I bought a used alternator from them for a 08 Mercedes C300. I go back to put it on and it’s not the right alternator. I take it back to swap it out or get my money back mind you I bought the alternator an hour before I had to bring it back and I get a hard time from Rick to just swap the alternator or get my money back. This was my first and last time using them to buy any parts.
Update: alternator they gave me they swore up and down it worked for a Mercedes and it came off of an Audi. Crazy how ppl will give you wrong part instead of giving you the money back.
FYI: never broke the regulator. Your mechanic Fernando came in and confirmed the regulator is still connected.

Came here to pick up an alternator that they clearly have two of them for $27 get in there and they say that that's not true so they sold it to me for $35 what a scam
Very organized and friendly establishment. I was greeted immediately and checked in on regularly as I waited for my part to be pulled. The waiting area is nice, pretty clean and cool. The part was as promised and more. I got Lexus engine cradle. Probably thebest salvage yard I've been to.
I called this place for a price on a Front Differential. I was told $300 over the phone and that the vehicle was at their yard already so all I had to do was pay for it and they would have it within a couple of hours. When paying for it the person who told me $300 was arguing with I assume his boss about him pricing it so low. I left and got a call from them an hour later 3/4pm stating that the part was cracked and the best thing they could do is order it for $700. They stated it would take 2 days. I ordered as I desperately needed the part. He called the next morning saying it was there. I have bought multiple parts from this place that have needed to be ordered and they always have a tag and are wiped clean. This part did not and was extremely greasy as if it was just pulled. I believe they sold me the same part they had in stock already and raised the price. I don’t believe these people are honest or honorable.
Great they were super helpful and knowledgeable about what exact bolt pattern I needed for rim and all so saved me $ big time and got to be back Rollin much quicker (&cheaper) so I have zero complaints!! Plus better hours of operation than some other wreckers/salvage yards and they pulled part for me $20 cheaper than the pick and pull place so that was def Plus as well!
Tons of damage on external engine components, sensors, and wires etc. Company just said the engine itself is good and ghosted the conversation. I paid for all components not just the rotating assembly, they should all be undamaged.
Lowlifes with attitude. Idiot made me drive out for something they didn’t have. Unorganized goofballs. Also the owner has an attitude and frowns for no reason. Ain’t nobody trying to be around that. At the least try and be helpful
I had been looking for a part for my car for over a week and was referred to Action when i first got there i thought i had made a terrible mistake the older gentleman who was behind the counter seemed irritated and annoyed would not even make eye contact however the sales lady looked up my part and said they had it. As we waited the sales lady and sales man in the back talked with us and made the experience more enjoyable during our wait. Although the experience.was made better i was put off by the indifferent way we were treated by salesman 1 salesman 2 and sales lady were friendly and knowledgeable and did their best to assist us my part however was not located but i did end up buying another cosmetic part for my car so the trip was not wasted those reasons above are why i gave 3 stars overall i would recommend actio
N/A to rate this business. I 'd not use their service. Can't remember what happened, lol. I think I had so many things going on that I dropped the ball and never contacted them during business hours. Discovered late one night on line,if I remember correctly .

So this seems like it's a very nice place to do business with. And GOD knows we all could use a little feel good in our minds, a pickup in our get along and our wallets not over burdened, in such trying times here on this place we call home. EARTH
I bought a radio that was missing a module and 10 minutes later I went to return it and they didn't accept it, I didn't even leave the company with the part and they didn't return my money.
This place is a good place. My window broke to my truck the back window, I called around looking for a glass and everybody wanted 300 plus dollars to sell a window and install it. I found this place and the guy behind the counter had two different options of windows in so I upgraded to a sliding back glass for only $125 and I had my hands install it.
FAKE BUISNESS!!! Quoted me $1400 on a engine just to drive a hour to come pick it up, when I get there to pick it up the guy acknowledges he quoted me 1400, and then changed the price to $2,000 when I got there!! Very shady people, do not do buisness with them, I told the guy this is not the way to do business, it’s a bait and switch, he said “ I don’t care, go leave a google review I don’t care!” Don’t give ur money to low life peasants and go somewere els were they value there word and there customers
Looked up the part online, called them to verify if it's available, they confirmed. When I got there I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes and I got the part I needed. Great price, great service. I recommend this place for your auto parts needs. Do call them or look up online if they have the part you're looking for, though.

They are really friendly people. Unlike other junkyard when I called they were very helpful and when I came they got the part for me which was very helpful being a single mother and not being able to take children with you were to have to go get the part yourself. Here they pulled the part for me. I just had to go in and pay. Great helpful staff.
These guys are amazing! Saved me A LOT of money on the part I needed and took care of labor as well! Plus they were hilarious and kept me entertained in the short amount of time it took them to knock out the repair. I am passing the word onto family and friends will definitely be back.
Too often people are quick to write negative comments and the good things are never spoken about. I as a woman am always worried that I'm going to get the run around when I go to car shops because I'm not knowledgable about cars. I had gone to numerous shops and was so frustrated I didn't think I would ever get relief. But on my last try I called Action Auto, they helped me and fixed everything! They had the most positive attitude and answered all the millions of questions I had without hesitation. Within 45 minutes of being on the phone with them I was at the store and paying for my part. They honestly changed my whole day and experience with other auto part stores from a negative one to a great one! I'm almost glad I left the other places just so I could come here. They were an absolute pleasure. With service like this I will be back :)

Website and prior ratings were very professional and positive. After reviewing website for part and pricing called Siris and verified in stock and amount. Exactly as stated. Very upfront, honest and accomodating. Called to confirm location. Very helpful. After getting to location Siris and Nephew went above and beyond to expedite my service! It was worth the drive. Would highly recommend!
Be careful of the parts you buy here. I bought a control lower arm for my car and realized it has a cracked bearing. Of course the have the big “no refund” sign at the entrance. Buying from carparts.con from now on.
We do business under Sean's Towing, and needed a Transmission for a F150. The facility is very organized and the staff (everyone from in the office to in the yard) is very nice and gives great service. Be careful of the bad reviewers, if any, they probably wanted the Recycler to do something that would hurt their business. I will continue to use them when I need something which is often in our business. They were also very accommodating and swapped out the Trans for me no problem when we found it was an older one that wouldn't fit in our 2006. Thanks all!
Horrible horrible customer service. Had a car with a broken air bag clock spring. Their price was right but wanted to sell me the entire steering column. No problem, just removed the part I needed. The part was bad (open), just as the one I was replacing. They were broken EXACTLY the same way.
We have been in business 30 years, are honest and know exactly what we're doing. Rick said that we must have spun the steering wheel and that "over spinning" is the only way the clockspring could have been bad. Ummmm, you don't know what you're talking about. They go bad and break all of the time. We do several a year. How do you explain the one we were working on?!?! No one "removed the steering column, over spun the steering wheel, broke the clockspring and then reinstalled the column". When I tried explaining to him, he kept telling me that he had been selling parts for 20 years and that I was wrong, and he was right. All I wanted was an exchange. I didn't even want a refund. The other negative reviews on here are correct. Rick is very arrogant and rude.
I have done a tremendous amount of "recycling" business elsewhere since this incident and NEVER intend on doing business again with Action. I'll even over look their parts if they're significantly cheaper than their competitors online. American Auto Salvage takes care of nearly everything I need and stands behind their parts.
Called for a part on a vehicle that's hard to find. They didn't have it but were extremely helpful I'm thankful there are people out there that are willing to help even tho they can't service us definitely will be using them in the future for all my automotive needs
I called to see if they had pcm for 2000 ford ranger guy I talked to said they had 2. I arrived there they got part for me for not asking me anymore information on my truck to make sure it was right part just said it for a ford ranger so if should work. After spending 81.15 on this part I got home installed part, wouldn't link to my truck. Called back up there letting them know it didn't work they then looked up my truck and the proper pcm needed then stated they sold me the wrong part and it was my problem because they were to lazy to look the right part up in the first place. So don't go here unless you want to get ripped off.
