It’s an impound lot. I get that. But could yall not have a creepy shady side door you have to go in through on the weekends. I get a very criminal vibe just looking at the place. This is the second time I’ve been here and it still creeps me out. The wire going to a button you push to be let in just makes it worse. I feel like I’m either about to shock myself or I’m going into a prison. Either way not something I wanna do . Both times the people at the desk have just been wonderful. Never any real problems. But the place give me the heebie-jeebies. Could you guys invest in maybe someone just being inside through the normal door. Please I will also say this the price you pay per day is actually pretty decent compared to other places. Thank you for not charging me a months worth of pay for a week.
Giving these people one star is too much. Winter storm fern’s icey road conditions caused us to get stuck in the ditch and we are from out of town. It was impounded by these people and it was 10 days before I could get it out because of there “rules” stating I could not let my family go get my truck. Working seven days a week, not only did they not work with me in any kind of way, the big lady is very dang rude to say the least. $810.00 is what they charged me, when I asked why so much they said that it took two of their trucks to get my TACOMA out of the ditch. Very rude, very overpriced, and they will take advantage of some poor working fella that’s already struggling. These guys also got my work equipment stolen while in there possession almost costing me my job as well of a grand towing fee. Poor attitude, sorry sorry people that I pray I’m nowhere ever around again in this lifetime and that’ll still be way too soon!!!
The heavySET lady at the front is very rude and disrespectful, she just throws the papers on the desk and snatches them from you, not to mention our car got impounded the day before the winter storm, there was no way to get to it until today Sunday so of course the fee kept going up, not to mention the doors were frozen shut and they said they have no water no restroom no coffee machine to lend us some water to simply defrost to open the door after we payed damn near $400 i understand if it wasn’t snowing but IT IS they could’ve have some damn sympathy to at least lend a hand, and the lady seemed like she just was mad she had to do her job I try my best to be respectful but she gon have that attitude with the wrong person one day and she lucky it wasn’t me because where I’m from we don’t do disrespectful . Hire better people for someone who sits on her behind all day working she got a whole lot of attitude. if I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would .
I'm sure there are some good people at this company, and I'm sure that if you are in a wreck or stranded on the road they can be a great help, but if you get your car towed because you parked at your friend or family members apartment for an hour and the convaluted guest vehicle software is not working, then this company is a complete nightmare to deal with. This is exactly what happened to my dad and I. We had to go at midnight to pick up his vehicle and right off the bat the lady we interacted with was very hostile and rude. She tried to say they only take cash and the charge would be $321.47. They have an ATM right inside the gate so you can get cash if you don't have any. So a company can afford to set up an ATM, but they supposedly don't have card readers? Seems like a ponzi scheme to me. When I asked why they don't take card she then corrected and said they take card but there is a 3 percent fee. Even more sus than that, for a company that supposedly only takes cash, when you pay, they will tell you they don't have any change!!!! They are sharks! They will try to use inconvenience to their advantage to screw you over.
The blonde lady with glasses was incredibly rude and hostile. I never raised my voice or did anything to prompt her to be that rude. She was yelling at me for no reason because I could t hear what she was saying because her mic was off. Towards the end I asked if I can speak to someone in charge so I can tell them about the service I received, she said there was no one available. I asked for a phone # to call, she said it’s online and when I told her it was only a machine she just dismissed me. I asked for her name and her response was “I don’t have one.” Another worker came up because the blonde lady just walked away as I was still talking. I asked the other worker for her coworkers name and she also said, “she said she doesn’t have one.” I told her I’m just trying to get in contact with someone about the service I received as I did not do anything for her to be rude and hostile. The racial discrimination the blonde lady gave is completely unprofessional and action need to be taken as this behavior should not be okay.
My car was towed due to it not being registered at the parking garage it was parked at. I acknowledge this was my fault, I had registered the vehicle but did not park in the right space, so I went to pick it up on 12/27/25 and had genuinely the worst personal interaction I have ever had with anyone at any place of business. She was rude and spoke to me in a way that I felt was disrespectful right off the bat. I understand that she likely deals with very upset and uncooperative people regularly but I'm already having a not so great day and I have someone yelling at me like a dog behind a dirty window that I can't see. Not only did I have to pay an uber to get to fort worth and spend $320 to get my car back, but I also had to be subjected to horrendous service by someone who does not treat others the way they want to be treated.
My partner was in a not at fault accident. Thankfully she is ok, but her vehicle is totaled. Jeremy was her wrecker driver - professional and polite. The accident was less than a mile from our residence and he drove her home, got out waiting until I opened the door to let her in before continuing on to take her car to their yard. We went to ABC to retrieve belongings from the car and the woman at the window assisted us with polite and courteous access to drive back in the yard to take care of our business with no hassle at all. We then called to have her vehicle released to State Farm and spoke with 'Chad' who was helpful and very courteous to her. I called back to thank him and to express our gratitude for a painless and professional interaction with everyone we came in contact with.

ABC towing saved me today. They communicated great with me and they arrived in 30 minutes! The price was appropriate. The young man who towed my car was kind and understanding. He treated my car with care. If I ever need another tow I will definitely contact them.
So incredibly rude and downright hostile. Not only do they snag your vehicle and damage it in the process, but the inconvenience of $346.21 cash only (no change!) and then just downright rude makes this vulture like organization a stain on society. I get people need to make a living but this place is awful.
Tarra & Natasha were AMAZING!! We purchased a 2006 Nissan truck from an auction in September and was given NOTHING but trouble from our local tag/registration office about transferring the registration. All because the paperwork was in 2 different colors of ink our local office were petty and knit picked the whole situation, refusing to do their jobs!! I spent the day on the road getting everything situated and the 2 above mentioned ladies from ABC were amazing and very patient with the whole situation. After they reprinted the paperwork and filled it out ALL in one color of ink I was able to successfully get it processed and Title now in hand. Thanks Tarra & Natasha for all y'all did that day!
The lady at front desk was very rude and dry, but i was very nice to her and spoke to her very nice. She needs to be nice and cool with customers, she has to leave all her personal issues at her house
Hi! We called today because my sister had a flat tire. They were more than patient on the phone as i gathered the info they needed and were prompt with their response time. Chase(i believe was his name) in the office was professional and helpful. Eli, the driver, showed up quickly and even let my daughter help him load the car. Kindness is so scarce these days, but we found it twice here. Would recommend.
I firmly believe that this establishment warrants an investigation. I would appreciate it if you could provide detailed information regarding your pricing for a vehicle that was not even on the property for ten minutes. I have noticed that the tower is not performing effectively based on something underneath my car dragging when I drive. An employee has indicated that the “STATE” charge ranges from $200 to $250, inclusive of additional fees. I will consistently write reviews and intend to continue doing so until I reach the appropriate authority. This establishment is fraudulent, and it is only a matter of time until it is shut down.
We bought a car, but can't get it transfered due to them not putting the mileage on the paperwork texas requires it on a 2014 model we have called several times but still nothing done, they didn't mind taking our money pretty sad I probably will have to do a bonded title due to them not helping with this matter.
This place is a joke. They will charge you extra fees added to what they quoted you and you have no choice to pay or they keep your car. Rude and unprofessional people working for this company. Greed will eventually get to them in bad karma ways.
Great job and great people. If you need your car towed or semi truck and trailer towed, these are the people to do it. They’re very friendly and very nice.

I truly don't understand how this place is even open these are some of the most rude and unprofessional people that I have ever encountered. As soon as you come in the door no acknowledgments, nothing and then I politely try to get the ladies attention and she brushed me off. I tried also calling because I needed to be at work at a certain time and I was just met with "I can't help you"
Parked in a fire lane to drop off something due to no spots to park and not even a minute later white old guy comes and tows it and damages my tires and rear bumper.
This place is racist They said only 1 person can enter the gate to sign paperwork when I seen 2 white people enter the gate together after hours other people coming into the gate after hours but I can't bring in my child with me
I know that getting your car towed isn’t a fun experience for anyone, but the employees at this place will make the stress a million times worse. Unhelpful on the phone and extremely rude in person. I literally just asked the lady helping me to please speak up because it’s a loud car lot and she was mumbling. Just for this I was met with yelling and eye rolls. The worst part was after we paid the ridiculous fee we waited 10 minutes outside of the gate for them to let us out. I finally got out of my car and asked if there was something else we needed to do and conveniently the gate opened. Convenience, I think not. I get that customer service isn’t y’all’s forte but intentionally making me wait AFTER I paid is ridiculous. I hope yall can be kinder to customers in the future.
If i could put negative stars I would. The front desk lady was miserable. Muffled words and attitude when asked to speak up. Just all around unpleasant experience on top of your car being towed. If i ever needed a roadside tow I damn sure won’t be calling ABC.
The WORST place. Towed my car with my tires completely turned to the side. If I have any problems driving I’ll definitely be calling this towing company. There’s no card reader here!!! Cash only the atm machine is a 7 dollars fee. The 2 ladies in that office were genuinely no help at all. Avoid this place if you can!!!!! Some how it came out to be 300 dollars when it got towed 10 minutes up the road. My tires were straight when I parked. Update: A worker harassed me on Facebook about this review so be careful guys!!!
My car was towed on 3-28-25 early in the morning. I called to see how much it would be and as soon as some lady answered she said hold and I was on hold for almost 9 minutes. She came back and told me the price. I went when I got off work. Some young girl helped me. She was rude and very dry. She was sitting at the computer looking at photos while calling herself helping me. She asked what kind of vehicle I told her she said what. She sat there on her butt for awhile before she got up to go look through the keys. She asked for my license and asked was I paying cash or credit card. I told her card. She gave me a piece of paper to fill out for using my credit card and the told me the price. I went to give her my card and she said you have to fill out the paper first. Why didn't you just say that first. She went to sit back on her butt and I filled out the paper really quick. I'm standing there and she's sitting there looking at pictures on the computer as if she don't see me. I stood for awhile. Time I went as sat in a chair she gets up and tells me to go out the door and go around to the 2nd window. I paid and she gives me my keys and tells me where to get my car. Then she tells me to pull to the gate and they will let me out. I sat at the gate for awhile before they opened. A older woman was also in there talking to a man the whole time. They are very unprofessional. A word of advice. Be careful how you treat and talk to people you never know what they been through or going through. The fact that the young girl just sit on her butt and eat and watch photos on computer while ignoring customers is very sad and disappointing. I pray I will NEVER have to go back here. I wish I could report to BBB but you can't report for bad service
Eli took the time to actually make sure my lowered car got on the tow truck safely, and without any damage at all. Using multiple boards of wood in strategic ways he made it work. It's midnight and This guy actually cares and I can't thank enough. Thanks so much Eli
My car was recently towed because I was in a visitors spot due to no resident spots being open after my family and I came home late last night. My registration is up to date. Sticker and all. When trying to figure out where my car was and why it was towed before asking a police officer in my family to run my plates. We were given the run around. When begging and begging for them to just listen they gave us so much attitude and were so rude. Wouldn't listen at all. My driver's license was thrown back to me through the window slot, she threw the paper all crumbled up through the slot. Ignored us for a good 5 mins through a lot of it. I have it all recorded. We became so frustrated. I was calm until I wasn't because of the horrible treatment given. When asked for them to contact the owner or manager, they said they didn't have a way to contact the owner. We kept explaining there was no prompt to choose from to talk to the tow truck company directly to see if they could release the car directly. It was a horrible experience. They made us stand in the rain when we went back in to pay for my car and just make a formal complaint because they were mad. Then wouldn't let me out to get back to the front. All they had to do was push a button. I have a bad heart condition and this made my blood pressure boil and my heart beat faster then usual. Money that was suppose to be meant for my insulin and heart meds gone to very rude and unprofessional people for no reason and they wouldn't even help me when I needed it. I have videos for proof once I realized they weren't going to help me and were just going to continue to be jerks. Not to mention I just replaced my transmission and now the front end is shaking bad! Vibrates!
Customer service is top notch! I am currently heading home with Sonny “amazing guy! taking me to my home after having a flat tire! Best prices out here for this late! 1:50am! I appreciate you all and to the new guy in training as well!
The yard is well organized and manageable. The entrance to the yard is narrow and a bit restrictive for really large trailers. I arrived with a 53 ft wedge to pick up 2 cars and evaluate an excavator that I had bought at auction. Nobody was rude here, but they sure were not polite, nor helpful. Crappy customer service with the intent to charge you fees however they can is the impression I was left with. Even when I spoke to people on the phone, it was never all that polite.
They wouldn't lift a finger unless they got to charge me $750 per hour in full hour increments. That means just 1 min over, and it's another $750. Another driver that was in the yard was told the same thing when his winch cable broke. I ended up helping him out. Took me like 5 mins to lend him a hand.
They told me that the excavator I bought at auction didn't run, and they needed to change me $750 per hr to load it. I came in with jump boxes and bled the fuel system, and it fired right up. Took me like 15 mins total to get it running. I spent some time after that verifying operations.
Then, when the driver from Benson Brothers Wrecker, which I hired to move the excavator, arrived, they told him too that it didn't run. He knew I was just out there, and it did for sure run, though. But even when he asked for an additional jump box or cables to help jump a 24 volt system, he was again told it would be $750 for assistance. He left and instead bought a $360 24 volt jump box, returned, and the excavator fired right up and drove on. He was out 20 mins later. It took him a total of 2 hrs because he had to leave and come back. Benson Bros changed me $750 total, including the 100-mile transport, and were super polite and helpful in all aspects, including everyone at their office. They have earned all my transportation and wrecker services as a result. I'll visit ABC just because I have to when they are holding LSO auction items.
My car got impounded by these crooks $315 later this is what my car looks like. The tow truck driver destroyed the back of my car. -Update they're stating that they're not liable for the damage to my car because the tow truck driver put dollies on when they realized that the tire went flat even though there's obvious wear Marks where it rubbed for quite a while. - second update- trying to save face you apologize for any inconvenience that I have and act like you're going to help me but still did nothing for me good thing I had insurance that was able to cover the damage to my car after a $250 deductible.
