Billy responded to my AAA call and arrived as soon as he finished his previous job. He arrived with a smile and made sure we were ok. Billy was so kind to my 89-year-old mother, who was traveling with me. He loaded and secured the vehicle, helped Mom and me get into the truck, and off we went. My mom had lived nearby in Kermit decades ago, and they chatted about the area—he was truly such a nice young man. Pecos Towing and Recovery, and especially Billy, thank you so much for your help that night. You really got us out of a scary situation. I’ve never taken a selfie with a tow truck driver before, but that’s how good Billy is!

I want to say Joel Lopez my tow truck driver help save us on the side of road very friendly and very helpful. He was hands down the best tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. We were stranded on the side of the road And when he got there, he told us to go ahead and sit in the truck so we can cool off. I definitely would recommend this company to anybody that I talk to because of the hospitality Joel Lopez has. He is a good example of how customer service should always be

This company's bid to tow my 38' Diesel Pusher Class A was about $360 dollars less then a competing companies bid. The first company had been recommended by a friend, but at a bid of almost $1,000 to tow only 2 miles, was WAY out of my LIMITED budget. I called this tow company, got the lower bid, and waited with much stress and wonderings if I had done the right thing. Could this company do a good job and not ruin my RV? The answer is YES. Billy, only 28, came with a good sized tow truck. It was not a simple grab and go. He worked tirelessly for over 2 hours to hook up as there were obstacles. Billy was dedicated to get me towed, and I am forever grateful!!! See the pics.

Had the best towing experience with Billy! He really looked out for us and even recommended a great mechanic for us to get the truck fixed. Came out and picked us up at the Guadeloupe National park, took us into Pecos and made us feel very comfortable. Knowledgable about the area. On top of communication, picked us up when he said he would. This was an emergency situation and we felt that we were in great hands. Thank you Billy! Appreciated the check in phone call, he really cares about his customers and connections. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough kind things about Billy. I was completely stuck with a flat tire, and he showed up like an angel. Not only was he super timely and professional, but he made the entire experience feel calm and safe. He explained everything clearly, treated me with so much respect, and genuinely went above and beyond. We had such a great conversation during the 100-mile ride…it honestly felt like talking to an old friend. I felt comfortable, cared for, and in good hands the whole time. People like Billy are rare.
