Hi! We called today because my sister had a flat tire. They were more than patient on the phone as i gathered the info they needed and were prompt with their response time. Chase(i believe was his name) in the office was professional and helpful. Eli, the driver, showed up quickly and even let my daughter help him load the car. Kindness is so scarce these days, but we found it twice here. Would recommend.

This place is very unprofessional employees walking around with loungewear didn’t know who needed to sign the paperwork and then also calling out racial profiling “the white one can go back there”

I firmly believe that this establishment warrants an investigation. I would appreciate it if you could provide detailed information regarding your pricing for a vehicle that was not even on the property for ten minutes. I have noticed that the tower is not performing effectively based on something underneath my car dragging when I drive. An employee has indicated that the “STATE” charge ranges from $200 to $250, inclusive of additional fees. I will consistently write reviews and intend to continue doing so until I reach the appropriate authority. This establishment is fraudulent, and it is only a matter of time until it is shut down.

We bought a car, but can't get it transfered due to them not putting the mileage on the paperwork texas requires it on a 2014 model we have called several times but still nothing done, they didn't mind taking our money pretty sad I probably will have to do a bonded title due to them not helping with this matter.

This place is a joke. They will charge you extra fees added to what they quoted you and you have no choice to pay or they keep your car. Rude and unprofessional people working for this company. Greed will eventually get to them in bad karma ways.

I truly don't understand how this place is even open these are some of the most rude and unprofessional people that I have ever encountered. As soon as you come in the door no acknowledgments, nothing and then I politely try to get the ladies attention and she brushed me off. I tried also calling because I needed to be at work at a certain time and I was just met with "I can't help you"

JUST WOW!!! THESE WOMEN WERE COMPLETELY HATEFUL AND CUSSING US OUT!!! My son had a bad car accident. Once released from the hospital, we go to retrieve belongings. We were threatened and attacked.... SMH OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very rude people at the front especially the one wearing head phones shoving the paper through the hole not a way to treat people that are basically keeping your business open paying for there cars back instead of making people even more pissed that there car is towed maybe have some generosity towards us people instead of making us even more pissed that we have to deal with rude people. Fix it

UPDATE 3 YEARS AGO I WROTE THIS REVIEW AND LOOKS LIKE NOTHING HAS CHANGED LEECHES. The lady on the phone was rude. My fiancé calls and she’s just getting snobby. Saying how they don’t have his car and that it’s not here in the system. Well guess what, not only did the airtag that’s in his car shows the location BUT THE POLICE SAID THE VEHICLE IS HERE. So I call asking for the car and the same lady goes “we.don’t.have.that.car” (periods to emphasize the pause). I say “yes you do because the airtag has the location there” and she says “well maybe it’s in the repo next door” so I say “well then what’s the repo place called” and she says rudely “I don’t know, I don’t work there I only work here.”. So we drive up there thanks to my amazing friend giving us a ride, my fiancé goes in, one person allowed btw so yay for the lady only having one angry person instead of three (my fiance, my friend, and I). Anyways he’s in there and I can overhear how he has to mention the airtag and the police and they STILL SAY ITS NOT HERE. THE LADY AGAIN SAYS CHECK THE REPO LOT NEXT DOOR EVEN THOUGH ITS EMPTY AND WE JUST CHECKED JUST IN CASE ALSO BTW THE CAR IS FULLY PAID OFF SO IDK WHY ITD BE THERE. So he shows his phone and they FINALLY check. IT’S THERE IT ONLY TOOK US 3 HOURS BUT WE GOT IT BOYS. Here’s a theory: most likely they lied about not having it so they could charge us more money. But they still charged a lot $300 down the drain. And the kicker, it got towed because the expired inspection stickers but get this THE NEW ONES JUST GOT MAILED IN JUST TODAY AND THE PAPER FOR THE TEMPORARY ONES FELL OFF THE DASHBOARD WHICH GRANTED YEAH MY FIANCÉ SHOULD’VE MADE SURE IT STAYED UP THERE BUT WERE MAKING AN HONEST LIVING WITH OVERTIME AND NOT IN SOME SHADY SCAMMY TOWING COMPANY.

I know that getting your car towed isn’t a fun experience for anyone, but the employees at this place will make the stress a million times worse. Unhelpful on the phone and extremely rude in person. I literally just asked the lady helping me to please speak up because it’s a loud car lot and she was mumbling. Just for this I was met with yelling and eye rolls. The worst part was after we paid the ridiculous fee we waited 10 minutes outside of the gate for them to let us out. I finally got out of my car and asked if there was something else we needed to do and conveniently the gate opened. Convenience, I think not. I get that customer service isn’t y’all’s forte but intentionally making me wait AFTER I paid is ridiculous. I hope yall can be kinder to customers in the future.

If i could put negative stars I would. The front desk lady was miserable. Muffled words and attitude when asked to speak up. Just all around unpleasant experience on top of your car being towed. If i ever needed a roadside tow I damn sure won’t be calling ABC.

I’m a tow truck driver and came here to pickup a vehicle for transport that didn’t have anything to do with me. Some of the wildest office staff I ever seen. Clearly don’t want to be there and hate their job, openly cussing and complaining about supervisors and business practices to each other, extremely rude to me and customers on the phone, took forever for them to find and do the paperwork.

The ladies are terrible, I've never had worse customer experience. Tara or however she says her name is the rudest person you can imagine. I came up here with my sister who has a broke back, they would only allow 1 of us back, and her tone of voice towards us was uncalled for, her demeanor was uncalled for. I will never do business with this company if this is the kind of staff they employ. If you do business here expect to receive the worst service you will ever encounter.

The WORST place. Towed my car with my tires completely turned to the side. If I have any problems driving I’ll definitely be calling this towing company. There’s no card reader here!!! Cash only the atm machine is a 7 dollars fee. The 2 ladies in that office were genuinely no help at all. Avoid this place if you can!!!!! Some how it came out to be 300 dollars when it got towed 10 minutes up the road. My tires were straight when I parked. Update: A worker harassed me on Facebook about this review so be careful guys!!!

My car was towed on 3-28-25 early in the morning. I called to see how much it would be and as soon as some lady answered she said hold and I was on hold for almost 9 minutes. She came back and told me the price. I went when I got off work. Some young girl helped me. She was rude and very dry. She was sitting at the computer looking at photos while calling herself helping me. She asked what kind of vehicle I told her she said what. She sat there on her butt for awhile before she got up to go look through the keys. She asked for my license and asked was I paying cash or credit card. I told her card. She gave me a piece of paper to fill out for using my credit card and the told me the price. I went to give her my card and she said you have to fill out the paper first. Why didn't you just say that first. She went to sit back on her butt and I filled out the paper really quick. I'm standing there and she's sitting there looking at pictures on the computer as if she don't see me. I stood for awhile. Time I went as sat in a chair she gets up and tells me to go out the door and go around to the 2nd window. I paid and she gives me my keys and tells me where to get my car. Then she tells me to pull to the gate and they will let me out. I sat at the gate for awhile before they opened. A older woman was also in there talking to a man the whole time. They are very unprofessional. A word of advice. Be careful how you treat and talk to people you never know what they been through or going through. The fact that the young girl just sit on her butt and eat and watch photos on computer while ignoring customers is very sad and disappointing. I pray I will NEVER have to go back here. I wish I could report to BBB but you can't report for bad service

No one has a good time when their car has been towed. We are all unhappy, irritated and frustrated. We tend to take out our negative feelings on the office staff. I am no different than the majority of people who have had their car towed. Miscommunication between the apartment complex and myself was a major reason the car was towed so yea I was not a happy person and was not looking forward to the process. BUT Tarra and Karra made an unpleasant situation, bearable and easy to maneuver through. I had so many questions and issues with retrieving my vehicle and not one time did either of the ladies get irritated with me and snap at me, even when I had to ask the same question multiple times. Both were professional, helpful and pleasant. Thank you to both of you for making this experience not so horrible lol.

My fiancées car was towed due to a miscommunication with our apartment complex and is currently being disputed. They were informative about what the dispute would require…. But the front desk girl was so blunt and kinda rude about the whole ordeal and just kinda gave off “I hate it here” vibes.

Eli took the time to actually make sure my lowered car got on the tow truck safely, and without any damage at all. Using multiple boards of wood in strategic ways he made it work. It's midnight and This guy actually cares and I can't thank enough. Thanks so much Eli

The workers here are very unfriendly. I get that the job probably sucks having to deal with angry upset people all the time, but they chose the job. There is no reason to ruin the days of people who are actually cooperative and trying to be uncomplicated and easygoing. The one thing they did do that stood out in a good way was let me into my vehicle/home to retrieve my personal belongings and work equipment after the 30 days was up, so thank you for that. Other than that, I just wanted to say, I really hope your work lives get better, and I pray you find some peace for your troubled hearts.

My car was recently towed because I was in a visitors spot due to no resident spots being open after my family and I came home late last night. My registration is up to date. Sticker and all. When trying to figure out where my car was and why it was towed before asking a police officer in my family to run my plates. We were given the run around. When begging and begging for them to just listen they gave us so much attitude and were so rude. Wouldn't listen at all. My driver's license was thrown back to me through the window slot, she threw the paper all crumbled up through the slot. Ignored us for a good 5 mins through a lot of it. I have it all recorded. We became so frustrated. I was calm until I wasn't because of the horrible treatment given. When asked for them to contact the owner or manager, they said they didn't have a way to contact the owner. We kept explaining there was no prompt to choose from to talk to the tow truck company directly to see if they could release the car directly. It was a horrible experience. They made us stand in the rain when we went back in to pay for my car and just make a formal complaint because they were mad. Then wouldn't let me out to get back to the front. All they had to do was push a button. I have a bad heart condition and this made my blood pressure boil and my heart beat faster then usual. Money that was suppose to be meant for my insulin and heart meds gone to very rude and unprofessional people for no reason and they wouldn't even help me when I needed it. I have videos for proof once I realized they weren't going to help me and were just going to continue to be jerks. Not to mention I just replaced my transmission and now the front end is shaking bad! Vibrates!

The yard is well organized and manageable. The entrance to the yard is narrow and a bit restrictive for really large trailers. I arrived with a 53 ft wedge to pick up 2 cars and evaluate an excavator that I had bought at auction. Nobody was rude here, but they sure were not polite, nor helpful. Crappy customer service with the intent to charge you fees however they can is the impression I was left with. Even when I spoke to people on the phone, it was never all that polite. They wouldn't lift a finger unless they got to charge me $750 per hour in full hour increments. That means just 1 min over, and it's another $750. Another driver that was in the yard was told the same thing when his winch cable broke. I ended up helping him out. Took me like 5 mins to lend him a hand. They told me that the excavator I bought at auction didn't run, and they needed to change me $750 per hr to load it. I came in with jump boxes and bled the fuel system, and it fired right up. Took me like 15 mins total to get it running. I spent some time after that verifying operations. Then, when the driver from Benson Brothers Wrecker, which I hired to move the excavator, arrived, they told him too that it didn't run. He knew I was just out there, and it did for sure run, though. But even when he asked for an additional jump box or cables to help jump a 24 volt system, he was again told it would be $750 for assistance. He left and instead bought a $360 24 volt jump box, returned, and the excavator fired right up and drove on. He was out 20 mins later. It took him a total of 2 hrs because he had to leave and come back. Benson Bros changed me $750 total, including the 100-mile transport, and were super polite and helpful in all aspects, including everyone at their office. They have earned all my transportation and wrecker services as a result. I'll visit ABC just because I have to when they are holding LSO auction items.

My car got impounded by these crooks $315 later this is what my car looks like. The tow truck driver destroyed the back of my car. -Update they're stating that they're not liable for the damage to my car because the tow truck driver put dollies on when they realized that the tire went flat even though there's obvious wear Marks where it rubbed for quite a while. - second update- trying to save face you apologize for any inconvenience that I have and act like you're going to help me but still did nothing for me good thing I had insurance that was able to cover the damage to my car after a $250 deductible.
