Hire employees who can communicate and put up signs office location. Path travel organizes operations. Not a full brain in the whole operation. Dump metal, no prices displayed. No one says anything when you're on the scale. No directio where to dump and what to dump before weighing again. Complete disorganized cluster. With no prices displayed, you do not know if being paid correctly at all.
Manager.at.271 is very.disrespectful. Tried to talk all.crazy to me and when checked.he banned me.from the.yard. This wasnt.the first.time but it will sure be the last. I've been coming here since 2006 and have no problem taking my.business to Roy's metal recycling on locust Street. He pays more and is open later. Your loss k&l not mine.
Small yard but great place always freindly staff. No they wont take hot metal no one does. Turn down the driveway next to animal control and go past the big metal gate.
Terrible communication, wasted my time, they told me they would recycle a cut up car and then turned me down once I cut the entire car apart. Rude staff and manager
Always there when I need them quick as a heartbeat my favorite scrap yard around give you the best deals I bet more like family than a junk yard. Believe me they're worth the work man these people of the nicest ones I've ever met they remember your name they treat you the same I see them like family God bless the whole bunch!
If felling like family is a great way to fell.. This is the place to go and get paid for all your scrap with that positive atmosphere. If you don't know something , by all means ask one of the several people that work there.. They will answer you with a smile on there faces cause you learned something that day. I really wish they would of been around a lot sooner so I would not have had to go to the yeard by the tracks.

They were trying to take #1 copper as #2 when it had no paint or solder on it. The copper itself was colored changed because of the age. Tyler took it as #1.

My experience K&L Recyling wasn't what I pictured it to be a lot of scrap yards say that they are paying top dollar and when you get there its a different story but not At K&L they gave me top dollar and explained to me what to look for in my item so I can distinguish between the ones that bring me more money and the ones that only bring average price Iwas very pleased with my out come
Meet them not on a customer service level, but I had the chance to meet and visit with them on an professional level. I will say they are and they will treat you professionally, weather you are employed there or on a customer level. No matter the situation they strive to give you professional service or to accommodate you professionally in every aspect.
