Called to inquire about a battery, talked to Joe, nicest guy! He said come on in! I did & Cesar rang me up (great prices, btw) and replaced my battery. EXCELLENT customer service from them both 👏 Both very knowledgeable and friendly! Just a quick drive from Howe and my problem was solved 👍 Thanks again, guys!!
I called in over the phone after I broke down on the side of the road near the shop. It only took four minutes for John to help me figure out the issue that was causing my car to overheat, and find the part in store nearby. Fantastic phone service. Better than most customer service agents I must say. I will definitely bring more business!
I wouldn't give you two cents for the O'Reilly in Anna, TX, but the one in Van Altyne rocks. They talk to you on the phone, give you their personal recommendations, help you save money. They are my go-to parts place!!
My husband ran inside to grab a bulb, and the service was no service at all. They were all too busy on their phones. The store was very clean and tidy, I must say.

Not all bolts are the same, when someone is looking for a hex head bolt and is told to use a license plate bolt which is a Philips head, THEYRE not the same. Learn custom service, respect customers even if they're female
This o'reilly's location in Allen is the place I go for my automotive needs I don't know what if needs they are very knowledgeable with all makes and models of vehicles and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly
Can not praise Becca enough!!! I drive out of my way to this store because she is so friendly and helpful and if she isn’t available every other person has been awesome . It’s nice to see customer service still alive in this store!!! A rare jewel if you ask me!!!
Amazing service with such a polite manager, Becca. As soon as my wife and I were starting our road trip our battery crapped out on us, but Becca was able to provide a good deal for the new battery and even upgraded us for free when it turned out they didn't have the one we paid for. She installed the battery super quick and of course, as she helped us, she was also able to help out other customers. She definitely makes sure everyone is her main priority.
Great selection of batteries, the manager Jake at Van Alstyne location was fantastic his skills and talent was great. Walking in the store was full of positive attitudes very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable in picking what's right. Excellent customer service skills. Thank you Jake! You get 10 thumbs up!
Employees are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Love coming here for all my automotive needs. If they don’t have it they will get it. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile. Awesome service guys!
Joseph and Ashley were great at helping me test the car’s charging system. They also allowed me to park the vehicle there overnight until the auto shops opened. Went above and beyond for service!
I need to give a HUGE shout-out to Joseph and Ashley at the Van Alstyne O’Reillys! I had a battery light come on Tonight on my way to Dallas (literally hours after having bought a battery at another O’Reilly’s) and I stopped to have them check it...turns out it was a bad battery and they switched it out and had me on my way in no time! I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful I am that they took the extra time and attention to detail....it shows that there are people in this world who still care about people! Thank you again!
This auto parts store in VA is one of the most helpful places I have ever been too. Every employee is eager to help and often is cheerful to do it or even wants to chat about it. They generally have what you need and are willing to look up your part if they don't have it and where you might be able to get it. I will continue to shop here for the customer service alone.
Had an issue with an old battery and I couldn't of been happier with the help I received from Joseph at the store in Van Alstyne! He was positive and extremely helpful, I will make O'Riley my only place to shop for automotive stuff. Thanks again Joseph!!
Kristina was absolutely amazing in my visit. She knew her stuff and knew everything thing that I needed. Definitely the one to look for if there is anything that you need. Recommend her for anything that you need.
My wife - who is six months pregnant - and I broke down 300+ miles from home and after spending the night in our car, Kristina and Joseph were absolute lifesavers! They both went so far above and beyond what anyone would expect - Kristina even managed to get a mechanic out (on a Sunday!!) by 10am to replace our alternator for us.
Fortunately, we purchased our alternator from O'Reilly two years ago and it was still covered by their warranty!
Their level of customer service and pure human decency is absolute top notch. Kristina even grabbed us ice cold waters when it began to warm up outside. I would highly recommend this store for ANY of your needs.

This O'Reilly location is great. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have great prices on parts as well as accessories. If there is something you need that they do not have in stock, they will locate it and order it for you.
Well we actually went there looking for tires which they did not have. They did have Chad. And he was more than helpful. He actually followed us back to our car stranded on the highway, jacked up our trailer and removed the blown tire so we could get it fixed. Once fixed, he put it back on for us, helped us get the boat hooked back up to the car, and was just amazing. He was polite, funny, entertaining, and a super positive attitude the whole time!! This world needs more Chads.
