I had gone to AutoZone to check on my battery and alternator. The guy who did my battery test said I had a bad battery and needed a new one BUT that he couldn’t perform my alternator test until AFTER I got a new battery. Mind you I know nothing about cars. Believing I still had warranty on my battery, I asked them to check but it had already expired. I did ask however if I were to purchase a new battery would they be able to install it and they flat out said no, stating that they couldn’t do it bc of a sensor that was on the right corner of my car battery. So I left and headed to O’Reilly where I was greeted by Mr Church he was so sweet, he didn’t hesitate to help me out he went out and installed the new car battery and checked my alternator. He also told me that there was nothing difficult about installing the battery in my car and that sensor just had to be taken out and snapped back in and that he didn’t understand why they couldn’t run an alternator test since it’s two completely different tests. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Highly recommend this location, stop wasting your time at the AutoZone on Texas Pkwy!

Don't like this store called concerning a refund, cashier stated you will receive a phone call back from the manager. Never received the phone call back. Zero Stars
Only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of Terrence.
He went above and beyond to help me with testing and replacing my battery. When I originally walked in, a different employee had verbally told me that they are unable to test my battery because of a new policy they have basically saying they can’t go outside and service vehicles when it’s dark. As I left the store, got back in my car and was about to leave, Terrance came and saved my nite. He was very profesional and kind, had me in and out within 15 minutes. My car is happy.
Great place to shop for auto parts. Their employees are very helpful. I needed wiper blades for my vehicle; wasn't sure how to install them. Their employee didn't hesitate to come outside and install them for me.

I went into this store today in search of a battery for my key fob, but they were out. However, I met this amazing professional kind heart manager Melanie sorry if I did not get your name right. who was very helpful. She told me to come back if I find the battery and guess what? I did find the battery, went back and she fixed it for me for free. I am so thankful for her kindness. She has earned my business anytime I need anything related to car accessories. Thank you once again.
OMG....the ladies there were so nice and helpful!!!! I will make it a point to come to this particular store anytime I need something for my vehicle!!!
I’ve shopped at this location multiple times, every now and then it is a little busy so you have to wait if you need to ask questions. But the people that are there are very helpful and will assist you inside the store and outside with small things with your car.
I would rather rate this place to “0” stars and shouldn’t be in business with the type of employees working there. Alexander who works there had horrible customer service and made customer wait for no reason. Alexander did not acknowledge or greed me and had no interest on helping me or any other customer. I cancel my order and will not give oreilly my business.
The guy working there today Sunday June 7th couldn’t be less helpful if he tried. He couldn’t be bothered by asking a question. I asked if he was going to call me when part came in.....nope! Okay then asked if he knew how this very basic wiper cover goes on nope! The one on settlers way the people working there are so helpful!
Would give a 0 if I could give one. Went in and purchased parts the ignition coils we not available I was told to come back at 3:30 to pick them up they would be delivered from another store. Came back at 4:30 the clerk goes to the back then tells me they didn't bring them they were behind in traffic. I called back at 6:25 pm clerk tells me he had to reorder them some lame excuse that somebody didn't do something! I told him look the shop has my car and I have to go to work just give me my money back so I can get the parts from somewhere else! Clerk tells me they'll be here tomorrow! SMDH avoid if you can! Sales Associate RaJohn was very helpful, effective and very professional. He took the time needed to answer some of the questions I had about the products I was buying.
The worker are always willing and ready to help u, they don't mind checking out ur vehicle or charging ur battery, love the store on South Post Oak/ Court Rd.
Needed a battery replacement. Old battery is still under warranty so I didn't have to spend any money. Easy sign off and replacement. Rajohn is the associate that helped me. Cool guy. Knows a lot about cars. I love O'Reilly.

Refuse to help me put on a windshield wipe that I purchased from an O'reilly Auto Parts. He made all excuses on why he could not do his job. But when another employee help him through the process of customer service. He still complained about helping. I told him I was going to contact his supervisor about his behavior but it appears he did not care. I will not return to this store ever again.
Went in here to pick up a part I had ordered online, and the whole transaction took about 3 minutes. Walked in, told them my name, pick up the part, left to go home. Very well organized, very friendly.
Worse experience I ever had. I had a bought a special ordered part then it gets stolen and the manager Rick couldn't find it when he signed for it. So, I'll be doin business else where. I would shop here but their priorities aren't on the right track.
Under new management. Rick seems to be getting things turned around. 5 months ago would have rated 2 stars. FYI... early morning returns for cash can be problematic due to lack of funds.
The young chubby guy with curly hair gave me the worst experience ever. Funny thing is, while I was there, he gave two other customers hard times. Once the customers left, he talked about them very rudely behind their back. Even his boss looked at him with a shocked expression. He was lazy and didn’t even bother to help me with my car’s problem. I had to go to a guy named Rick to help me just so that I could get out of there ASAP. I live around the corner from this location, and sadly I will be taking my business to Auto Zone (which is further away) from now on.
