Don’t EVER use this towing company. First off they want the money up front. They took the money from my account at 11am I called at 1045am they said they would be here in 30 to 45 minutes. It is now 229pm and still no show. I called they said they are down the street from where I am and will have the driver give me a call that was 20 minutes ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
I will never call these people ever again. They lied and said that I agreed on some extra charges and I asked to hear the recored phone call of me agreeing to the non sense but they some how dont have access to it. And also, they had a very bad attitude talking to me crazy lying that ignored there phone calls 15 times while I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to get these squared away while they only called twice according to my call log.
Antonio was great, and super quick! He even went the extra mile in removing whatever the object was that slashed my tire out of any other cars’ way. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to me again but if it ever does I will call Golden Wheel Towing again.

Site says 24 hour service but they didn't answer when I called. Granted, it was 3am but when you're 24 hour then that shouldn't matter. When I did contact them (prior to this) they seemed quite helpful though. I am open to changing the rating if I end up contacting them again in the next week for the service I need and they're able to assist.
I had called a few other places and gotten voicemails on some on others the said they would call back and did not. Then I called golden wheel and in about 5 minutes they put me in contact with the driver Oracio who was extremely professional and quick about both picking up the vehicle and dropping it off. All at 1am on a Saturday night. Outstanding service 10/10.

Golden Wheel Towing are super professional. They towed my truck a good hours way in the pouring rain after hooking it up traversing a thin shoulder on a dangerous part of a very busy highway. im new to the DFW area so when my car broke down getting to target i didnt know who t call for help, i called 2 other companies before i contacted golden wheel. They got to me with in 10 minutes. the driver which name i didnt get was very niceand efficient in getting the job done!

I hired these guys several days in advance to move two vehicles for me for a Monday morning event. I was quoted a reasonable price for the distance. They called me the day before delivery (Sunday), knowing full well that I was committed to using them, and extorted me for more than double the quoted price. The job was then farmed out to two other tow companies. At least they were very nice as they were ripping me off.
The people that helped me tow my car were the nicest workers I have ever delt with. Other companies i called were very rude and were forcing their services on me. This company was the complete opposite and were the most upfront about pricing. Will always go to them in the future.

We don't ever "plan" on using towing services, but when we get into a situation which requires immediate assistance, it's always great to have someone like Ori to come to the rescue.
