Extensive damage to my Kia Carnival. They basically replaced the entire passenger side. It looks great! They kept me informed during the whole process. Very friendly staff and very talented.

I love this place,I've never had any trouble or problems with my vehicle the 2 times It's been repaired there.Only problem I had was with an insurance company but the shop was really helpful and honest with me and help fight with the insurance company and got the issue resolved. Highly recommend this place. It is long period of waiting for vehicle to be repaired and returned but that's because of the high volume or repairs and waiting parts to come in,so fare warning and get ready to plan ahead. P.s I love the 1 star reviews on here people I swear,amount of brain cells I lose reading their reviews lmao!
Terrible terrible experience 0/10 stars for this “OE” certified shop, I had my rear bumper painted there and my spoiler on my car replaced at the same time with an aftermarket spoiler. Get the vehicle back cars leaking water all inside the trunk, tail lights full of water, trunk carpet soaked with water, spare tire wheel well filled with water. Take the car to another shop for repair, come to find out this place only attached the spoiler to the trunk lid with 1 of 3 bolts, the center bolt only, it wasn’t even a bolt it was a hex head wood screw, the out side bolt thread on the spoiler both stripped out, trunk lid had 5 original mounting holes they left the other two completely un covered for water to flow right in, my spoiler was held on by one wood screw and 3m double sided tape where the tape wasn’t even touching the spoiler to the car! Terrible!
Decided to have my 2008 Toyota restored a bit- paint, new headlights, etc. Work done on time and it looks like a brand new car. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Richard B made sure my car was taken care of, I hit a ditch and all it was pretty much cosmetic damage. But the color looks really good on the bumper, and yall did an alignment that I didnt know if I was going to have to do on my own. I love it, though. I'll come back here if anything else happens, which hopefully it doesnt happen. But I know I'll be in good hands again. Definitely trust this place with your car!
I got rear ended 2 weeks ago, First Collision took care of me and my vehicle . Their office is very organized & the staff is extremely professional. I recommend First Collision.
I did the one star, I would have done none but I have been getting the run around on my mazda 3 Sport and the last time I had it at First Collision there was more damage and it only took 5 days and was fixed very well. This time it has been a 1 1/2 weeks with a 3rd of the damage like last time. I recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for repair, and God forbid if it we're to happen again I will definitely go somewhere else. 0 STARS FROM ME AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
I got in an accident, after repairs were completed from this shop I went home and noticed something just wasnt right and was making loud noices. Took it back for them to look it over again, the mechanic or owner came outside and told me it was an ac issue...He did not look under the hood or try to show any intrest that he cared to find out. I went back home to later find that now my car doesnt want to start! And broke down on the side of the road as the ENGINE OVERHEATED! Took it back the same day and was told NOT to claim it with ny insurance!? And i would be given a free radiater and it could be done in an hour!? Does not sound right...THEY WERE NEGLIGENT AND LACK OF CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I now have problems with this car because they didn't fix it the first time! DO NOT COME HERE. You will leave with more mechanical issues bc they claim everythings fixed but in reality they only looked at the cosmetics of the vehicle!
Very, very bad experience with these guys....Do business with them at your own risk. The lady who works the front desk is not a very welcoming person, no customer skills. My contact person was the worst liar, on one of my visits there was an obvious smell of alcohol on him in the middle of the work day. They did a very, very poor job on my car. I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone.
They dont crap about installing a radio. took my car in there they told me they gonna give me a call and they never did I'm the one who called them to find out about the progress in my car.finally told them to put the old radio back like it was now the touch screen don't work so i have to take my car to a real professional radio installer to get my car fixed.
I have had several cars in for repairs at this shop and all went great until now. My 2015 GMC Sierra Denali now has scratches caused by this negligent shop. I was told they were caused from rock chips. Rock chips that i guess happened while my truck was parked in their lot. My truck had no such damage when it went in. I have pictures of the day after the collision. Now it has damage to the doors, back bumper, fender, cab, and the front pillar on the drivers side. I was informed by Richard that they won't be fixing anything and assume no liability for damage incurred while the vehicle is in their possesion. How can someone expect me to take delivery of my vehicle in such conditions. I will advise anyone reading to stay away from this business.
I hit a pot hole on 225 in my 2014 5.0 mustang with 20x10.5 in velgen wheels. The wheels cost $600each without tires. One dented to the point where i needed too buy a new wheel. I purchased the wheel, matte gunmetal. I asked around and my friend referred Mitchell at First Collision to paint the qheel gloss black to match the other three. I was quoted $125 is for quality work is the best price I could find. Others wanted $200-300. I just got the wheel back today and it looks flawless. The finish is phenomenal, matches the other wheels but looks much better. Over all very professional customer service, outstanding finish, and quick work. I would recommend First Collision before others. Thanks again Mitchell.
I have to say, that this was the best repair shop experience I have ever had! They listened to my concerns and sent me updates as part of my insurance companies program. My car was finished on time and looked brand new! I highly recommend this place, they are great people. Oh, and I love the office cat :)
