After leaving my lights on in my 2019 superduty overnight, I could not get into my truck due to batteries being depleted and my backup key not functioning in the lock (someone tried to steal it at one point). I called the local SHERRIFFs office for a path, and B&B was who they used and suggested in Lea county. They were there in town within 10 minutes! We found the lock button did not function with power being depleted. They were able to use an airbag and rod type tool to pop the handle from the inside within 15 minutes. They were very aware of trying not to harm my vehicle and did not in any way. We got the truck door opened, and needed a jump. 5 minutes later… like black magic… someone shows up with a jump box. They had me going within 30 minutes from initial call, and charged the best rate I’ve seen (way more in Houston and New Mexico for sure). I tried to tip because they did this so well… they would not take it. I suggest cash to give them more, because this company was over-exemplary. If in Lea county and you need a tow truck or lock-out needs… I would highly suggest.

Best customer service ever and best people ever! My family and I were in a car wreck and needed our car towed. They arrived and we had no one to pick us up and the guy driving the tow truck (I cannot remember his name) was working on finding us a ride. The police ended up giving us a ride but we really appreciated the help. When we got there, I was a nervous wreck, crying and worried about the price of everything. The nice ladies inside helped us out and reduced our price from $460 to $100! An act of kindness we truly appreciate and will never forget. You have no idea how much that helped! They then proceeded to help out with finding us a car door and window replacement. We were able to make it to my sisters army graduation thanks to them!

They hooked up to my truck and charged me $978 just to drop it at the same spot, then slapped me with another $150 to reinstall my driveline after removing it. When the driver asked for a receipt for the driveline reinstall, they refused. It’s crooks like these that are ruining the trucking industry. Reply First off, if you’re capable of removing the driveline, why wouldn’t you be able to reinstall it? Seems a bit odd to take something off but not be able to put it back.

I have to tow my truck and other towing company was charging me double and I called them They have a fair price which was way less then other towing companies I called , I was in fort Stockton TX, They came all the way from Pecos TX which was 40-50 mins Drop my truck off at the dealer in Midland TX. Tow guy name Harvey he was extremely help and Taught few things about how local mechanic people try to rob you so it’s better to take it to the dealer. Such a humble man. Thank for y’all service I really appreciate

If I could give them 100 stars I most def would!! Harvey and Corey are the best duo hands down! The quickest and cheapest..REALLY GREAT PRICE!! As Im passing through Texasmy friend had blown his tires and broke his rims!!Of course it had to be on a Sunday when nothings literally open..We had no idea what to do I called so many places and NOONE was OPEN ON A SUNDAY!!! EXCEPT B&B WRECKERS!! Man let me tell you Harvey and Corey came through and brought my friend 2 tires with the rims!! NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE LITERALLY 2 hours away!!THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL And spent their time making sure everything was working good b4 they took off.THEN JUST MY LUCK MY BIG RIG GOT A FLAT!! No need to worry because I knew I had the best wrecker company there already!!THEY REPLACED MY TIRE AND PUT THE AIR IN IT AND I WAS ON MY WAY HARVEY AND COREY DEF SAVE THE DAY!! I COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER COMPANY!! I WILL ALWAYS CHOOSE B&B WRECKERS OVER ANY WRECKING COMPANY WHEN I COME THROUGH TEXAS!!

Mr. Corey was a BLESSING to me this morning. I locked myself out of my Freightliner and he was here in less than 5 minutes and got me back inside of my truck in less than 3 minutes. These guys picked up the pieces of a wreck yesterday north of Mentone, Texas. Super people did a fantastic job and trust me They were a lot of pieces to pick up.. They also put me in the cabin, their air condition truck while everything was being Sorted out. Just wanted to say thanks to everybody at B&B for your service. awesome job

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Inez, Harvey, Lilly and Marge are a great team with such positive attitudes who provide excellent customer service. My mom was on a long distance trip by herself (long story) and she started having serious health issues that led to her being taken to the hospital and getting her car towed. Out of the kindness of their heart without even asking they offered to take care of the fees for her. It makes me want to tear up thinking about it. Not just that, but they offered to turn my mom’s car over to the shipping company. So amazing. Thank you guys so much for your kindness today! I hope God pays you back 10 fold!! God bless! ?

We blew a tire on the way to the Guadalupe mountains, and B&B were lifesavers. They worked with us patiently and kindly while we were struggling with terrible cell service to make sure they found us, and our tow driver Jimmy was there quickly! He got us hitched up and headed to the nearest tire shop, was great company on the way there, and even gave us a ride to our motel after dropping the car off. Lovely people, great service, and super professional! If you’re in a bad situation, B&B will absolutely get you back on your way!

I had a tire blowout outside of Pecos and was SO GLAD that B&B was able to help me out. Jimmy was super helpful, professional, and friendly. He even dropped my partner and I off at our hotel after we took the car to the shop. Thanks so much!!! Highly recommend.

Man these guys are good people. I owned to my mistake when I parked on a private property. Walked in and showed respect. First off this company and its employees, equipment are top tier best in the Permian Basin and in my opinion in TEXAS! Harvey and Jeramy have great customer service skills and are honest and very professional in the business! Myself and my company highly recommend them for your tow & recovery needs! I googled tow truck in the area and another local company in (Kermit,Tx) was going to charge me $3k+ to move my truck and chassis from Kermit to Monahans which was only I around 30+ miles. When I heard the price my heart dropped and had to figure something else out because that was ridiculous. I asked my friend if they know a good reasonable priced company and she didn’t hesitate and gave me B&B’s number. I spoke with Harvey and told him my situation and asked for the cost of this move the price he gave me was 10x less than what the previous company quoted me! Jeramy then arrived in a very timely manner and start hook everything up. I then came to thinking it would be more cost efficient for my to bring my truck back home to EL Paso, Tx. The quote that was given to me was unbelievable the price was less than the price the previous company I called to do that short trip to drop in Monahans! Long story short truck was towed back to El Paso, Tx in the safest most badass tow truck I’ve ever seen and been in! The equipment they operate is in excellent shape and spotless! I thank you B&B for being such honest, trustworthy and professional people! I hope this review helps others I own a one truck small business and it’s very hard to find people not to rip you off in every way possible! I highly recommend them and THANK YOU AGAIN B&B HARVEY AND JERAMY!!!

The best service in the area and I can say the only one that really work 24 hours. Im very thankful with Harvey he got me out of a big problem and honestly very professional on what he did and very quick. Thanks for your help in the complete experience!
