My car was recently towed because I was in a visitors spot due to no resident spots being open after my family and I came home late last night. My registration is up to date. Sticker and all. When trying to figure out where my car was and why it was towed before asking a police officer in my family to run my plates. We were given the run around. When begging and begging for them to just listen they gave us so much attitude and were so rude. Wouldn't listen at all. My driver's license was thrown back to me through the window slot, she threw the paper all crumbled up through the slot. Ignored us for a good 5 mins through a lot of it. I have it all recorded. We became so frustrated. I was calm until I wasn't because of the horrible treatment given. When asked for them to contact the owner or manager, they said they didn't have a way to contact the owner. We kept explaining there was no prompt to choose from to talk to the tow truck company directly to see if they could release the car directly. It was a horrible experience. They made us stand in the rain when we went back in to pay for my car and just make a formal complaint because they were mad. Then wouldn't let me out to get back to the front. All they had to do was push a button. I have a bad heart condition and this made my blood pressure boil and my heart beat faster then usual. Money that was suppose to be meant for my insulin and heart meds gone to very rude and unprofessional people for no reason and they wouldn't even help me when I needed it. I have videos for proof once I realized they weren't going to help me and were just going to continue to be jerks. Not to mention I just replaced my transmission and now the front end is shaking bad! Vibrates!

The WORST place. Towed my car with my tires completely turned to the side. If I have any problems driving I’ll definitely be calling this towing company. There’s no card reader here!!! Cash only the atm machine is a 7 dollars fee. The 2 ladies in that office were genuinely no help at all. Avoid this place if you can!!!!! Some how it came out to be 300 dollars when it got towed 10 minutes up the road. My tires were straight when I parked.

The yard is well organized and manageable. The entrance to the yard is narrow and a bit restrictive for really large trailers. I arrived with a 53 ft wedge to pick up 2 cars and evaluate an excavator that I had bought at auction. Nobody was rude here, but they sure were not polite, nor helpful. Crappy customer service with the intent to charge you fees however they can is the impression I was left with. Even when I spoke to people on the phone, it was never all that polite. They wouldn't lift a finger unless they got to charge me $750 per hour in full hour increments. That means just 1 min over, and it's another $750. Another driver that was in the yard was told the same thing when his winch cable broke. I ended up helping him out. Took me like 5 mins to lend him a hand. They told me that the excavator I bought at auction didn't run, and they needed to change me $750 per hr to load it. I came in with jump boxes and bled the fuel system, and it fired right up. Took me like 15 mins total to get it running. I spent some time after that verifying operations. Then, when the driver from Benson Brothers Wrecker, which I hired to move the excavator, arrived, they told him too that it didn't run. He knew I was just out there, and it did for sure run, though. But even when he asked for an additional jump box or cables to help jump a 24 volt system, he was again told it would be $750 for assistance. He left and instead bought a $360 24 volt jump box, returned, and the excavator fired right up and drove on. He was out 20 mins later. It took him a total of 2 hrs because he had to leave and come back. Benson Bros changed me $750 total, including the 100-mile transport, and were super polite and helpful in all aspects, including everyone at their office. They have earned all my transportation and wrecker services as a result. I'll visit ABC just because I have to when they are holding LSO auction items.

I was towed unnecessarily, was treated as less-than-human by customer service, and now require repairs to my vehicle because of their treatment. My car was towed within 3 minutes of me having exited my vehicle despite the registration form I completed immediately thereafter. I was not informed about where to go to get my car and it took me around an hour to finally locate my car at ABC Wrecker Services. The person who was at the front desk was very rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Our exchanges were fairly civil until she asked me to fill out the paper work needed to run my credit card. When I gave her the completed form she raised her voice at me and loudly said "I can't run your card with this information, you need to write it better." While sobbing uncountably and in disbelief of my whole experience I refilled out the form and gave it back. She raised her voice again telling me that she can't run my card with that information. I didn't understand what she wanted me to do differently and finally learned I had accidently put the wrong name in one of the fields. Not to mention, the amount of money I had to pay was astounding. After this excruciating exchange, she told me to get my car. When I entered the vehicle I received all sorts of warning signals, check engine included. The steering was harder than usual but I managed to drive my car to the exit. I was not let out of the lot so I drove around the lot trying to find a different gate to exit from but to no avail. I went back to the original gate and waited another 5 minutes before calling them and asking where the exit was. A different rep than the one I interacted with answered the phone and let me know that my rep was supposed to have let me out but just walked away after I paid my fee. Thankfully, this person opened the gate. Because of the condition I received my car in, I require an appointment to have my car fixed at my dealership. I was treated as less-than-human, my car was handled carelessly, and I was horrified by the disrespect I received all the way around. If you are considering contracting with this company I strongly discourage it as it will leave a bad taste (and possibly a damaged car) in the mouths/hands of your business' tenants/clients.

Update: September 23rd: You have my number, I have left it at least 15 times. You can call me when YOU are available!! Update September 22nd, still no return call. I am reporting to BBB, though I am sure you don't care. Update September 4th, still no call Update: I called the office 2 or 3 times a week as well as calling Sonny's personal cell, for over a month, and all my calls were ignored. I called again yesterday, at the request of ABC's response, and again...my call has not been returned. If they are truly sorry and care to rectify this issue, they will return my call. May 25th our small RV park was ripped apart by an EF3 tornado. My husband and I invested everything we have to build the park in order to supplement my loss of income when my health failed. This park and the people who live here matter to us greatly! ABC was hired to tow just one of the many RVs that was damaged, off of the property. My husband made sure to secure the utilities and everything was intact with plenty room for ABC to move the RV without damaging the utilities. Unfortunately, they were careless and drug the RV across the septic, breaking the pipe down into the ground. Many other tow companies had come after the tornado and moved RVs, with much less space, and took great care not to cause further damage. I called and spoke with a manager named Sonny, who said they would pay for the repairs ($1,100). Sadly, that was a lie and all they have done for over a month, is avoid my calls. It is disheartening that after going through a deadly tornado, loosing 7 of my neighbors and nearly loosing our business, ABC came to our property and caused more costly damage (that could have been avoided) and are unwilling to make it right.

THIS BUSINESS HAS THE WORST SERVICE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE TO REPRESENT THEIR COMPANY. SHAME ON ANYONE THAT KNOWINGLY EMPLOYS AND PAYS AN INDIVIDUAL LIKE THE PETTY WOMAN THAT WORKS HERE AT THE LOCATION OFF RANDOLL MILL IN FORT WORTH TEXAS. I'm not sure if it's her fault or theirs for her complete and utter unprovoked bitterness and unprofessional demeanor because I asked simple questions to obtain basic information that she should be able to answer. I mean, I know we shouldn't assume things but common knowledge suggests as the employee being compensated to perform a service as representative of the business she works for, surely should have been trained and prepared her for her role before being trusted with such responsibilities? If not then I would still hope that common courtesy, and professionalism would encourage one to at least have some manners and self respect to treat other humans with politeness.. To act helpful and take pride in what ever they are paid to do, as they represent their employer and provide a needed service for the general public. I can understand such a position must have its pros and cons, but at the end of the day you are being paid up perform a service, and they service is something you should do you best at, as such is with all things we do to write our life story.. A person will always REMEMBER HOW YOU TREAT THEM, so how you want up be remembered by this you encounter should matter, unfortunately too many of us like the woman that provided such a negative and unhelpful experience with me (and from my knowledge from others that posted a review here from what I have read - so forgive my assumptions) AND more likely anyone she encounters in her day to day. To live with such a perception as to KNOWINGLY be rude and dishonest, refusing to grant such basic information like her name, the tow company that delivered the vehicle in their businesses parking yard, or how to contact them. To not provide any solution or helpful information when I asked to speak to someone that may know the answers and withhold contact info and told to look it up online and then given such animosity for trying to clarify and understand how to best resolve the situation that her job role should be educated to answer? ASSUMPTIONS ASIDE, as common sense and human curtesy would suggest, someone that is hired to perform a job for more than a day would have learned to be able to respond and assist the businesses clients that need to obtain resolutions. I am tired of these greedy, tyrant-like businesses that give their industry such a bad reputation and continue to make such stereotypical decisions to allow employees like the no name lady to show just how much they really don't care about other humans. It seems ABC Wrecker Serv. does not Ask But Confiscates vehicles and promote unfair and unjustified practices from their employees. AND encourages bad business practices without any consideration for the victims that fall prey to their bad employees and said unfair practices. THANK GOD FOR RENTAL COMPANIES LIKE ENTERPRISE... the car that they towed was a rental I would hope something would be done and initiate reformation and development to encourage employees to be polite and professional, if nothing else and to reprimand unwanted behaviors from employees that don't maintain basic service standards... Not to mention the atrocious charges for such "services" are another sign that the company merely puts on a facade and had no intention of acting in service of their communities - instead of robbing honest hard working people by taking advantage of timely mistakes - hunting for unsuspecting victims to enforce stress on them more that just their fees in the end, but also jeopardize some jobs due to lack of customer service in helping to resolve the mistake in a timely and affordable manner. It's a shame that people live their lives with such ugly and ignorant perspectives... there's nothing nice to say about this company's decision to hire, and continue to employ a person that has an attitude like the woman that I spoke with and I'm honestly concerned to meet in person when I pick up my rental vehicle that was towed from my apartment complex, of which I had ran inside to unload some items from it and came back to the bag of trash I had on top because I was going to take it to the dumpster on site before parking in the garage space I typically park in. We will see what happens, and pray for the best outcome. Hopefully someone from the corporate office will see the ongoing list of complaints and change the way their businesses work, because encouraging sneaky practices and overlooking obvious signs that would hint to perhaps they are coming back out of the building soon, and to top it off being as sadistic as to leave the trash bag there, as if it was a taunting or bullying of some sort? Encouraging such behavioral practices should be ILLEGAL - AT LEAST I BELEIVE IN WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND .. shameful this business exists and is making revenue just to hire people with horrible personalities to represent what their business culture and services are encouraged to strive for. Such companies shouldn't be doing business if this is the kind of people they want to represent their business model and strive to do nothing to better this community or the world around them. I would hope some kind of justice will be served to right the wrongs this place has allowed to continue to take place by their employees and business, adding to the already negative stereo type that the industry of Towing has.. I suppose their motto is "If you can't beat them join them?" BY deciding to promote such cruelty and dissatisfaction like the crooks they are thought to be? Why stand out and make the status quo change? When it's easy to be dishonest, greedy and unfair?! WHY INDEED....
