If I could give Dennis Chandler and his crew 10 STARS I would. My wife has cancer and cannot drive and Dennis has been so accommodating in taking me back home and coming to get me when I need auto repairs.

Great shop! The people there are top notch. Would recommend to anyone needing an experienced mechanic, bring it on down and they will sort it out quickly and efficiently. Above and beyond on the service, thank you Blake.

Chandler Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle. The mechanics are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. The guy at the front desk was also very nice and offered me a drink while I waited.

I went to Chandler Automotive to get some repairs. The guys did great work and were so kind. Even offered me a soft drink while I waited for a ride.

I have been taking my vehicles to Chandler’s for over 10 years. There is no better shop in the area and they treat all of their customers with the utmost respect and provide outstanding service and/or advice. I will not take my vehicles anywhere but here.

Called to get a second quote on some auto work and got a very fair price. When you come in you can tell they are BUSY! A small seating section so may be worth it to drop yer car off and head into Castroville for some food. As it turns out, the original shop wasn't giving me the full story and Chandlers walked me through everything and were very transparent about what was wrong. Job took a little longer than expected because I had some underlying issues I didn't know about, again they kept me informed and didn't try to take advantage of me. Blake was awesome to work with and impressed the heck outta me... that's darn hard to do. So when I say I would go back in a heart beat? Big deal.

We went to see if could have ours checked before going on a trip. The AC wasn’t cooling like it’s supposed to. It is now. Even took it to a couple of other places & they didn’t know why. They should’ve when that’s part of the job. 1 was the dealer itself

I was traveling alone, coming from San Antonio to Del Rio when 5 lights lit up on the dashboard of my car. Being a woman traveling alone I was not sure if the lights were an emergency or not, so I pulled into Chandlers. They were getting ready to close, but a man listened to my story about what happened to my car. He checked it out and assured me that I could make it home to Del Rio safely and to take it to the dealer the next day. I want to thank him for his help. I made it home without any problems and my husband fixed the.problem. They were very good and calmed my fears. I would recommend them!

Some of THEE best work in TEXAS. Hands down!!!…. The most caring, professional and understanding family owned shop in all of Texas. Their work and craftsmanship is out of this world… ANYONE would be lucky to have the Chandler family work on any vehicle you have… very respectful and reasonable. If it weren’t for the kindness and generosity of our loving, mutual family friends we would have NEVER come across this shop. THEY ARE ONE IN A MILLION and you’d be crazy not to bring your vehicle here for any reason. If i could give them 100 million stars i would. Trust that my words don’t do any justice. I could write a whole story but basically we were just coming through town pulling a fifth wheel on our way to San Antonio. My front hub assembly came apart and my whole tire nearly came off. Blake and his team understood my issue and with a phone call and some pics he ordered parts while I was waiting on the wrecker. They were slammed with other work but understood we were on vacation and had us fixed and out the door in 4.5 hours. He even lent me his truck to go pick up some pizza and let my family use their employee break room. A google review doesn’t do justice to how wonderful they treated us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wish there were 10 stars for Chandler Automotive. We were on a trip pulling our 5th wheel through Castroville when the hub assembly on our truck broke and the front drivers side wheel nearly fell off. We left the RV in a parking lot and took the truck to a different shop that couldn’t get to it and told us to call Chandler. We called and they said to bring the truck over. They started ordering parts while we waited on the tow truck to pick us up. They started working on the truck as soon as we arrived. Everyone that works there were super nice. They even let us borrow a vehicle to pick up food and let us hang out in their break room with our kids.They had us back on the road in 3 hours! Highly recommend these guys and we appreciate everything everything they did to get us back on our trip.

This is the best place in or around the area for your automotive mechanical needs. Family owned and operated and they are good honest people. I do not trust most mechanics but I can assure you they are honest, responsible and reasonably priced. I truly am grateful for their excellent standards and service. Thank you Chandler Automotive.
