My car had broken down out of town and Muggle towing driver Mikey was my rescuer. It didn't take him long to arrive and get my car home. He was very professional and did a great job. I had State Farm roadside assistance so don't know the cost . I would and will recommend both State Farm roadside and Mikey of Muggle Towing. Both were awesome. GREAT JOB!!!
Alberto was such a blessing today! Very professional service: contacted me to keep me updated of his arrival time, handled loading and off-loading the vehicle with speed and precision (even though it was in a tight parking lot), and was very friendly and kind in his interactions. Would definitely recommend using this company! Mickey really took care of my car, was prompt with his timing, Communication was superb, updated me and sent pictures thru the entire process. The entire experience was very easy and with his updates it kept my mind at ease. Today, the imaginable happened, my car stopped completely in the middle of the road. I contacted my insurance to seek tow assistance and they connected me to Muggle Towing. A truck drove through our fence and went airborne into our pond. The truck was in deep water and mud. Muggle towing responded quickly and went to work. Topher was an absolute professional and went above and beyond. With cold temperatures outside and an even colder water temperature, he didn’t miss a beat. He swam into the pond, hooked up the truck, and had it pulled out in minutes. Thank you Topher and Muggle Towing!
