If I could leave a ZERO rating I would. I have no idea how this company has the 4+ rating that Google shows. M's Towing, Medinas Towing - DO NOT CALL THEM, you will wait HOURS for someone to come. I was on the shoulder of a highway during afternoon traffic and needed my vehicle towed. At 3:30 pm I was told 1 hour. At 4:30 pm I was told another hour. At 6:10 pm I called for yet another status update, and I was told the driver would be there in 20-25 minutes. Just a few minutes after I hung up, the actual tow truck driver called and said I was next, but that he had just picked up a vehicle and needed to drop it off and would not get to me until 7:45 to 8:00 pm. Almost TWO MORE HOURS?!? I told him what the other guy just told me, and he said do not call that company because they will not tell you accurate information, but to call him directly. He understood my frustration, and at that point there wasn't much I could do but wait for him because I already had my card charged by the main company, but he gave me his direct number so I could talk to him directly instead of being filtered through this other terrible company. I was on a busy Highway, no police cars were stopping, insurance was no help, it was beyond chaotic, and this company MADE IT SO MUCH WORSE.

Sad to say my nephew left his keys in the ignition .please becareful about calling weaker service. doors locked. It cost him 177.00 for the wrecker to open his car. At first they said 60.00. Ok. Then when the weaker comes it 100 dollars more. They charge him 77 instead of 60 for calling the company. 100 for weaker to come and open door. Please be careful what a RIP off.

I called this tow company around 6:30 pm and was told there would be a 30 minute wait. By 9 pm the tow company called back to inform me that they were 8 minutes away. After already charging a $59 fee, I asked how much the tow would cost for an 8 mile drive and was informed it would be an additional $75. After checking my bank account THERE WERE TWO $59 CHARGES ON MY CARD. If you value your time or your money, please do not call this towing company.
When I called the company back to question the wait and the double charge, the man informed me that I would have to take up the issue with my driver and very abruptly hung up.
While the driver came pretty quickly and the service was good, their price is outrageous. $388 to tow a truck for 3 miles. I have never paid more than $200 for a tow. It was a rip off.
Responding to owner’s comment to my posting: the car is a F150. It had a flat tire on the rear passenger side. It was parked at my home. I do not know if it could have been more ordinary and routine for a tow. It is indefensible to charge a customer $388 for such a tow. The guys at the Discount Tire store were shocked by the price and said they had never heard such a high price before.
On my way back to Dallas I got stuck in the middle of the road with no gas and decided to call Medinas Towing and I was pleased as soon as they answered very good customer service and they arrived very soon.

The driver gave me a reasonable time estimate on when he would arrive and called again with a 10 min warning. Polite and courteous, he was also thorough in rigging up our heavy SUV.
He was politely quiet till I started conversing and then he engaged, which for me is great. It's an already stressful situation, so it helps me.

I've been towed quite a few times in my life, I've got a habit of driving impractical cars in impractical places. Be it a jeep that i get stuck someplace, or my current sports car with no spare tire and far too many miles on it. I can say, hands down, this last time getting towed was the most problem free, enjoyable tow I've ever had. Eitan was quick to respond, incredibly personable and fun to talk to, very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and actually took the time to make sure we were towing my car right. I've had tow truck drivers scrape my car up onto the truck before, its actually kind of a pain to tow my car, not with Eitan. He took a look at it and knew exactly how it needed to be done to not damage anything, all the while cracking jokes and having a conversation. I started the night in a mood representative of being stuck in some random parking lot with the emergency blinkers on in the middle of the night with my phone dying as I tried to get a tow; but by the time I was home I was actually in a good mood. The man deserves a raise. Excellent service, excellent people. If I get stuck again, I'll be calling these guys.
