KQ Towing Company was fast, professional, and friendly from start to finish. They arrived right on time and handled my vehicle with great care. The driver was courteous and made a stressful situation so much easier. Their prices were fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises. I highly recommend KQ Towing to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy towing or roadside assistance. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with a towing company!
I will be honest, I was worried when I figured all the recent negative reviews, but my experience was smooth. Samuel arrived on time, exactly at the initial ETA provided to me. He handled my Maserati with care. It was through insurance and my experience was smooth. Ask for Samuel, he is genuinely good. Had a good conversation with him on our way to Discount tire.

KQ Towing is by far the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. When they were unloading my car, they handled it so badly that they cracked my front bumper. That’s not just sloppy work it’s flat-out negligence.
On top of that, the guys answering the phone is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
And if you think they’ll at least show up on time? Think again. They told me they’d be there in 30 minutes I waited over two hours before they finally arrived. They lie about their ETA, they’re unreliable, and they clearly don’t care about the stress and inconvenience they cause.
If you care at all about your car, your time, or basic respect, DO NOT USE KQ TOWING. Save yourself the headache, the damage, and the disrespect. There are plenty of towing services out there this is absolutely not the one you want touching your vehicle.
Hit my 1990 Corvette I have it on dash cam I’m going to be taking them to court. The driver insisted that he did not hit my vehicle when I was present for him to back into it. He chipped a piece of my bumper underneath also when he unloaded my vehicle, he let the bumper drag the ground in the front and rear anybody that does towing. I will understand that they need extra wood to put at the back of their ramp for lower vehicles. These people do not care about your vehicle at all. Do not allow them to tow for you. What I thought would be a simple write down the street toe turned into a nightmare the gentleman just got done yelling at my wife over the phone, telling her that his driver did not hit our vehicle and he hung up the phone very unprofessional. I do not recommend if I could leave zero stars I wouldbeware when you are calling for a tow service. Do not use these people.

Waited over 6 hours just to have them cancel on me. They constantly pushed out the time they were going to show up and then just stopped answering my calls. Terrible service. Do not use.

Very disappointed as this service was referred to us through Carmax’s 3rd party towing service. Waited 2 hours as we were told, that turned into 5 hours for a pick up, AI and KQ told us 45 min at least 3 -4 times. We called 5-6 times to cancel, no answer. It was after 5 by this point. Texted number to cancel. Still no response. Called another towing company who showed up in an hour (during 5pm traffic). A waste of a day waiting on KQ. Paid $82.50 before the service was even contacted (online). Never again!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Horrible experience! Left me stranded for over 7 hours. Communication and timely response is HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t ask them to come save me if I were about to fall off of a cliff. Absolutely disgusting and horrible company. My car still isn’t home and it’s 10:17PM! Initially requested them at 2:51PM. Showed up unable to tow my vehicle that had all 4 tires stolen off of it even though I explicitly explained my situation to them...twice, to make it crystal clear. Then claimed my insurance cancelled the tow so they wouldn't have to deal with it.
Absolutely terrible service. They don’t respond and they lie about showing up. I waited 5 hours only to have them not respond at all. Stay far away from. They have no buisness running a service. Unprofessional!
I had an excellent experience with this tow company! They responded incredibly quickly, which was a huge relief given the stressful timing right before the holidays. The driver was kind, respectful, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. On top of their great service, they were very affordable. Thanks to their efficiency, I made it to the tire shop just in time to get my car repaired. Highly recommend!
The driver that came out to tow my truck. He was in a hurry before he even got to me. All he was thinking about was his next job that he had to get to. Unprofessional and rude! I would.

I would give a zero if I can. Just read some previous reviews and OMGOSH if I knew I would tell my Insurance to not use this company for me but they’re not gonna use them anymore as to what happened to me. This company is awful and needs to be looked into. They picked up my car from insurance company and in the middle of taking my car to a repair shop they called my husband and literally screamed at him and demanded more money and said the insurance canceled on them. Anyway after some back and forth calls to my insurance company said they would pay him for the mileage he demanded even though he picked up the car and agreed to the price they had on contract. but he need to finish the job so they can pay him. He then demanded them to pay him right away and held my car hostage for 2 days without me knowing where my car is at. This is insane! I had to call 911 and report them to the police. Anyway my Insurance had no choice was bullied by this company and my car was taking hostage for more money and finally he delivered it after 2 days after my insurance company paid him. Wow! I can’t imagine this company been in business at all! All the reviews I read was bad on here had an awful response by this company and I know mine will be too. Instead of solving people’s problem this company yelled at 1 star reviews which should be 0 as far as I know. I wanted to write this review to let everyone know so they can be aware of this disgusting company. Oh and I forgot to let everyone know that after my insurance company paid them, they said my car would be delivered before 12 on a Monday as I had told them the repair shop closes at 5 pm and I called to make sure they delivered it at 12 and they did not and after some back and forth calls they finally delivered it at around 4 pm. Thank god! This company had me soo stress out I can’t even described and all the bad reviews on here shows it! Awful! Awful! Awful!

My husband got a flat on his motorcycle around 12:30pm on 10/2/24. We were weighing our options on whether to go through our insurance or the HOG roadside program, as well as where the bike needed to be towed to for repair. After calling around and figuring things out, we went with HOG, and once payment went through, this company was dispatched to my husband at 2:20pm. The ETA at that time was 90-120 minutes. That sounded crazy to me, but my husband stuck it out. Then around 4:30pm, I got a text inquiring if our provider had arrived and I said no. Then got an updated ETA of ANOTHER 45 minutes!!! I immediately got on the phone and called the company myself. I explained the situation and the owner said he would get in touch with his driver to get him out quickly. At 4:45pm, I got an update saying the ETA was now 13 minutes. I called again, in a panic, because we needed to have the bike to Harley by 6pm, which I reiterated MULTIPLE TIMES throughout this entire exchange. At 4:54pm, my husband let me know his phone was about to die and to just come pick him up. While on my way, I get a call at 5:17pm from the owner saying he’s about 15-20min away, and he will go pick him up himself. I reiterated AGAIN that we need to be at Harley by 6pm. So I told him I would just meet them at the dealership since he was close and would be bringing him. He got to my husband FINALLY around 5:25pm. I arrive at the dealership and sit and wait for them to show up. Fast forward, it’s 6:06pm and I’ve heard nothing. So I call to get an update on where they were. He proceeds to tell me he loaded everything up, then went back to his shop in order to do “shift change”, but also told me they were closed. I was FURIOUS at this point and started laying into him. It’s not my problem that you’re “closed”, you could have picked him up hours ago. He WAS NOT supposed to go back to the shop, nor did he tell me that he was. I also told him YET AGAIN that he was supposed to be here at 6PM!! He said my husband told him 7pm, and I told him not to listen to him, that I’d been telling him 6pm this whole time. And he said he would listen to him because he’s “big man with the bike”!!!! HOW DEGRADING!!! I continued yelling and exclaiming that this is no way to run a business, and that complaints will be filed, and reviews will be posted. After that, I told him to get his driver and my husband to the dealership NOW, and hung up. After this heated exchange, he refused to answer any calls or texts from me, and even hung up on my mom, when we were trying to get the number for the driver that was actually with my husband. It took the Harley dealership calling the owner around 6:30pm to get an answered call, and he just told them the driver wasn’t answering his phone. I continued waiting and waiting until they FINALLY showed up at almost 7pm!!!
Thankfully Harley was super understanding, and even stayed late to fix the bike. I also spoke with HOG customer service and let them know they should ABSOLUTELY NOT be doing business with this company. They understood and are going to refund me the money I paid as well.
Overall, this is hands down the WORST experience we’ve ever had with a towing company and would NOT recommend them at all.

Zero stars if I could. KQ towing was chosen by my insurance company and I was given a 90 min window. 14 hours later many calls and texts promising they’d be there and they were a no show and nothing saying they couldn’t do the tow. No idea why they accept tows from Farmers then don’t show up. Just say you can’t do it so another provider can be found. You risk the lives and vehicles of the people you strand for so long. Abysmal service!
Farmers insurance scheduled this company KQ Towing to pickup my vehicle. ETA 100 minutes. After 2hrs of waiting , calling and texting this company with NO answer, Farmers called and they said it would be another 2 hours. The number of poor reviews tell the story. Ended up calling another tow company. Do not waste your time with KQ Towing.

It has been over 5 hours with no communication from KQ Towing LLC.
I requested roadside assistance through Farmers Insurance, and they chose KQ Towing as my provider.
Unfortunately, KQ Towing never showed up or communicated any delays.
After waiting for over five hours, I had to find another provider.
This level of service is completely unacceptable and could have had serious consequences.
I would not recommend KQ Towing LLC to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance.
DO NOT USE. Awful, lazy, service. On 6/11/24 K&Q accepted the tow from my insurance dispatch. I tracked ETAs and waited patiently for 2.5 hours until they were supposed to arrive. Called them and was told the driver canceled the service. I asked when, and was told “um, like 5 minutes ago.” I was provided no notification and no recourse. Theres about 1000 other towing services USE SOMEONE ELSE.
My insurance company dispatched them at 3pm on 12/5/23. I had been in a car accident & needed to go to urgent care so at 5pm, I went there & got taken care of. Called at 6pm & was told the driver was on his way and it would be an hour. Called back at 7pm then 7:30pm and they never answered. Got my pain meds filled at a local pharmacy and was called by "Alex" on the way home apologizing for the miscommunication. Was told the driver would call me between 9am-9:20am the next morning to let me know they are on their way. Called at 9:30 and was told the driver was in Keller, the same town my vehicle was in and that he'd be there in 15 minutes. For those that don't know, Keller isn't that large of a town that it takes 15 to drive from the fartherest part of it to where I was at. Driver called & says he'll be there in 25 minutes and coming from Irving. Now, the driver was professional, loaded my vehicle onto the back of the tow truck carefully, and delivered it to the right body shop.
I wish State Farm would never use this company again. They repeatedly lied to State Farm & me on how much longer it will take to get the driver there. 19 hours is how long it took from the original dispatch to pick up.

Again, this company was dispatched at 3pm on 12/5/23 to pick up my car. The car wasn't picked up until 10am the next day. So let's do the math. 12 hours from 3pm is 3am then 7 more hours which was 10am. So 12+7 is 19. I did not wait with my vehicle for 19 hours. I stopped waiting at 8pm because I knew I had been lied to be this company that a driver was coming that evening. I left my car on multiple occasions to go do things such urgent care, to go to my employer to fill out my accident paperwork, go get dinner, and go to my house to drop off my stuff from work. If you think I'm lying about being with my vehicle the entire time, contact the business around where my vehicle was. They have cameras. You have the address because a tow truck driver finally showed up there at 10am.
It's unprofessional that there was a lack of communication from this company. I should not have had to get State Farm involved if people had communicated with me. *I* had to be one to call to get status updates. When Alex called, he was the only person with this company that called ME yesterday. Also, don't call me again unless you want legal action brought against you. I don't owe you anything. You'll get paid from State Farm.
Unreliable! Kept moving the time of my tow, 1-2 hours turned into all night . When they said they were on the way the location for them on my insurance app kept jumping around and stopping at different locations. When I called them they said 30 minutes, I waited 45 then they said 15 minutes. I waited 30 then finally got my insurance to get me a different tow truck company because they clearly were not coming to help me . Don’t recommend them to anyone
My insurance company dispatched them at 11am with an ETA of 90-120 minutes. 5 1/2 hours later my ins co calls them again and they said there was an issue with the truck and they would need to send a different one with 60 min ETA. By this time it’s too late to get it to the repair shop. Zero communication to me from this towing company except for when I called them. He told me 30 mins, I said it’s already been 4 hours. He said he would contact the driver. Nothing else after that.
Terrible.. I called for a tow at 5pm and they said they would have someone out to me within 60-90min. Well 2.5 hours later they called to cancel the tow service for no apparent reason. I understand things can get delayed, but I would have liked to know a lot sooner. (Btw it’s also 102 degrees outside.) wound not recommend. They were not reliable and are difficult to get ahold of.
This is the worst company. Do not use them. They scammed my insurance for 1700 dollars. All I had was a flat front tire. I needed a tow to the tire shop 1.6 miles away. It was a normal Ford F350 pickup. Not even a dually. Regular truck. They charged 1700 after they picked up my truck (I told them not to leave until they had the price confirmed. They took off with it anyway when i walked back inside and basically held it for ransom. They did not use ANY special equipment. They secured it with a log chain. I watched them. Then when my insurance questioned them they said we’ll take the tuck to storage until you pay. THEY TOOK MY TRUCK RANSOM!!! Who does this?!?!?! These crooks did!!!! This company is a rip off!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Told me 60-90 minutes. The driver ended up taking other tows and didn’t tell dispatch so 60-90 minutes turned into 6 hours. When I finally get to my car in the morning at the tire shop I find that inside my locked car that my phone charger is missing. Called the office to explain the situation and the guy said he was gonna look it up real quick then proceeded to hang up on me. So not only do they have thieves working for them they also have management that supports their employees stealing from customers who are already paying hundreds of dollars for their service.
