This shop is probably the best kept secret in Conroe. Russell and Paul are amazing. Honest, inexpensive, and these guys know cars! These guys make your vehicle their top priority. We have used them for years and don't go anywhere else. Sorry Russell and Paul, but I have to let the folks of Conroe know what a gem your shop is!
This place is wonderful! I had to replace the turbo on my Audi and Russell and Paul were so easy to work with. Russell was patient with all my questions and explained everything from start to finish. They were also able to rush the part to get me up and going quickly. I highly recommend them!!
Great services, Paul knows how to do a great customer services and they delivery a great service . Both ball joint was replaced in my 1986 Mercedes Benz 420SEL. Soon I’ll schedule brakes and timing chain replacement.

Intercontinental is definitely the best I’ve been to so far. If you want a trustworthy location to keep your vehicle on the road call Intercontinental Auto Parts. Thanks to them my Subaru and Mercedez are still on the road today. 228,000 miles and still begging for more.
Buyer beware! My mechanic bought parts from them for my Mercedes. His cost was 300% higher than what a simple Google search yielded. To wholesale a part at 3X retail is ridiculous.
Just buy your parts online. There is no justification for what these guys are doing.

I love that I ended up referred to this place for their European auto expertise. They fit me in last minute so I could still make a trip to my sister’s baby shower. They told me what was wrong, charged me a reasonable price, and fixed the problem fast. I really appreciated how I was treated here. I’ll be back for any future auto issues for sure.
I have taken 2 of my volkswagens and 2 Audis to them. They have always done awesome work at a fair price for me. They know what they are doing and go above and beyond to help in any way possible.
I have had several local auto repair shops work on my '98 Nissan Frontier without any real success. Yes, it is old. Yes, it could have a number of things wrong with it, BUT Russell spent a couple of days checking it out and replaced two relatively small parts that no one else had ever mentioned. I am grateful - I am just sorry that I didn't come here first.
My car runs like it did when I first bought it. Had a little bit of doubt when I first saw the place- it ain't fancy, nor is it in the best part of town. However, I had a difficult part that needed to be replaced and they did the work in no time at all, for a very fair price. They could not have been friendlier, also. I'm glad Scott's Automotive recommended this place, and I will, too, from now on.

Russell and Paul are great men who are fast and reliable and will go the extra mile to take care of you with great integrity No B.S, only shop I will take my VW car to from now on they don’t waste your time with stuff you don’t need trying to make a quick buck they just want you to be happy had a bunch of work done / 100,000 mile tune up overall, and vehicle running great for a lot cheaper than would have been going to the dealership or some of these other shops, even after I got it out my coolant light turned on the next day and they let me bring it in just to double check everything and top off my coolant tank (cause it burped) didn’t even charge me only shop I’ll recommend euro specialist
Russel is so nice! I work down the street from the shop and he has serviced my dads Mercedes and now my Audi for years now. He’s helped me out in a pinch or even when I pop in with (weird) questions about what the heck my car is doing : D. He treats us like family and can be counted on - Always provides good work- quickly.
I needed my cousins car fixed to take my drivers test and they took me in immediately & had my brake lights fixed and brake fluid filled. Within 15 minutes I was out of there. Amazing & fast service! Definitely will be going back.
The guys are not playing when they say they specialize in VW, Audi and Mercedes. I would not trust anyone else with my car! They are very honest and beyond fare! Good people and great mechanics and excellent business people!
Russel & Paul are awesome! I manage an automotive shop myself but look to them for European parts when the local chain stores can't take care of me. They are true old school parts guys. They don't just sell me the parts I ask for, they actually have done the repair I'm trying to perform at my shop so they know all the extra little add on parts that should go with the job. This prevents me from having to make multiple trips & keeps my customers happy because their quote doesn't go up. Great guys!
