Coming from another business, when ever I call for parts I IMMEDIATELY get put on hold for 5+ minutes. It's frustrating when they are the only place that has a part. I try not to call here anymore regardless of what they have in stock.
UPDATE: Called a second time and was put on hold then hung up on.
Competitive pricing, quality parts, and great service! Only inconvenience is that many parts have to be ordered, it takes a day or so to have some parts. That has lead me to buy wherever the part is available at the moment.
I went in and stood at the counter for 10 min while the other guy was being waited on , when he left instead of waiting on me they went to some other people . I will never go back
Every time i call to acquire parts im immediately put on hold for an hour without even being checked back on....to me that says you dont care about your customers
Avoid the young guy in there. He's got a horrible attitude. Had it not been for him, I would have given 5 stars. The rest of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
It's ok services but more then often you'll be ignored by the people behind the counter when they clearly see you waiting in line while they are just there
Wow stay away from this place. Paid for oil filters I needed immediately. I paid for them 1 minute before they closed and they said they would leave them outside as i was only about 7 minutes away. I show up when there are still employee trucks here and no filters. I go back around the corner to see if the trucks are still here and they are gone. If you aren't going to do something just be honest. I wont ever do business here again.
Great staff. First part didn't work right so he kept trying until he found the one that did. In my experience most places won't do that. If the one the computer shows isn't right they just shrug their shoulders and say sorry we don't have it. Not this place.
Was busy, waiting line for a counter salesperson but with 7 people working the counter the wait was nothing. Showed a picture of the part I needed, salesman got the part, fast transaction and I was out of there. Kudos!
Waited in line about 20 minutes to get what I needed and when I got to the car I noticed the part was wrong. Went back inside, had to wait in line again, and when I got to the register of the same person that sold me the item, I was told by him that he was closing out and I had to wait for someone else. Had to wait in line again. Will never go in that store again.
Only game in town, rude, lack communication. Indifferent is a good start. For the hundreds of thousands I have spent there I regret every penny. Unfortunately they cannot be wvoidedif you are in the West Texas service industry
Poor phone service they've had me on hold for over an hour and hung and redialed and was put on hold again for another hour. Called again this time got to at least tell him that I was put on hold for 2 hours, didn't say anything just put me on hold again.
Overpriced. But better than driving to the next nearest town. And they know that. Don't recommend coming in on Fridays. Seem to be seriously understaffed.
