On February 3rd at approximately 3:30 p.m., one of their trucks was behind me on I27. I noticed while behind me he was swerving across the center stripe and back to the shoulder. When he started to pass me, I moved over to give him room which I'm glad I did because he crossed over into my lane causing me to move off the roadway. Don't know if he'd been drinking or was tired but whatever the reason, he should not be driving, especially for a towing service.
They handled the pick up and drop off without me having to be there. They had someone out past tulia and back to canyon within 2 hours. It was also cheaper than I expected! Specifically Kieth Nelson was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and communicative about what was going on with my car and the tow.
Andy was awesome. Got my car from Dalhart to Amarillo for emergency repairs. Helped me find a safe ride out to Amarillo. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!!
As a veteran who owns 3 companies in Amarillo, all I was trying to do was get air in my tires while this low life of driver stood in my way feeling entitled for 20minutes after I honked and tried waiving him down to move politely. Check out his wonderful parking job that he expected me to squeeze into with my explorer while throwing his hands up in his truck like what I was saying was dumb. I HIGHLY SUGGEST A MENTAL EVALUATION ON THIS EMPLOYEE SINCE HE LIKES TO DISRESPECT 100% COMBAT DISABLED VETERANS. And laugh about it behind his tint like a coward. After pumping air in my tires for like 5 min and my back turned towards him, He decided to get out his truck just to stare at me. He needs to be fired or terminated.
Cierra Towing provided professional service from the time of my first call to the dispatcher to the completion of the tow by the tow truck driver from Portales, New Mexico to Amarillo, Texas.
I called several towing companies before I spoke with Cierra Towing. The other companies were not professional or did not have a large enough flatbed to load and haul my Teardrop camper.
On a Thursday night I called Cierra about my camper breaking down on the road on my way back to Arkansas. I had one wheel come loose and shred all lug bolts which stranded me in Portales, New Mexico. Due to it being so late and being over 2 hours away from Amarillo I decided to schedule them to tow my camper starting at 8am Friday morning.
Friday morning at 8am sharp, Evan the driver was there at Portales at my camper as planned.
In spite of Evan picking up an additional car after my camper in Portales to tow to an auction in Amarillo, Evan took my camper first to the RV park due to the RV Mobile Service was ready and waiting to perform the repair work on my camper.
Tow truck driver was working an accident today and a sheriffs deputy was directing traffic and directed my wife and daughter to go around the tow truck and as soon as they go around him the said Tow truck driver layed in on his horn mad at my wife for following directives given by Sherriff directing traffic. Very unprofessional. Happened in Dalhart
We had a breakdown north of Clayton, NM and called at Midnight for a tow. Billy showed up about 10 minutes before the quoted time, allowed our 2 dogs to ride in the truck with us, and brought us all the way home to Amarillo. He offered to stop for us to use the restroom, or get a drink or snack. He was very courteous and made a difficult situation easier on us. Highly recommend for any and all towing needs, especially anything outta town or long distance like that. Thank you! Absolute lifesavers.
Where do I start? In times where finding great service is almost impossible, these guys are amazing. We were driving home from Angel Fire when our car just stopped (ended up being a fuel pump recall). We got Shaniqua on the phone (she was awesome and so helpful). She got hold of Evan and he got to us and took us an hour into Amarillo. Morgan was there to keep us informed. Evan was the most wonderful young man and I had to hug his neck when he left because companies just don't do this anymore in the D/FW Metroplex (well rarely). All-in-All they made a very tough situation tolerable. If only the rest of the world would take a lead from this type of customer service again-we would all be in a better place! TY Cierra Towing for all you did yesterday for us.

I was never contacted by anyone once my vehicle was recovered. The only reason I knew where the police sent it (2 hours away) is because of my tracking device. But it’s no wonder when they are charging daily rates. So when I finally was able to get an update from my tracker, locate my car (reported stolen) which took me 3 days, my bill was over 700.00!
On top of this the two hour commute from Raton to Dalhart was HORRIBLE because there is NO public or private transportation readily available. Essentially we were left stranded in a town with like a hotel and two gas stations, and nothing close by within hours, no vehicle and somehow magically we were to get two hours away to their tow shop.
Well we did and we updated them multiple times along the way and we arrived around 10pm only to find out they were closed until 8am! We had JUST confirmed they were meeting us!
So in Dalhart you’ll find it’s a run down town with a crappy hotel or two which we were forced to stay at. Another $100. AND THEN….8am the next day THEY BILLED US FOR ANOTHER DAY!
GREED! And likely bff with the police which is why they were given the job. Oh not to mention the $275 taxi we ended up having to call from Colorado to drive us the two hours.

The service was super good. We had an 18th wheeler stuck in the middle on an uphill road, loaded with 40+k LB of steel and they got to us in less than 1 hour took us to our receiver so we could deliver our load and took us to a truck stop so we could start working on our truck. The price was fair and was disclosed upfront. Thank you.
I've used a lot of towing companies, however highly impressed with them .They were prompt. My whole tire was bent in & Daniel took his time & got my truck slid up on the truck with no issues! Thank you
I’m giving them three stars just because they were able to go out there and no one would help us. The rest of it is bull crap I asked these people to come out and help us due to the fact that AAA will not come out and help us due to the fact that we were in mud and on A Kelliche Road we explained to them and send them photographs of where our vehicle was located. It was close to apart that they would be able to It took them an hour and a half, which was reasonable to get out there. When they arrived, it took them about 30 minutes to pull us out maybe less than that They took a piece of our vehicle off and didn’t place it back on which this was a brand new vehicle The person that pulled us out, said that they thought it was way worse and that we would possibly get reimbursed some money I was very excited that we were out and that they did a good job and that we would be able to get some of our money back We put a $1500 deposit is what they told us we had to pay. It was a minimum so they charged us $1500 that took less than 30 minutes to We did not get to reimburse any type of money that they said they were going to and they did not place back a piece of our vehicle Back on I call a rip off
I called and was quoted $150 for an in town tow. When vehicle arrived the driver charged $250. Sketchy co. to say the least. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or trust these guys.
Definitely wouldn't use this company if they hire drivers like this. Has a car and a motorcycle and he is speeding through town riding people's behind in this size of vehicle. The definition of not smart. After he noticed I took a picture of him started driving more erratic, making gestures of some kind. I'm a FedEx driver, how I took the picture was by holding up my phone while keeping my eyes on the road and maintaining a safe speed, when he passed me I was looking for a phone number so I could call and report him and notice he had his phone out and was taking pictures or a video, childish. To this driver: be professional and grow up.
I could not have asked for a better experience with a towing company and driver. Billy Vasquez, the driver, was amazing and helped an old lady stranded on the side of the road, feel like everything was going to be ok. If I could I would give him and the company he represents 10 stars!
10/10 would recommend to anyone! made our horrible day 10X better ! sent an angle to our location when the flooding happened, we where stuck in the middle of nowhere and he found us! may god bless the man that helped us out.
Hoping I won't need a towing again in the future but if I do I will certainly be using these guys! A guy named Justin (not sure last name) came and as he did, I was in the worst mood about the situation (because no one usually is necessarily happy when you need a vehicle moved) Justin was personable, prompt, patient, kind and professional. His attitude changed mine for the better and he is definitely who you would want around to come service your car. I appreciated his willingness to hear me out as the whole thing went down. Thank you Justin!! I'd love to give you 6 stars if I could!!
Had a great experience in a really unfortunate situation. Car broke down 45 minutes northwest of Amarillo at 11p on a Friday. Called a few places, and not only was Cierra a good price, they were very kind and communicated well. Shout out to Jake, the driver who loaded up my car and drove us back to town. He was very professional and nice to talk with. I hope you don't need a tow, but if you do, definitely give them a call.
After 26 years of trucking this is the first time I've been put on a hook I was really nervous cuz I didn't know what to expect this company hands down five star. Carl came to pick me my truck and my dog up..Took care of me got me to shop helped drop trailer and to the hotel me and my dog what a great experience.
