Walked in with batteries in hand to have tested. Had not 1 but 3 employees walk past me. 2 customer came in after and were given assistance while I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. Customer service is crap.
These guys are super helpful.They let me use their tools to take my trailer lights apart and offered a full refund when the lights I bought didn't have a long enough cable for my trailer.The counter tech even came out and helped me with everything .I recommend this place to anyone .
Lawrence is a Saint! Traveling across country alone. Second flat tire due to horrible roads, tires were new. I was freaking out AAA doesn't have tires nor did I know what to do as I had not yet repaired the first flat! He was so kind and pumped up my tire and sent me to Southern Tire Mart close by. Had he not been willing to take the time and go the extra mile I would had been stuck! What a lovely and knowledgeable man! O'Reilly's is lucky to have him! God Bless Lawrence and Thank you!!
I was having some battery issues on my 2017 dodge challenger and I went to O’Reillys and spoke with Christopher he took very good care of me and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend to go see him for any of your car needs.. he definitely made my day a whole lot better. Thank you so much once again Chris.
Amazing lady helped me out and saved my first good motorcycle ride of 2023. I got distracted and forgot to tighten my gas cap. It blew off about 5 miles down the road. She helped me match up a cap so I could finish my ride. Plus we had a good Convo about bikes.
Went to auto zone, and the guy said, "I would have to go back there and look through boxes". Well, I don't work here but I'll look myself if you don't want to.
Came here and saw the man use all types of methods to research, explain, and make me feel like I was in a outstanding establishment instead of an open home garage. Amazing stewardship here at O'Reilly's
Went there to get some fuses because my windows wouldn’t roll down. The manager actually came out and replace my fuse for me and got me going. What can I say other then that’s top notch customer service, thx again for your help.
When you need DEF for your truck and leave the oil fields in West Texas and there's nothing for miles? Seeing this O'Reilly is like watching your baby take his first steps or something exciting if you know what I mean!!
The lady's in there act like they want to serve or help an the young lady didn't put my stuff in a bag and just looked at me like she was wondering what I was waiting on so I just got my stuff an walked out
Wasted time bought the hose and gage fit the 1234yf went back to see what they could do and didnt even offer to replace it all they did was returny money back wate of complete time

I stood at the register for 5 minutes needing to pay for 1 item. 3 people behind the counter 1 on the phone, 1 helping a customer, 1 just standing there. Another 2 employees stocking and cleaning walked by me. Not 1 person acknowledged me. No one said let me get someone to help you or it will be a minute, NOTHING. Now I remember why I go to AutoZone 400 yards down the road.
They are good at pointing but when it comes to knowing about cars they just tell you oh it's manufacturer only. I walked into AutoZone and the guy there showed me the same exact rack that O'Reilly has and the part was there. He even showed me how to attach it.
I needed the battery tested in my SUV. Genaro checked my battery, confirmed it was bad, sold me a new battery and even installed it which was awesome since all my tools are currently in storage. Would definitely recommend them over the AutoZone any time!
Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that to efficiently run a parts store that ONE out of SEVEN employees should be on JUST checkout !!! Took me 20 seconds to grab what I needed and stood waiting in line with others for 10 minutes waiting to pay..... 3 of us put out stuff on counter and walked out !!!! A store is only as good as its management !!!!!!!!!
I'm the manager for CTG Express lube here in pecos and I can't give enough stars to the staff at this establishment, every time I've needed a part they have always been Johhny on the spot. Keep up the good work.
