Matthew was to us within 15 minutes - literally the quickest I’ve ever had service like that. He was very helpful, easy to converse with & even offered to take us to our house & not worry about a ride. Very polite & great service! Definitely recommend (I called 8 other companies and quotes were almost twice as much also)
Called Covington towing when my truck wouldn't start at Buc-ee's on i10, they had a tow truck to me within 20 minutes and got me home for a great price.
Mathew was super helpful and really took care of my car. He even helped me figure out what was wrong, which I didn’t expect at all. Very respectful, affordable, and just an overall good experience. I definitely recommend him if you ever need a tow.
Matt is the best! Really cool guy. Got to me in less than 30 minutes when another company was taking over 3 hours and way more expensive. Covington flat rate was a great deal and a no brainer. Will be recommending to everyone from here on out.
Awesome service. The owner is a good dude. Helped me out with a flat tire on 1960 in humble and he came out there with no problem and got me on my way within 20 min. Would highly recommend.
