I would HIGHLY recommend making your first call to Nick at Pristine for any towing needs. He was great to work with, arrived as quickly as he could (which was about 40 min quicker than another place I called). Any towing I need, Nick’s going to be my first call from now on.
I’ve used Pristine Towing a few times now over the years. Nick is always a pleasure. I have a newer low profile car. Without going into all the details, let me just say Nick has the patience of a saint. He pays attention to detail, didn’t drag my bumpers or exhaust(unlike another company we had to use did), kind, respectful, professional…I could go on and on. I always feel like my car is in good hands when it’s in his possession. Would recommend a thousand times over.
So always had a bad idea of towing right? Especially with the shows... but I forgot that they aren't there to just repo your vehicle. Sometimes you break down on the side of the road and they come to your rescue. Well...Pristine towing just came to mine. Called them... came picked up and drove it 20 miles to my house. Found out I was a veteran and knocked off what was a already low price. I definitely recommend.
Nick was professional and easy to work with. He showed up in under 30 minutes and got the job done quickly and safely. As a fellow small business owner, I know how important it is to support local businesses, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Nick again or recommend him to anyone who needs a tow.
Nick, the owner, is awesome! I needed a tow today because my vehicle battery was dead and I couldn’t jump it. He came out to tow my car to the auto shop and was able to jump the car to get it out of park. I no longer need the tow and when I offered money for his time he wouldn’t accept it. I don’t know where you get that level of service anymore, but I will be referring anyone and everyone to Pristine Towing from here on. Thank you so much Nick.

Nick came out and helped me tow my truck when I couldn't get others to even answer the phone. One company answered and said I'll call you back and never did . Nick was at my truck within 20 min. and got my truck towed home within 20 more min. My truck was home. Was a affordable tow and he was very proud and had new truck to get my vehicle home. Would not hesitate to use him or recommend him to others.

Genuinely decent young man who came to jump my car battery. MUCH BETTER THAN THE CRIMINAL ELEMENT THAT KEPT TRYING TO PICK UP THE JOB FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY. Now that I know I can just call Pristine, the next time I need help I'll just call him. I can just pay the bill and submit it for reimbursement. Yea!!

This is what all tow companies should aspire to be. I reached out to Nick (good name btw) after I couldn't get my truck to start, and he replied nearly immediately, getting me on the books for the same day. He had an opening come up sooner than expected, which worked even better for me. He was early, had the truck secured in a minute, and got me taken care of quickly and for a fair price.

Nick, the wrecker driver showed up after I had 2 tires flattened on a back road by Howe. Nick quickly load up the vehicle as my relatives went to pick up 2 new tires. Nick and his shop closed at 6 and by the Nick got everything completed, it was well past 630. Thank you Nick

No fun having car trouble, being stranded late at night... in the rain. Nick with Pristine Towing made it easy! They answered the phone directly, said he would be there in 15 minutes. I was surprised when he showed up on time (this has not been my experience with other companies!!). Nick was very fast, while also being careful not to damage the low-to-ground vehicle. Felt the price was fair as well.
My Bass Boat trailer had the leaf spring snap. Pristine Towing and Nick were friendly, efficient , timely,, and more importantly careful. :-) This lead to an awesome experience getting the boat back home safe & sound!
