Papa hector is really nice. They don’t do big jobs but they are here to help. I got stranded during the snow storm and called a tow truck and no one willing to take me in but they did. They went out 100% trying to help you. Really appreciate all they did for me. I was sleeping in my truck for two days with no food and stranded in the rest area freezing . Finally Monday comes got on the tow truck and every single shop in town will not help because they just want to do roadside assistance and double charge anyone in trouble. But hector’s willing to help me out. My truck’s air line froze up and these guy went all out trying to get me back on road. Really appreciate these guys.
They don’t even know how to repair a flat, that employees put 3 patch and still leak air I just pay the lady in office I didn’t want to argue any more,the employee said that it was air between patch and tire and the lady in office ask hector what was the problem and he said it was the valve loose , they liars.
They charge 45$
We’re from Mississippi, we had a flat tire on I-20 going towards El Paso. They were the only company that was polite enough to help in our situation, they quickly got to us and changed our tire efficiently and they take cash!! Grate service and would recommend to anyone
I called to have a tire patched and was informed that it will be $100 if he comes out to where my friend was stranded or $65 if we make it to his shop. We put a Donut on the car and went out to the shop. Somebody came super quick which was awesome and then they charged us $165! $65 to patch a tire and $100 to mount it back in. They didn’t tell us that before mounting it on. And wanted it cash. We all had to throw our money together to be able to pay it and he told my husband that I misunderstood which I didn’t and then made the snide remark that it is after hours that’s why it cost so much. If we would have known that, we would have mounted the tire back on ourselves. He was lying and knew it.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your shop. I initially visited to have a spare tire on my semi-truck changed, but was informed that the tire was unusable and could not be patched. Following this, I was offered a used tire for $280, which I declined.
I then returned with tires I had purchased through my national account, only to be charged $240 for the installation of three tires. This amount seems exorbitant, especially considering the circumstances. I find this pricing to be unreasonable and am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
I hope you will address this issue and reconsider your pricing practices to ensure better service for your customers.
Tried to charge $65 a tire to put on two tires that I brought and then $65 to fix a leak in one tire absolutely the most ridiculous place in Pecos Texas hung up the phone when I questioned their pricing would stay away from this place I wouldn’t refer them to change a go kart tire
Man these guys saved me. Had a tire blowout in my steering front passenger side on my semi truck. Went off road smashed my window, hood, headlight and tire including the wheel. I called 3 other places before calling Hector. All other places where rude and busy. Hector on the other hand was very formal and respectful like two grown adults having a regular conversation. I appreciate people like this . Im glad he sent his tow guy out friendly as well . Got a brand new wheel and tire. Not only that but he had me follow him back to the shop to get the windshield fixed. I truly appreciate people like this. Thank you all so much may God continue to bless you all.
i bought and change a tire with them, they overprice every service they offer and when i ask to check mi tire pressure after spending a lot with them they told they cant and they are already close
Hectors responded wonderfully, to my blown out tire, from the receptionist to the one that showed up to replace it with a new one , and get us back on the road.

Called because their website says "We have a wide selection of car tires." Once he answered the phone he said they didn't have any "car" tires. What a joke
Holly christ..... I called after reading the reviews.. they charge 180 to swap a trailer tire.... that is ridiculous... how are they still in business..
$675 dollars for a truck tire plus installing in their own shop for $180, service was afterhours but still excessively high, even Loves have cheaper options.
A little late with this post. Not thrilled about my service Here. They did jump on my truck right away and got it taken care of pretty quick. Bad part is they didn't even ask what kind of tire I wanted. He just stuck on whatever they had. Never told me anything. I paid over $350 for 1 tire (Mounting included). Way to high on pricing. I will never use them again
Left me stranded at the mechanic after saying they would give me a ride to my hotel. Not nice. Got very bad heat sickness waiting out in the heat. Absolutely no empathy for their clients. Terrible service and horrible humans
Very helpful people, both the guy at the counter, (i think he's the owner) and the one that mounted the tires. The counter guy actually stepped outside to ask me what he could help me with...that was a nice gesture. The amount I paid was I think very little compared to the fees others charge for the same service (mounting 4 tires), I couldn't believe it. No wait time, no taking advantage, just great service from good people. Thanks ...
My driver airline broke 6 mile east of this place and he wanted over 400.00 to come replace airline? Very rude will take advantage of a truck needed service. My drivers are instructed to never use this place save yourself the frustration...
Find somewhere else to go! These guys don't know how to tow anything they ripped my drivers side front end off and didn't want to do anything about it after arguing with the owner for an hour, and they are twice as much as the other towing company in town.
The only company to answer our call to change a flat on our skoolie at 10 PM. Charges were fair and we ended up buying three additional tires on top of the flat one. The mechanic was effecient and arrived within 20 minutes of our call. Took about 30 minutes to change two tires on the side of the road; another 30 minutes after we went to the shop for the other two tires.
Hector came a got my car on Super Bowl Sunday, no extra charge. They did the repair work needed, and stored the car for a month, no extra charge. Fair and honest folks!
This place will rip you off. Driver had no idea of charges and then I called and they charged me $200 just to move vehicle out of roadway. Horrible company that takes advantage of people in difficult times.
I was stuck on the side of the road with a busted rim 6hrs from home. they came and picked me up and got me fixed up. If it wasnt for them Id would have never got back on the road.
Good people honest helped me out didnt mind me helping and fair priced ....will go back again ........way fair priced on tire repair and rotation consideration of other tire shops price gouging the oil field .....they're obviously local so support them as i do every town i work in
DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to pecos tire or anywhere else, just not here!
They know their machine gouges wheels 50% of the time but don't tell you that. And when they do put 8 gouges on your wheel you get an 'oh well' sucks to be you. The service is horrible, they'll ruin your property, and the owner is a worthless liar. Go somewhere else don't give that guy a penny!

This past Saturday we had a blow-out on one of the tires of our triple-axel 5th wheel trailer while driving east on I20 thru Pecos. It was late at night so I swapped the blown tire with our spare and headed for the nearest exit. We parked at LOVES truck stop to spend the night. Early Sunday morning I look at the other tires on our trailer and quickly realized we weren’t going to make it all the way back to our home in Northern KY without at least two new tires on the side of the first blow-out. Since we were on the LOVES property I visited their tire shop in hopes they might carry RV trailer tires to fit our rig. Of course they didn’t but the guy behind the counter was kind enough to tell me about Hector’s Tire and Wrecker which was just across the street. I called the number on the business card and was shocked to be speaking to a live person at 8am on Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend. I explained I needed G rated tires to fit 16” rims. To my surprise they had them. Was even more surprised to hear they’d meet us at their shop in 15 minutes. Again, this was Sunday morning on Memorial Day weekend. True to their word a couple of people met us at their shop 15 minutes later. Within 45 minutes we had 3 new tires mounted and installed on our 5th wheel trailer. We were back on the road within an hour. The people we dealt with couldn’t have been nicer. They were friendly and eager to help. Their prices too were reasonable (cheaper than what I paid for tires in my area). Perhaps my expectations were low but I have to say the folks at Hector’s Tire and Wrecker were a pleasure to do business with. Very pleased. Highly recommend.
