Absolutely amazing company and employees. I was stranded around Goliad on my way home to Pflugerville - 148 miles - at 6 pm on a Sunday. Gabrielle showed up and got me and my car home. He is extremely professional and kind and I’m so thankful I found them.

From nj and truck broke down. They are doing everything possible to help me. Owner knows her business. Very very helpful and reasonable. Would recommend to call them if broken down!!!

They are awesome! The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and got my tow lined up quickly. The truck arrived about 20 minutes after my call. The driver was super nice and very careful with our car. Price was great too. Most of my anxiety about this tow was the potential cost but it was less than a nice dinner!

We had a forklift in the area that needed to be picked up. The unit was outside the store & did not run. Timmy & his crew made things extremely easy when it was time for them to meet our driver there to bring the unit back to Minnesota. Great service & very fair pricing! Will definitely be using them if we ever need tow in the area again. Would recommend them to anyone!

Timmy is the best driver/operator I’ve ever come across! He’s towed my boat and trailer with no wheels or axle at dark, and now my truck when I lost a driveshaft. Super nice guy, professional and very good at his job! I’ll be asking for him personally in the future, should the need arise.

My car had overheated and broke down on the side of the highway going to San Antonio, and a man that works for affordable towing named Timmy helped me out by towing my car and taking it to Firestone. He was very nice and held great communication. :)

Car threw a belt on 77 south. The driver Tim was great , professional and fast. He helped me get my car to a safe place and even showed me a good spot to eat and drink a cold beer while my ride was coming for me. I would use and recomend this place to anyone.

I found them by accident, and it became a pleasant surprise. The tow company I usually use was booked so they patched me over to affordable towing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quick, efficient, and friendly. She told me a driver would be with me shortly and I expected a good 30 to 45 minute wait seeing as I'm all the way in Nursery. 20 minutes later Timmy shows up with a smile on his face making the whole experience light and positive. It took about 10 minutes for him to get the information together, payment, and the car lifted onto his truck. All together 10 out of 10 from me.

Everyone I talked with from the manager to the tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. I was in town alone for a training and hit a curb. My tire blew out and it cracked the rim. Their eta was accurate...they were even early. I was so happy with them, I asked if The the place couldn't fix it and I needed someplace else if I could call them back to tow it. I world definitely recommend them to anyone. They go all over Texas. Amazing customer service that was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating day.

Had a Blow Out driving down 59 S. Patrick from Affordable Towing was "Jonny on the Spot" getting to me quickly, loaded my truck up which had about 2000 lbs extra in the bed and a stubborn trailer hitch that wouldn't come off! He was able to maneuver the truck off his bed and was extremely professional and respectful. Would use this company again and highly recommend!!

Don't use these guys! They left my friend stranded because they didn't want to drive to a neighboring city "for $25" They accepted the request from the insurance company then cancelled it 30 minutes later. When my friend called the driver she said she's "not driving out there for $25" that she "may have some friends in the area that maybe able to help." Such bad business!! My friend had to stay at the gas station she was stranded at for another 2 hours before they could get someone out to help her. What was supposed to be an hour turned in to 3 hours. Never use this company!

Thanks and Kudos are due to Timmy. He is excellent. He is friendly and polite. I admire his work ethic. Hard work pays. He deserves a promotion and raise. He listened to the problem and gave really good advice about where to tow my 2008 van. He confirmed that the best thing was to have the van towed to the dealership so that a licensed mechanic could diagnosed the problem. I was on the way to drop the EOS of for maintenance and encountered an unexpected problem . I contacted my insurance provider to roadside assistance and Affordable was contacted. They were very prompt, paid attention to detail and was friendly to boot. Couldnt ask for any better service . I have the contact stored in case I ever need a tow again .

So my car broke down and these guys were the only towing company that was available at the time. They were there to get my car within an hour. Not only that the guy had to drive the wrong way down one of the aisles to be able to hook up to my car. The driver of the tow truck was an absolute professional driver and had my car hooked up in minutes. The price I had to pay was about a third of what I was expecting the bill to be so I definately think that their name is spot on. Great experience with this company.

USE AFFORDABLE TOWING!!!! Marcell came and rescued us when no one else would. She is an angel! Truly above and beyond service. She even called and checked on us the next day. Please give your business to this wonderful company. I cannot say enough good about them.
