Didn’t get my correct information so when I called back to ask where they were, a man was snappy with me and told me he wasted enough time and fuel on me and told me to call someone else. I am a women on the highway stranded and have been here for an hour.
Tow truck driver was awesome but the dispatcher kept calling me and harassing me wanting to know why it was taking so long. He was even trying to get me to give the driver cash. I went through my insurance to get my vehicle towed thinking it was gunna be easier and less of a headache... I was wrong
I found the staff, especially Cameron, very professional and willing to help me with my disabled vehicle. If I ever need another tow, I will be calling them first. Thank you.
Do not use this wrecker services I waited for 3 hours and they never showed up. There excuses was that road side assistance is just a filler for them. So then do not go on the road side assistance, don’t treat people like that. Three hours no show with a child in the heat. Shame on them, I called someone eles within 35 mins they will be at my location.
This guy told me over the phone with out me Evan giving description of the car or plates number vin number that my car was not there I asked how did he know that when I didn't give him vin number plate number or description of vehicle he yelled at me that he knew his business so I just hung up that place is a joke turning into the better business bureau
They are highly professional and quick to retrieve the vehicle I don't think I've ever had a vehicle towed this quick and they were very gentle with my vehicle.
Worse towing company I have ever experienced. 1 time. Got the message about 9:40am that it will take about an hour to hour and a half to get here which they got here more than 2 hours. Guy gets here with a flat bed and a wheel-lift. Here's a picture on how he try to tow my vehicle from the axle. Which ill have the dealership check it and if it's damaged I'll make sure they take full responsibility of it. 3rd very unprofessional.
THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME. I locked myself out of my car they were there in 20 min and had me on the road in no time and the price was reasonable too! I will definitely use them when I need anything! And recommend them to anyone!
Mr James Vaughn was a wonderful help, pleasant, and just genuinely happy to be helping. Not very often you meet someone that works with the public and loves their job. Had my Ford F-350 crew cab long bed 4x4 towed. Office staff was very helpful and professional. They were upfront about the timing and were pretty darn accurate. Pricing was fair. My F350 broke down in a parking lot and being a 20ft+ long truck plus it had to be towed by a medium duty flat bed wrecker, the tow truck driver had difficulty getting his truck and mine aligned and unfortunately popped one of my tires getting it on the truck. When he arrived at my house at my truck he immediately told me of the issue, apologized and said they would make it right. I called Discount the next day, got the price for the new tire and called and spoke to another person before the office staff arrived. He apologized for the issue said they would take care of it and advised me to call the office at 9am when they got there. I got busy at work so the office staff called me, asked the price and mailed me a check. I really appreciate an honest company that admits their mistakes and takes care of it. Everyone I spoke to was apologetic and very professional and took care of the issue in less than 24 hours. Hard to get customer service like that from any company let alone a tow company. Highly recommend.
Fabulous service from Mr. Don Graham, he went the extra mile and did a service that was not requested but he did anyway. I will definitely say that if needed we will use this company again.

I was in a sticky situation with my Lexus. I’ve used grahams towing before but this situation was a first for me. The gentleman took VERY good care of me and my vehicle. I immediately felt the trust kick in. He presented himself well. He was very helpful with the knowledge and got my car to the shop in a good time so the guys at the shop could fix it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who needs towing!
Graham Towing & Recovery was awesome today!!! My truck ran out of fuel and they were kind enough to bring me 2 gallons of diesel. My truck still would not start so they towed my truck to my house.

Called them late at night to pick up a car my son put in the ditch. Was there within 15 minutes of call. Even offered to meet me at a gas station so I could pick my son up on his way to the wrecking yard. Good people, great service. I always call them for my towing services.

There just are no words. I spent 3 hours and 15 minutes waiting for echo Auto towing to come jump my car. That was for some reason who my roadside assistance call 3 hours into it they finally called a second provider and it was Graham's towing as to what I've used them in the past and love these guys they were there in less than 15 minutes and had me headed home. There are not enough good things to say about these guys. If I could give them 10 Stars
This towing company was rude. Cancel my time after I said I was going to call him back. They want me to pay for traffic time and after hours. Which was150 after the insurance.That was for 12 miles wow. Just not good business Peroid.
I placed a roadside assistance request with Progressive and requested service for Flat tire and towing. Don arrived within 30mins but was extremely rude. When he noticed my tire was flat he argued that I placed a claim stating my motor was out. First of all, there wasn’t a selection for “Motor outage” i tried to show him my claim but he stated that he wouldn’t be able to tow me because my car is a front wheel drive and he came prepared to assist with motor issues. He then told me that I would have to call and place another claim. So he replaced the tire with my spare. I expressed to him that my spare tire was 13yrs old and may not be safe to drive and asked if he could just tow me but then he said that he wouldn’t be able to tow me because he came for a motor issue and not towing although my paperwork said FLAT TIRE AND TOWING. It even included my address along with the towing destination. Instead of continuously arguing with Don I asked if he could drive behind me just in case my spare tire popped he then stated that if my tire popped, there’s nothing he could do, I would still have to call and place another claim.
My overall experience was terrible but Don arrived quickly and he followed me to the tire shop. Instead of arguing with me, he should have called his company for clarity.
Graham towing was good, quick and we'll see if they take the SUV to the repair place. I have a good feeling about this place, they are good people. Brain seems like a guy who has been doing this for awhile.
Nobody want to have to call a tow truck but these guys showed up quickly. The gentleman that helped was quick, polite, and we were finished in a matter of minutes. Defiantly using them again when I am in need!
This is one of the best companies!! My daughter locked her key in her car and I called and explained the situation and they had someone there within 15min. I have had to use them another time and it’s always a pleasant experience. Extremely friendly, helps, professional and quick!!!

Would've been 5 stars but the lady I spoke with over the phone was quite rude with me. I needed a car and two transmissions loaded onto a rollback and dropped onto a 48ft single drop trailer for transport back to PA. I had simply stated to her that we could run the bed out and muscle the transmissions onto the rear of the bed in order to load them, and I said that just so everybody understood what i wanted. She gave me an attitude and said "so now you're going to tell me how to do the job?" Took everything I had to bite my tongue. I ran rollback and a heavy wrecker for 5 years so even though I wasn't necessarily trying to tell her how to do the job, I very well could have. Spoke with another gentleman and he was very polite and understood what I needed. The rollback operator was very professional and did exactly what I needed and was very reasonably priced. They did good work so that's what really important to me, but like a lot of other people are saying, some of their personnel need to work on customer relations.
This wrecker service is so dam rude! They have poor communication skills. They do not need to be in business if they do not know how to communicate with the public. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. No wonder why they have poor reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. There are other companies who would appreciate customers a-whole lot more.
If i remember her name correctly, Cameron works in the front desk && she made my visit there great. She have a great personality & made me feel welcomed. Im born & raised in Cali but she gave me a full texas welcome && was extremely nice && respectful. If you go by there, i HIGHLY recommend you to talk to her !
Driver said his name is Tim.. Just got towed from TA travel center to home in Rosenberg.. Driver was very nice and polite and we had good conversation! Made a terrible situation more tolerable.. Lol.. So thank you very much and if we ever need or are asked for recommendation on tow.. I'll be sure to call and/or recommend Graham's Towing of Baytown!
