So the owner is the one who I talked too, he was the one that told me he was coming and then didn't show up. I understand that things happen and it's a family owned and operated business, but why say you will be there and then leave me hanging? Then you respond to the review with this? Just respect people's time!
High recommendation here, Jeff Smith himself came and helped out a great deal, quick and fast hutch n' go...felt like I've known him for years now. He even stuck around and helped the mechanic at the shop with his personal impact to where it was towed, definitely got this business locked in, HIGH RECOMMENDATION! Thanks guys!

100% recommended, i called graham towing service , i was waiting for 1 hours and no one showed up and they asked me to waiting for 45 minutes more. Then decided to called Jeff, only in 15 minutes he arrived.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.. This is a family business and I wasn’t expecting Joseph to be as helpful and understanding as he was.. We got stuck in Dayton and we needed our car towed back to Baytown it was middle of the night and he was the absolute best !! We had been stuck struggling almost 6 hours waiting on family but that never happened so this company came to our rescue and we are so grateful for them and for Joseph being so cool and understanding about having to go all the way to Dayton to get our busted down car thank y’all so much.. Are you in a pinch, pressed for time? CALL JEFF SMITH TOWING!!! I needed tow my car less than 5 miles to Firestone because my car wouldn't start. I called Jeff Smith towing after 5 p.m & driver promised me that he would transport my car to Firestone before they closed @ 7 p.m. Indeed he did!! Truck picked up my car, got it to auto shop before they closed & driver even took a pic & text me to let me know my car was checked in 😉
Answered his phone super quick and even though he was loaded and couldn’t help me right away, he was able to get me setup with another driver to take care of my car!
Needed my car unlocked, called on a friday night and they answered immediately and put me in touch with one of their guys closer to me and he was very quick and professional. I highly recommend

Big shout out to Jeff, I called him hysterical and on the verge of having a panic because of how poorly I was positioned on the freeway. I almost got into 12 accidents ( rear needed) because my car randomly decided to stop on the freeway. I couldn’t afford his rate and he went out of his way to atleast get me to a gas station so that I could stop freaking out. This review simply can’t describe my gratitude that I have for this man and this company . I’m extremely grateful and please call him if you ever need any services that he offers.
This tow guy is awesome. I’ve been using him for years he’s always on time and always has great prices if anybody needs a reliable tow guy , this is definitely the man to call. He’s not like other tow truck companies that take a vantage of you. He’s very professional and take quality in his tows especially if you have a high-end vehicle this guy deserve 10 stars totally awesome !!!!
One of the best/fastest tows I ever had in my life. I had a blow out and needed my car moved off the East Freeway. It literally took them 20 minutes if not less for Jeff to get to me on the East Freeway to assist me. I will forever use his services in case of an emergency. Keep up the good work Jeff.
I called this service after my tire unexpectedly blew out on me heading East on the US 90. The dispatcher immediately connected me to Jeff who arrived quickly and was incredibly helpful in helping me replace my tire at an affordable price. I called and they came out I didn’t catch the guys name but he was awesome. He made sure it wasn’t something he could fix before he towed my truck and he was super friendly. My Jeep overheated coming home from Kemah to Atascocita on 5/27/2020 and did a search on towing near me and Jeff Smith Towing came up. He was very nice, the price was VERY reasonable and he helped us out in time of need. We had to wait just a little but he communicated with me every step of the way to let me know when he would arrive. If you guys ever need reliable, professional and a great towing company, Jeff is your guy!!! He was so friendly, down to earth and very professional taking great care of my Jeep. I did not have one issue with him or his service and would call him again if the need was there. He even went a step further and used. Special towing gear to lift my Jeep totally off ground not knowing if my 4 x 4 was always on. And he texted me again after the job was done and said if "we ever needed a tow again" that he would be more than happy to help us out. 100% total AAA+++ Service and rates. Took longer than I expected to get my care transported from Crosby to Baytown. He did have the best price out of the 4 companies I called. Over all I think a little more hustle on Jeff's part would increase his customer service. Will use again because he was very nice and had a good price.

Fast, friendly, fantastic service! A couple of flat tires is not a great way to start an evening but it was terrific to meet such awesome people. If you are in a bind and need a tow or locksmith services Jeff is definitely the guy to call!
Lost hub bearing on the way home. Showed up quickly after calling. Had the truck loaded up in no time. Had him take me and truck to the house. Very friendly and socialable. Price was also very affordable. Great service.
Jeff saved the day for me. I hit a curb and blew out 2 tires bent a rim and other stuff underneath. He came quickly and helped me get my car to the tire shop and helped me tire shop for the best price I could get on tires. He's friendly and very professional,I will be calling him again if need be!
