The whole staff at EQ are incredible. The work performed on my BMW was not only quick and efficient, the details provided along the way were amazing. The car is like new again.

First of all I would like to say that EQ Auto Works is a very good place to have your car repaired. Tiffany was especially helpful and friendly, and has an excellent knowledge of cars and auto parts. I enjoyed working with her. I took my 2016 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback to have my brakes fixed due to the fact that they were grinding. It turned out that the brakes were bad and needed to be replaced, but most of the grinding was coming from the rear axle bearings, so I also needed them replaced. There were several other major things wrong with my car (most of which I already knew about) and was going to have them repaired eventually. They gave my car a thorough inspection, and not only found the ones I knew about, but a few that I didn't know about. I won't go into what else they found, but needless to say, the car was not actually safe to drive. I went in hoping to spend $1,000.00 or less and ended up spending over $4,000.00. That may sound bad, and I did have to max out a credit card to pay for it, but they repaired everything they said they would and now my car is much safer to drive. They worked very diligently to fix everything on the list. The entire staff was friendly and pleasant to work with. They even gave me free rides to and from my house (which was only about 3 miles away) and helped me in every way they could. They sent detailed photos and videos all the things that needed to be replaced which I thought was very helpful. I believe these people are honest and are not trying to gouge people. The fixed what needed to be fixed, and I am glad of it. Again, I would like to single out Tiffany. She was awesome. In short, this is a great place to have your car repaired. They may find other things that you didn't know about, but they will not let your car leave their shop in an unsafe condition. Thanks again Tiffany and everyone at EQ Auto Works. Had a great experience at EQ from the initial scheduling all the way thru the service process. Tiffany’s customer service is phenomenal and she kept me informed on what the diagnostic showed, the estimate of the parts and service, the time frame to complete the service as well as preventative care for my car in the future. I will definitely be visiting them again to keep my Toyota running as smooth as possible for as long as possible! Thanks again EQ.

First time working with EQ but came highly recommended. People were very efficient and knowledgeable as well as attentive to my needs and concerns. Were not pushy on any of the services diagnosed. Conner was very helpful and was a constant contact throughout all of the repairs and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

The staff was awesome. The waiting area was superb. I was able to connect to their WiFi and conduct my business while I waited. They explained my auto's symptons clearly. I will definitely be coming back.

I have used this shop several times to work on my Toyota hybrid. They have always done a great job at a fair price, and communicated very clearly on what they were going to do. They didn't charge me to take a look at my daughter's car and give us an estimate. They are great people to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Driving from out of town, cover plate was dragging under my car. I called them to see if they could fix it quickly so I could get back on the road and they took me right in and fixed it. They were so friendly. The shop is nice with seating, checkers table, pool table, and display of classic and exotic cars. We enjoyed the wait with all the amenities they had to offer. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and courteous. The wait was a little long but only because I added a part that required delivery. Love the waiting room with the classic cars. Maybe I could take one as a loaner next time!😬 For us, no one else works on our Toyotas except EQ.

I just want to give a shout out to EQ Autoworks. My husband changed his own battery in his 2009 King Ranch Ford PU. Then we couldn't get his phone to reconnect to his truck. We spent several hours off and on for several days, trying to get it to work. We called the Ford Dealership and they recommended EQ Autoworks. We pulled up and they sent a guy out our vehicle. He had my husband reconnected and Happy in just a few minutes! We tried to pay him but he refused. He said no way would he accept payment. He was super kind and friendly and generous with his time. We didn't get his name, but he had a long ponytail!! He made our Day! And we just wanted to say thank you 😊

EQ has been managing my auto services and repairs since 2019. I have always been satisfied with my results and probably would have been far worse had they not addressed the problems as quickly as they did. Tiffany has been a great add on to the Tyler location. Always accommodating and responsive.

EQ Autoworks is a stellar shop. They care about the work and service they provide. They work on all of our vehicles Jeep, RAM, Porsche, Toyota. Lift kit for the Toyota. The RAM we added autostart, tow mirrors, Yukon limited slip differential. Jeep it’s a jeep, axle seals, differential maintenance, thermostat, oil cooler housing, brakes. The Porsche has been the most impressive job for us. They dropped the engine, resealed it, new drivetrain, airbag suspension, control arms, brakes, tires, alignment. They know vehicles and will go above and beyond to service them.

This shop saved me! I was stressed about my car, I dropped it off in the evening and within a hour of them opening the next day they diagnosed it right away. The repair was done quickly, and my car drives smoother than ever. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but these guys truly go above and beyond. I’ll never take my car anywhere else!

I’m so thankful for EQ auto Works and their attention to detail and customer service! We have always been greeted warmly and their work is top-notch. I’m also so thankful that I’m not without a vehicle for very long, they usually get to mine right away and notify me if there is a problem that will take longer than planned. But I know the work will be done correct as they take their time. It’s not a very far drive for me, however, with the past experiences I have had with them, I would drive much further for their work! They are worth it.
