They were over an hour late with no communication. When I made contact numerous times, my concerns were disregarded as he fed me multiple lies. No, apologies nor did he offer to provide a discount due to his failure. Not to mention my front end was damaged.
I've relied on SC Tow for roadside assistance multiple times, and they never disappoint. Whether it's a flat tire or a dead battery, their team is quick to respond and always gets the job done efficiently.
Telephone operator was very rude. Hung up on me during our a call. When I finally got through he was yelling at me. I called the tow out and they were over 2 hours late. I would not recommend
This towing company was awesome when my car got stuck in a ditch during heavy rain. They showed up right away with all the tools and know-how to get my car out. Their service was top-notch and saved me from any more trouble. Really appreciate their help!
100% pleased and then some. Could not have been easier to schedule for same day. Viktor was great when I called and the tow truck driver/mechanic, Larry, was *great*. The tow was part of a bigger deal I had going on and they made it easy and stress free. Also went above and beyond being helpful.
I called about the price of a towing and was given a quote. The price was a bit high (but I was willing to pay). The person asked well what do you expect the price to be?(in a rude tone). So I gave my input and he hung the phone up..after that encounter I went through someone else.
I called this poor excuse for a company for a tow. I was told any cancellations would result in a charge. What they didn’t tell me was they had no drivers and no estimated time to arrive. What they DID tell me was a driver was going to call me in a few minutes to get my exact location. So I sat for an hour before I called again, when they said it was going to be another 45min to 1 hour before the driver showed up.
So I waited another hour, only to call and have them tell me the driver won’t be coming.
So thanks guys, for letting me sit on the side of the highway, lie about your ETA, then never actually show up.
I wouldn’t trust this company. Liars and scammers.
Chris, my tow driver, was awesome! He kept me updated on when he would be at my place to tow my car, was both professional and cool! Gave me a ride to my destination and made sure I was set before he left. Thank you for the kindness and the conversation, Chris! Price was a little high for the distance I was towed, but overall a great experience! Will use them again if I ever need my car towed! Ask for Chris!
The worst towing service I have ever worked with. I called 3 days in advance to make sure I was able to get a pick up time for the day I needed. My scheduled pick up time was 9-10 am. At 10:30 I called to let them know that no one was here they informed me that they didn't even have my pick up in their system. We then scheduled it for later in the day and I asked if I need to be there since I had to go back into work. They told me that my presence as not needed and I could leave. Half way to work I received a call from the driver and they informed me that I did in fact need to be there to process payment. After many of calls back and forth also talking to a new driver I ended up canceling all together. At the end of the final phone call they proceed to hang up on me. Nothing about this experience as positive. I was willing to pay a littler more for their services as they seemed like a more professional company.. I was WRONG. I ended up booking with Low Rate Towing. Low Rate was fast, professional and $80 less.
NEVER using them again!!!! It say they are off of Lancaster in Fort Worth but they are in Dallas so the driver are coming from Dallas to Fort Worth because it’s one driver they got for Fort Worth was busy (go figure). Got charged $233 for a 12 MILES drop off, and it took about TWO HOURS ( it was well over an hour and a half )for the guy to come. And my daughter has a Hyundai Accent so it wasn’t the car size of why we was charged so much. $89 for service fee plus $45-$85 for the hook up fee and wait not done plus $4 every mile, Guaranteed you can find someone cheaper!!!!
Very disappointed in the price I had to pay, was told I’d total out my pay at around 110-135 MAX. I drove from my work to my car and dropped my keys off, even left the driver a tip. If I didn’t leave my keys the dispatch said I’d probably be out of pocket 200+ DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for a tow. Hidden fees and the driver gets to put a price on the car even before they arrive!
Called this towing service and they sent a wrecker out to me pretty quickly. Eli, the tow truck driver was very helpful with helping me unload my classic car which is currently going through a major repair. He did not hesitate to help me push it into my garage since it was not possible to get his truck on there. I highly recommend SC Pro Tow Fort Worth for your towing needs!!!
I was told that they were going to investigate and a month has gone by without a word. They out source there work to a bunch of crooks who tell you a price and as soon as they arrive to the destination they change it. I am talking about the price to hook a motorcycle not the miles. This company is one of those companies that you should steer clear from. The individual that hooked my motorcycle completely changed the price as soon as we arrived to my destination. He told me he would charge me a hooking fee when he met me, but as soon as he arrived he decided that he would switch the price and charge me more then what he told me. He also said if I did not pay him what he asked he would take the motorcycle with him. Please keep away from this company unless you liked to get ripped off. I have contacted other companies before for this type of work and have never been disrespected or lied to as they did. At least if they were honest from the start then I would know what I am getting into and decide if it was worth it. Honesty is a key thing in life. They even stated they will review this incident seems like another lie.
I was lied to the driver told me the hook up for my motorcycle was going to be $59 plus the $59 service call. When we arrived to my destination. He decided to charge me $90 for the hood up along with $59 for the service call. While on the phone with the service tech, the tech stated the service call was $59 plus an additional $59 to $65 for the hook up. I feel that this was a bate and switch. I feel truly lied to and it is not a good feeling. The driver even had an attitude the whole time. I loaded and unloaded my own motorcycle. With the cameras in front of my house to prove it. Thank you for the horrible service and enjoy praying on people. I would not have minded the fee if i would have known before hand. Yes I do understand the $3 per mile. That fee was only $18

Called for an after hours tow, and am fully aware cost is more. Called and spoke with Jeff? He took advantage of my late night, highly stressed call, with a vehicle stuck on the side of a major, busy highway. I had called several other companies and none could get to us in under an hour, and I told him so. I told him if they could get there sooner, schedule it.
He put me on hold, came back and said he could have a driver to me within 30-40 minutes, he was dropping right around the corner from me. Even the Officer who was hanging out protecting us, thought that was great! He quoted me the rate and disclaimed so fast that I never heard him say ‘Nonrefundable’ to the service charge.
The driver called me shortly after, and said he was on the east side of Dallas, I was in northwest FTW! he was well over an hour away, not around the corner. I told him never mind and would call back to cxl.
Jeff(?) did not like that and his attitude went from understanding to Belligerence like the flip of a switch and said they were going to charge me anyway because he driver was on the way. First, he was not, when he called me he was trying to find out my location, even told me he was sitting at his previous drop, trying to locate where I was. I also told Jeff(?) that I never heard him say ‘Non-Refundable’
So he replayed the recorded call and it was very clear that he ‘MUMBLED’ the nonref part. I asked him to repeat that part of his script to me, verbatim. It took two tries, but he did: “If the driver arrives on site and the car is not there, or you call once he is on the way to cancel, the fee is non refundable” I recorded him playing the audio and repeating the script to me. I told Jeff(?) I would dispute the charges and my bank agrees based on the actual recording of the call. (they have yet to charge me, which I am sure validates my experience)
I am fairly certain the guys name was not Jeff, but that is what he told me. Their drivers may be good, but their sales are just out to take your money... they have not, and will not get mine....
I broke down on the highway, whenever I called this company I asked what the price would be. I told them it was too much and would look elsewhere, they offered a 30 dollar discount and I took it. They knew my exact location before sending out the driver. When the driver arrived they charged the maximum and then 60 more for a dangerous place when knowing the EXACT location in the first place. At this I point I was already charged a non refundable price for them to come out. None of this was said before coming out and was told it is what it is. HORRIBLE customer service definitely WOULD NOT recommend them.
I chose this place because of their high reviews, but after getting home and seeing my car, which had a completely totaled windshield, damaged hood, damaged top of car, and the fenders ripped out where the front door wouldn't open... I don't see how. The main issue here was I was told everything went fine upon delivery when I called to check. This was a straight up lie. When I called back after seeing it to ask, they admitted that it happened while they were towing it but still blamed someone else. No accountability.

Don't use them. After calling three tow companies and being quoted $300+ ($8 per mile), I called them and was told twice it would be around $150.00 (3 dollars a mile). Once the car was delivered it was $320.00. They need to tell people the truth!! The driver was competent and handled the delivery fine, but you should be upfront about the real cost...Would never use them again.
I would not suggest this tow company, the company is not transparent with pricing. On the phone the nice representative advised me one price however, when the driver arrived there was an extra $65.00 charge that I'm still confused about. I usually don't write reviews but I was extremely unhappy with the fact that I felt as if I was being tricked.Beware although there is a $55 fee for the driver to go to the car the is also a $35-65 dollar hook up fee and an additional fee that you will not understand.
A little pricey. They seemed as if they'd never dropped a vehicle at a closed Dealership service department before & I had to explain to them how that was supposed to work; they charged me an extra $35 drop-off fee for that. $230 tow. They were polite on the phone, though.
Ramon was fantastic. He was upfront with all costs and very friendly. He made sure I was comfortable in terms of giving me a ride as he towed my car. If I ever need another tow his company is getting a call. Service is easy to work with too.

3/24/16 I called to get a quote. The guy was friendly quote seemed reasonable. The tow driver came out to get my vehicle. Seemed like a nice guy. 2 and a 1/2 hours later I realized I didn't get a call letting me know my vehicle was delivered and that my card was charged didn't even get an invoice. I checked my bank account and my card was way over charged. I called the tow company asked for a breakdown of my charges they guy told me that the tech would have to call me and hung up on me without getting my info. Worried if my vehicle even made it to its destination I called the shop. It was there. So I waited for a call back from the tech. I did not get one. I called again the next morning (yesterday) 3/25/16. The guy seemed much nicer and willing to help. He looked up my info and told me the tech hasn't turned in the tow info. Asked what I was charged $345. He asked me how many miles was the tow which was 55 miles. I then told him that worst case scenario it should have been $315.
What I was quoted
$85 for setup
$35-$65 for basic tow
$3 a mile after leaving city limits
So worst case scenario
All $85 + all $65 + $165 for all 55 miles = $315
I shouldn't have been charged $345 and I shouldn't be charged $315.
This company will not tell you how much they are charging you until they show up. I will never use them again. I am going to post their picture & service info at my job and all over Facebook. I will make sure nobody I knows get screwed as I have. I was expecting an $85 charge that ended up $180. I asked several times what I was paying. Never again!!!!!
Great service! Reasonable price, very helpful, honest and customer oriented. I've used them several times and have always been satisfied with their services. Fast and convenient, local and always helping people, they were even running during the ice storm. Glad they are moving up, keep up the awesome work!
