Body colors Towing and Recovery was very nice and professional when me my car was towed and in storage for 2 days and he only charged me $400 that was a very decent price for me I recommend his Towing and storage to anyone they're very nice and professional and willing to work with you.
My husband broke down on the way to taking the kids to school. He called Body Colors and they were there within 2 mins! Super fast and friendly! We will definitely use them again if we need a tow truck and refer everyone we know to y’all. We appreciate y’all so much. Thank you!!
I was charged $80 for 8 min tow and I was at the circle k valero on 1314 and sorters 8 mins down the road from where I live from east knox drive by the railroad by 494 $80 for 8 min drive what a rip off
It was the worst service ever. My car was towed on 11-14-22 it’s 11-24-22 and I still don’t have my keys. I have called and texted multiple times with the owner and driver with no results. I was told they would be in the office Friday morning after they finally found them. I showed up and the driver still had the keys and wasn’t there. I was told the driver would meet me and he never showed up.After waiting for 45 minutes he then asked me to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the keys. The owner then offered to mail the key. But he never did. The last conversation I had with the owner I was told he would get the to me when he wanted and not to tell him how to do his job. It’s not my fault he doesn’t know his job is to make sure I have my keys.
