Father in law passed in his vehicle and they did secure it and tow it however they shouldn't have charged full price to pick up his vehicle. On top of a sudden death and loss of a parent we had to pay out pocket. Sad

Got in a wreck last week and my car went to this facility. They were so nice to me at the front desks and helped me figure out my next move on what to do with my car. The Lott manager Riley also helped me carry my personal belongings to my car. The business from what I know is family owned and they are great people. I recommend this towing service 10/10
This location deserves nothing but 5 stars. Let me start off by saying the quickest service I’ve experienced with a towing company from the day of my accident to the day to the day I had to pick up my car the gentleman that was towing my car was friendly enough to give me a ride to their yard where I got greeted by the nicest two young ladies they explain everything I needed to know in a fast and friendly matter. 5 out of 5!
If you want your vehicle to receive extra damage for their incompetence, then this is the company for you! They are unprofessional and rude and could care less about your property. They put broken glass and debris in my child's car seat instead of the trunk. Or at least move the seat. They will not leave room to get into your vehicle to retrieve belongings and will not help if you request it. This place is filthy and smells like an old letterbox sitting in the sun all summer. The receptionist happens to be more offensive than the smell. If you are as unlucky as I was to be forced to use this foul excuse for a company, I hope they do better for you.
Got into a situation while visiting the area and police had to call a tow truck for me. Quite a stressful experience but Carlos was very kind and explained everything to me, gave me a ride back to my apartment since I lived nearby. I can tell these people are trustworthy and would recommend to others.
Did they tow my car? Yes
Was it inconvenient and expensive ? Yes
Was it Purrfect Towings fault? No, they are just doing there job.
Even tho it was very inconvenient and expensive for me to get my car back, they did a really good job taking care of it and even staying a little later just so I can pick up my car and not have to get extra fees on top of already spending money I don’t want to spend. Thank you guys for making my already stressful night, slightly less stressful.
I had a tire blow out while on the freeway and needed a tow. Alan got there quick and was a perfect gentlemen. Great customer service in stressful times, and it didn’t cost very much at all. Great company, good people.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was recently in an accident where we were struck by an uninsured motorist who was racing another vehicle…which resulted in both our truck and camper needing to be towed. There was obvious damage to the drivers door which prevented the door from closing properly. They made zero effort to ensure that the opening was covered, which resulted in significant water damage due to inclement weather the following 2 days. When we called to ask them why they didn’t secure the vehicle in order to protect the interior (which is mandated by the Texas Administrative Code) the receptionist said “that’s not our job”. In addition, due to the accident, the entire hitch system was removed from the truck and the camper and stowed away in the pass-through storage in the camper. When we went to look at the truck once it had been dropped off at the collision center, the hitch was somehow back on our truck. So not only did the tow truck driver somehow break into the storage section of our camper, they also must have towed the camper with a truck that was deemed ‘undriveable’ after the accident. The photos and video footage that were taken while they were attempting to hook up the camper prove that they clearly didn’t have the proper equipment to tow such a vehicle.I have additional evidence from Camping World, where the camper was taken for inspection and repairs, that the lock on the storage compartment had been punched. A complaint has been filed with TDLR as well as the BBB. If you have a choice, DO NOT let this company tow your vehicle. Insurance will be seeking damages, and hopefully this ‘business’ will have the common decency to take the few minutes to tape some plastic over windows and doors in the future and not cause further damage to property due to their ineptitude and incompetence.

Early in the Spring my wife was involved in a wreck on a Sunday on her way to the Airport. With all the shock of the wreck and trying to care for the dogs in the Jeep, Purrfect Towing was there to tow the Jeep back to their yard. After I picked my wife up, we called Purrfect Towing and they said we could go over and clean out the Jeep. The gentleman on call was the one that towed the Jeep and he was very friendly and helped us keep everything together considering. After returning back from the Dog Show, we noticed out garage opener was still in the Jeep. We called the next day and Purrfect Towing said they would look and mail it back to us. They did, with this unfortunate situation I was extremely happy that Purrfect Towing was there for us. Thank you guys!!!

I feel like I got scammed. Had a flat on the freeway, while im waiting on my wife the come take me to get tire fixed, a black suv pulled up with police lights on. A guy gets out, put a fluorescent green x on the back window and told me the x lets police know not to tow my car. When we get back to fix tire, my car had been towed! We find out my car was at Purrfect Towing, called and they said all I need is cash and ID. Usually to get your car from being towed you need ID, insurance and titlle. A flat cost me $300.00. I feel I got scammed.

These guys are trash. Towed my kids motorcycle, but we had no way of knowing who towed it. The police could not help us. We had to track down auction information and the police were finally able to track down the towing company after 39 days of looking and these jokers still want $1,000 to get the bike. They said we should have reached out to them the first day. They did not care that we had no idea who they were or how to contact them. Losers just want to make more money at an auction and do not care about people or that we had no way of knowing who they were to reach out to them.
I was stranded on a very busy hiway during rush hour. This was very frightening and Purrfect Towing understood this and Devante arrived and got me out of harms way. They also recommended an auto repair shop and called them to let them know I was on the way. I was then offered a ride home. This is a true 5 star service and I would highly recommend there services.

I was stuck for hours in the heat just waiting for my car to start. Once I finally called on Purrfect Towing, the receptionist was incredibly patient and let me know someone would arrive in 30 minutes. Jose was very empathetic and even gave me advice on the next steps I should take to get my car repaired. 10/10
Had to help a friend retrieve her car from here. The lady at the front desk (whom I didn’t catch the name of) was unprofessional and very unhelpful. Seemed she hated being there as much as I did. When my friends card didn’t work, we opted to use mine. She stated that we couldn’t because the card was under my name, and not my friends. Even though I was present. She then told us that we could not park outside the office, and had to park down the street. It’s 109 degrees today and we had a toddler. Wouldn’t recommend getting your car towed on the off chance it ends up at this joint and you’ll have to deal with the lady who clearly needs to reconsider her career choice.
Had these guys tow my car after the clutch failed. Devante was there in 30 minutes as promised by dispatch. He did a great job with my lowered MR2. Hope I never need a tow again but if I do it’ll be with Purrfect towing.
Honestly really fast and john was lowkey really cool although i will say drivers on the road should definetly be more careful had multiple people speeding next to him should definetly get this man a raise left my tire straight even lol great job and fast took 15 min for them to get to my location
It was a situation we all dread; after a long day at work I came out to a dead car. After getting a jump I was able to drive my car to autozone to get a new battery but unfortunately the issue with my car was something else and I was going to need a tow. I spent 2 hours waiting for the tow truck roadside assistance was supposed to have sent before I finally canceled the request and looked up nearby towing companies. Purrfect towing answered my call right away and was at my location within 30 minutes. The driver, Devonte, was AMAZING. My car was not in a great spot to be able to load it up on the tow truck but he took his time to get it into position. Furthermore, it was like 9 pm at night and so my mechanic was already closed for the day and Devonte worked the truck again into a position to place my car in the parking lot of my mechanic so it would be safe overnight. Car troubles are never fun and dealing with roadside assistance is even worse. After a long day, Purrfect's towing quick response and the care that Devonte took with my car really went a long way. Thank y'all again!
Purrfect Towing is very caring to all of their customers. They always talk politely and have a very friendly, loving, and caring attitude. A lot of their customers get to ride along with Don or get to have their car towed if it was in an accident and he is always very cheerful and always ready when a call comes in. I should know because he is my father. Purrfect Towing is always going to be a company that I can trust and that I will always give good reviews for.
Called Purrfect Towing at 11, they told me my tow would be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later my tow truck driver and could not have been nicer, or more professional. Dustin chatted with me the whole way back and all things considered it was a great experience. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in the Fort Worth area.
