bags to take to the customer. I am also a single mother and had my 10-month old with me. I took her out the car as well because duh I will NOT leave her unattended like EVER. I’d say not even 30 minutes my car was gone. I was accused of parking in a fire lane when there is no fire and my hazards were on to indicate returning to the vehicle. I was hung up on when called to inquire. In addition, I was told had I left my baby in the car they wouldn’t have took it. Like are you serious. May I remind you this property has very little free parking and majority covered parking which also I would’ve been towed had I parked there. Nevertheless it made sense to park closest to the pinned location to quickly haul the customer stuff, ad there was another car that was parked 100 ft from mine the SAME EXACT WAY for hours and never towed. Upon arriving to the towing lot to get my baby’s belongings like her seat and food, they were refusing to let me in and the young lady I delivered to because they were “afraid” we were trying to steal the car. Guess because we were black huh? Anywho stood in the cold with my baby for over 30 minutes waiting. For what? To say you got another tow under your belt? It sickens me to see that these people can sleep so peacefully at night let alone work here and to try to refuse me to allow me to get my baby’s belongings. For the sake of everyone who has had to deal with these folks please use your voice to fight them and take them to court if you can. They know they do bad business and because no one stops them or speak up they keep going. I promise you I will fight this until we all get justice. I am sick to my stomach and want them out of business ASAP. The pictures of the cars I uploaded are to illustrate what I mean. The white car is literally at the next building over in which the car was also parked in a fire lane. LITERALLY FOR HOURS!!!! Approximately about 11 pm to almost 3am and no tow!!! They are trash.

Would give a 0 if possible. Horrible, unhelpful people. Towed a car from an apartment complex (that was registered with the complex). They say it was in a residential spot, but it was not marked as a residential spot. I think they purposefully don't have them labeled clearly just so they can cheat people out of money. $325 dollars a pop.

This is a predatory practice, and it’s difficult to understand how they remain in business. My friend was wrongfully towed and was told a refund would be issued due to their error, but after that confirmation, the company ghosted all follow-up attempts...

Aside from the damn $400 for barely a day in the lot, They damaged my rear bumper HEAVILY!!!
All they gave was a paper to write the damage, you have to upload it and email them... they have an automated email you with a threat that if you send them more emails you will be pushed to the "back of the line"
They have not responded, nor follow up. If someone got connectiond and can please report these scammy towing company it would be great.
Multiple victims, and they keep getting away with it.
Please someone report them, there is only so much loopholes they can dodge.Jan 11, 2026 -
I would give zero stars if I could. This tow company stole my mother’s vehicle, refused to provide proper documentation, and when I confronted them about it, their employee became aggressive and attempted to start a physical fight with me.
What should have been a simple, professional situation turned into a scary and hostile encounter. No legitimate business should treat customers this way — especially not when they are already dealing with the stress of having their vehicle taken.
The lack of professionalism, the threatening behavior, and the total disregard for basic human decency is alarming. I would strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away from this company.
This experience left my family shaken and angry, and it should never happen to anyone.Jan 08, 2026 -
You guys literally left a giant adhesive sticker ON MY DRIVER WINDOW THAT WONT COME OFF WITHOUT LEAVING SCRATCHES!!!!!! You have permanently damaged my window. On top of that I even have a visitor tag on my car!!! You are all evil have the day you deserve.

PREDATORY AND UNETHICAL TOWING COMPANY
If you see this company’s towing enforcement sign, do not park there—ever. They do not tow for safety or resident protection; they tow to make money, plain and simple.
My boyfriend’s car has been towed multiple times, and at this point it feels targeted. I have personally seen their drivers sitting and watching the lot, waiting for the exact moment a registration expired so they could tow immediately. That is not enforcement—that is predatory behavior.
Towing is supposed to protect residents and ensure fair access to parking. This company does the opposite. They stalk vehicles and take advantage of people who live there. Our apartment complex has been completely useless and allows this behavior to continue.
If your apartment complex uses this company, expect your car to be taken whether you’re a resident or not. This is one of the most aggressive and exploitative towing operations I’ve ever seen.
Avoid at all costs.Jan 03, 2026 -
If I could leave a review of 0 stars, I would. This isn’t the first time I’ve requested a tow as they are the towing company for Cottonwood Dallas apartments. They never show up.
This time, I called a tow because there’s yet another person parked in the reserved parking spot that we pay for. The tow was requested at 5:00 PM. I followed up an hour later as I got no ETA nor any sort of response to the text they sent me, for additional information. They said they couldn’t provide an ETA as it was “whenever someone is available.”
It is now 11:00 PM and no tow showed up. I’ve never called for a tow without an estimated time being provided anywhere else. And since this has happened before, I’ve actually had to call them back to tell them I don’t need the tow anymore since they never show up and at some point, whoever takes my reserved parking spot ends up leaving whenever they want. lol. It’s honestly such a joke.Dec 08, 2025 -
Would give 0 stars if I could. My vehicle was registered at my apartment complex and they STILL towed my car. I have receipts and everything, but they’ll still say there’s nothing they can do. I genuinely hope they go out of business.

My 2021 Mazda CX-5 was improperly towed from my apartment complex. I live at The Preserve and have been a resident for almost 2 years. This would be the 2nd time my car has been wrongfully towed, as I am a resident. This second time, there is damage to my car after receiving it back from the lot. I have taken it to a firestone just to be told that Apollo Towing improperly towed my car from the rear, as a FWD car. Causing $700 in damages to the motor/transmission mount, on top of the almost $350 I payed to get it out of the lot. As someone who pays almost $3,000 in rent, this is ridiculous!!! I should have a place to park every night and my car should not be damaged in the towing process. Obviously this is some sort of scheme that happens often, after reading reviews. If you are going to tow a vehicle, DO NOT damage it. Apollos’ employees should be properly trained to do the job they applied for. I would hate to have to take legal action over something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place, but I am being pushed to that point by not hearing back from the company AT ALL. Not an email back, not a phone call, not any sense of urgency to right their wrongs. Again, if I do not receive a response, I will settle this matter through the court!!!

Ridge at Lancaster apartment complex sent out an email stating No Towing from Monday- Friday for the Thanksgiving holidays, residents can park anywhere for that week without registering the car. We’ll come Monday morning several vehicles were towed from this property, showed the pound and a person from Apollo towing the email and they said they go no information from the apartments stating that towing was on hold. They told us to pay for our car and take them to small claims court. This is a scam I’m not sure if the apartment complex is in on it but something isn’t adding up. Seems as someone is getting paid under the table for these illegal tows.

Signs located around the property do not indicate what website is needed to register vehicle neither does the company’s website. If you are going to have a completely different website apart from the actual tow company shouldn’t it be posted on signage around the property ? Also the lead dispatcher for the Dallas area Amber was very rude over the phone. So if you are a guest visiting a complex there is no way for you to know how to register your vehicle and you will be stuck paying 330 dollars to get it back !

This company is the worst and they treat your vehicle as if it’s theirs. They wrote on my windshield in such a way that the paint they used won’t come off. I asked them if I could bring my car back in and they remove it but they refused. This is blatant vandalism! I submitted a claim. If they choose to do nothing about it I will be moving forward with a lawsuit against the Apollo Towing.

How criminal! I had my car towed from the parking spot I pay for, due to a “lack of registration” all because they couldn’t pull it up in their system. I registered my vehicle in May 2025 when I moved in. Apollo just so happened to never have proof of such. It’s appalling seeing so many others having gone through a similar situation. $339 down the drain- they should be ashamed.

Relative’s car was towed from Sedona Park apartments even though his car was correctly registered!
After reading other’s reviews, what I think is going on is that the apartment complex’s leasing offices tell new residents they can park anywhere. Residents believe that and then park in what’s actually reserved parking; their car gets towed, the tow company and property management companies get paid off of it!
$350 and the car hasn’t even been gone for 3 hours? Get when my car was totaled my car it was $750 for 4 days… make that make sense!
And when my relative went to pickup the car, I called ahead of time and explained a situation that is currently going on with the car in which we do not have dmv paperwork yet. They said and I quote, “oh…that’s fine just bring your ID/driver’s license”. Yet when he got there, they argued with my relative about not having the title. Then, when he got inside the car he noticed a bunch of dashboard warning signs! So, they’re also a downright terrible at their job towing company.Oct 18, 2025 -
Been calling and calling and calling day after day to get this car towed that’s been in my reserved spot for days on end. They keep saying they’ll send someone to tow it but it never happens. Awesome

Towed my car from my apartment complex. At 9pm. I called back today at 4:00 to get a price. Then told me I would be charged for two days storage when it hasn't even been 24 hours.

Although having your vehicle towed is inconvenient, Apollo towing made the process of picking up my truck seamless and easy. They’re customer service is top tier and I appreciate the care they took with my and my truck.

Another parasitic towing company preying on working class people. Towed from our apartment that we registered to park. Apartment says we weren’t registered. We registered the day we moved in. Missed a day of work and down $350, no recourse. This review doesn’t even matter nothing can stop this from happening other than institutional change.

Very disappointed with the way my car was handled. After it was towed, my suspension was damaged and the car now pulls to the right. I provided proof that my vehicle was legally parked with a valid permit, yet the towing company has not responded to my claim. I’m still waiting for clear communication and a resolution. Cars are valuable, and towing should be done responsibly. I just want my car fixed, but instead I’m left dealing with the damage it’s new Kia car 2025

They have towed numerous cars from my apartment illegally and then when I showed them the copies of files that I had showing that this car is registered, it didn't matter because they didn't have it on their side and that wasn't my problem but somehow I still had to pay. Rudest people on the phone told me it wasn't her problem and lied stating that they didn't tow my car.

A guest of mine got their car towed from my complex in Coppell all the way to this dump in Denton and had to pay a ridiculous $350 to get it back. I understand that the guest vehicle registration had expired while the car was still in the visitor's spot for a bit longer, but it is outrageous for it to be towed 30 MINUTES AWAY and that price is absolutely INSANE. This was devastating to have to pay on the spot and was a very frustrating process. Thanks for scamming us!

Beware of Apollo Towing – Predatory and Unprofessional!
This company operates like a scam, patrolling apartment complexes to tow vehicles without warning. My own car was in the shop, so I was borrowing a family member’s vehicle when, at around 10 PM, it was towed — no notice, no knock, no courtesy. Just hooked it and dragged it away.
I contacted the number provided by the apartment complex and was told by Apollo that they couldn’t see anything in their system yet and to call back in 30 minutes. We showed up in person within that time.
The “facility” is a run-down shack with four windows — only two open. The first person we spoke to was immediately rude and dismissive, mumbling through a small vent that made it hard to hear. When we asked her to repeat herself, she snapped that they were in a “shift change” and ignored us.
Another employee showed up 20 minutes later, equally hostile. When we explained the insurance was in the towed vehicle, she got visibly annoyed. We offered the license, which she flicked back at us through the slot. Both employees showed zero professionalism, zero patience, and absolutely no communication skills.
To get the car back, the registered owner has to be physically present — ID, card, insurance and card you are paying with has to match exactly (kept in mind with cash there is a no cash back policy so you have to give exact). They make copies of all your ID and documents without properly explaining anything. The entire interaction was hostile, confusing, and sketchy.
They charged us $330 for less than 2 hours of holding the vehicle. Rows and rows of cars filled the lot — clear evidence they do this all day, every day, exploiting tenants and visitors for profit.
These are not people trained to work with the public. They’re rude, aggressive, and clearly used to bullying people who are already in a frustrating situation. If you get towed by this company, expect DMV-level treatment at best — and a scam at worst. Watch your parking and keep your guard up.Jun 03, 2025 -
I awoke today to find my car was towed from my apartment complex Tuscany Square Apts . I signed up as instructed when I moved in march 16,2025 . I got off work at 4:30 pm went out to day to find my car was gone. I went to Apollo towing to pickup my car which costed 346.21 . I approached the window and a lady by name of Natalie was the person at window. She was rude and arrogant. I gave her my license and asked the price . I requested the amount owed and asked for the paperwork to see the amount charged after I had googled and called Apollo for process of releasing my car. This person refused to give me any information or paperwork until I paid the amount she quoted. Stated I will give it to you when you pay. . I was bewildered at her negative attitude towards me. I gave her 347.00 not realizing there was a sign stating they don’t give change . I offered her the 21 cent . She refused. She went as far as telling me I am not arguing with a grown ass woman . . My children who are grown don’t curse me . I’m 64 year old elderly disabled woman. This place is horrible. I never showed her any disrespect .I was only there to retrieve my car. There was a sign that said 3.5% discount for cash payment. I questioned her about the sign and asked what the original amount was I was told it was 358.00 . Ok where is it on this paperwork can you show me the discounted amount . She continued to be hostile and aggressive. I wanted to know what did I do to you ? It’s my car that was towed fraudulently. I want to know why is it people are so rude and get so much pleasure out of being rude to people just trying to live their lives. I went in to get my car there was so many lights flashing malfunctioning lights a gentleman Brian approached me about where my car was parked and stayed we had an influx of cars today. as if he was proud. He apologized for her behavior. I think management should address this issue. Why was I treated like a criminal for having my car towed. I feel so sorry for this young lady who feels superior because she is in control of harming hardworking people that are just trying to live day to day. This was a horrible experience the first I had my car towed. Clearly this is a behavior that is acceptable at this company. Clearly Natalie is a miserable human being who doesn’t know compassion or respect or have empathy lord only knows how she was raised to feel it’s ok to address people in this way. If she were my child I would be ashamed of her . Maybe she wasn’t raised. It doesn’t appear she has any home training. It makes you wonder who are raising these people . Apollo Management please train your employees interpersonal skills. Sensitivity training. If anyone has any experience with this company please leave comments or review. The only way to stop bad business habits is to protest and advocate for change. Please Don’t Utilize This Company. Write Reviews. Change Happens When You Affect Their Business. They Won’t Be Able To Hire Natalie’s . Natalie Im Sorry You Are A Miserable Person. Repent . Ask For Forgiveness. You Will See This Again.

Horrible experience. Towed my car 40 minutes away, $332 and when I got in to leave my car was not driveable. They damaged my parking break and I am currently trying to get it towed AGAIN to take it to a ford dealership. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I can’t stand this company, and this is one of those businesses that need a boycott. The first time my vehicle was towed last year, they said I wasn't registered but I lived on the premises? Like huh. Then I show I live there they said it was too late because I wasn't registered when I was towed, desperate for money. The second time was a week ago, My vehicle Chevy, Malibu 2015 was towed on 04/29/2024 or the early hour of 04/30/2024. I was moving out of my apartment when I walked outside to find my vehicle gone. When I asked security, I was informed they were not sure and to wait for management to come in the morning. Later that morning, Erin the property manager, informed me that it was towed due to being on the white line or occupying two spaces. I informed her that she's very much aware I was moving out of the apartment and I needed space to open the car doors to fit bins inside to not damage other vehicles. Also, I wasn't there long and this is not right. I had to find a ride through Uber as I live here alone without anyone and the family that moved the bigger items the previous day were gone back to Florida. Once I obtained the vehicle around 1it started to act up. Once I parked it was like the theft mechanical system was acting up where I wasn't allowed to drive it or it wouldn't crank not unlock. I had to call a mechanical/ lockout company to assist and it cost $270 and if I didn't pay my vehicle would be towed again as I wasn't suppose to be in the premises, I no longer lived there.
I never got my picture of my vehicle I requested but here are vehicles in the same garage parked the same, are you kidding me?May 10, 2024
