It's the only place I go to get my inspection done. I made a mistake and took a relatively to Firestone on airline recently. Everything started out ok. The young guy at the desk said wait is one hour. When they took the car to start the inspection the guy drove it like he was running from the law. Customer service is disorganized letting their personal lives affect their work. They were constantly on the cell phone. With one clerk to attend 6 people while the other clerk is in the back office on the phone. About 15 minutes later the inspector rolled and says the abs light is on. The break light. That truck stays at home hardly driven. If it is it his extremely careful not to go over 40. Never drives it outside of town. You barely tap on the breaks and it knows the assignment is to stop. Yet, he says You won't pass but for 120 dollars. We'll fix it
The light wasn't on when we drove it there. Nor had it been on prior to driving it that day. We declined. We paid and then we left.
We took it to mid Coast. He couldn't do anything because If the previous inspection site denies it you have to wait 20 days before it comes off your record. We asked him if he would passed us. He said he would have. It's legal to do so. Unfortunately now we wait 20 days. My takeaway is. The grass isn't greener on the other side just stay to your side. I should never have gone to Firestone.
I went to get an inspection and they did it fast. Very trustworthy and the people there conversate while you wait. All around a good experience, going to use this place as my go-to for inspections.

They sold me a car with a hole in the engine dont ever buy from this car lot ever. Bought the car Jan.14th had to call them Feb.7 to pick car up off side of road cause it would no longer start owner refused to fix it or give me my money back didnt even get to make my first month payment cause the car broke down before the first due date.
Fast, friendly, & fantastic service! Definitely continuing to come here for my vehicle inspection needs. They also have a location that sells vehicles with no credit check and low monthly payments in house.
It's a junkyard. Place was organized but looks old. They did find my parts for me even if they had to order it from out of town.

Dont bother. Rude. Liars. Called two hours before they close to get state inspection and drove 30 miles to them. Once we got there (40 minutes before they close) they denied service to us.
I bought a car a year ago for 4550. TWO WEEKS after my purchase, I had to replace the transmission, I called them and told them I needed another car, but it was like "once you drive off the lot it's yours, even if driving direcly out the lot, it breaks in the middle of the hwy...it's yours"....they referred me to a transmission pace up the road from them....once the transmission was fixed...it lasted another TWO WEEKS...and had to replace again...have put TRIPLE the amount of money into this car than what I paid for it............DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!
