I was a mechanic in the army and I know when I'm dealing with a mechanic that isn't on the level. I highly recommend this shop. They are so professional and do excellent work. One time it turned out to be an easy fix and they didn't charge us at all. I trust these guys.

Ken's Auto is hands down the best auto shop in Baytown! The service was great and they were so great and worked with me. So grateful to have found this amazing and efficient shop.
AC was not working right. Arrived at 4:30
They close at 5. Added Freon. Told me it needs a valve they did not have in stock. The valve was sticking. Told me to come back in the morning. Tried to pay my bill and was told they would get it tomorrow when I came in. Went back in the morning. Was charged $30:00. Great service. I recommend them.
