Hard to give accurate review when they were absolutely swamped but still managed to handle my quick terminal purchase rather quickly and very professionally.
This is a great place. Had the battery for my Class A motorhome at a price $60 less than a competitor plus had a longer warranty. Very helpful in unloading the old one from my car and loading the new one. People are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Will use for all of my batter needs now.
Man they always busy but they fast! They cheap to ! I look on Amazon and battery i get for my car worth 300 with out tax!! And I got it way cheaper here! It's an optimum battery! I saved some money! Great customer service!!

When it comes to car battery, they can help trouble shoot , and do maintenance on battery. Especially those Nissan vehicles. They always seem to die every 2 yrs but these Guys made it last longer. I have been a interstate battery guy for a long time
I'll leave it at a 4 because I was a bit disappointed they couldn't put a simple battery on my motorcycle ?.
Maybe they didnt want to mess up my motorcycle and be libel for damages but
Tools were offer and I change it in the parking lot.
Note: not all motorcycle batteries are available on spot. Might have to order but it's worth it
Unfriendly and very unhelpful. We came in and the big guy working there acted like we were a nuisance because we wanted to buy a new battery. When we asked for clarification on why something wouldn’t work, he just told us he couldn’t sell it to us, with no other explanation. Any other questions we had, he just mumbled back to us, unintelligibly. We went to Walmart and saved $100.
The staff friendly and very knowledgeable. I returned two batteries due to we didn't need them after all. No questions asked they just refunded my money and I returned the batteries
I took my truck in to get corrosion removed from a battery post. The employee pointed out the battery was five years old, but didn''t make a hard sale to buy a new one. With the cold weather expected, it was a no brainer to just drop a new one in. The employees are always honest and always customer oriented.
Went in to get new batteries for the grandkids electric jeeps. Didn’t really expect them to have the batteries at the store and expected to have to wait for them to be ordered. But the batteries were in stock and the staff was extra helpful getting them ready for me to put back in the vehicles. Thanks so much.

In a word, AWESOME! I had a problem with running 2 6v batteries in series on my RV, and they got me lined out! They are so willing to help you, and explain it to you, it's just unbelievable. This is the only battery place in Victoria! A big thank you to the guys at Interstate Batteries!

Interstate battery ALWAYS has the right battery for the best price. Their customer service is prompt and courteous. Today, I needed to have a battery on a vehicle tested, and, turns out, it needed to be replaced. In ten minutes, my 3+ year old battery was replaced with a fresh one, and I was out the door for a little over 100$. I appreciate their service and expertise, and you will, too ! Great service I was there for like 5 minutes they check the battery it was no good luckily it was still under warranty they put in a new battery and sent me on my way fast and friendly service highly recommend if you need a battery or batteries go here first
Need a battery replacement on your watch? No problem! They get it done at a good price. Seems it is a popular service as there were 3 watch battery repairs while I was there getting mine done. Miguel is the go to man!
They were very courteous & didn't take much time replacing a new battery for me. They took me right away, as I couldn't turn my engine off, as I came on a jump from All state wrecker service.
The wrecker man placed a machine by my battery & it showed the battery was definitely bad. So, I went to interstate battery company & they took me right away. They also checked my battery & it also showed it was bad also. They replaced my battery within minutes for a new one & then i paid the cost of a new battery. Come to find out my battery was 50 months old, we always buy the top of the line batteries. So it must have been a 5 year battery, I'm assuming. So I paid the price, & I was on my way home. Very nice & courteous people that waited on me. Well, I'll go for now.

I had a dead battery and they replaced it with no problem, fairly priced as well. Then the car wouldn't stay on and they explained why it was happening and how to fix it and stayed by my side until the car was working like new! Great service! Definitely coming back for any other battery or starter related issues!
This location always delivers great customer satisfaction. They price their products competitively and offer excellent service. I showed up right before closing and they stayed late to test and replace both of my diesel trucks batteries without a fuss.
Fantastic service from the staff here! I was in and out in only a few minutes when I needed a new battery for my truck, and they were busy. That is service and being mindful of customer's time. Bought a few other small batteries that were hard to find and a deer feeder battery that way less than big box stores. Highly recommend these guys!
