This place is amazing!!!! The owners are on site overseeing operation, checking quality and workmanship, they dont oversell and they are straight to the point and honest like your old school local family owned business! If you got car concerns, take it here! They got them old school values and prices that everyone needs. I won't go anywhere but here, even living over an hour away, for any mechanic issues I have. They bring the old school local vibe to the metro. Great job Christian brothers!!!!!!
I ran out of gas this morning and I called Christian Brothers since I was right across the street from them and asked them if they could help me and the young lady Jordyn said that she would send someone when they came! Then Tim showed up and he was very kind and non-judgmental!

From the moment I dropped off my vehicle until the time I picked it up my experience was amazing. These folks really know Customer Service and are so kind and attentive. I thought that Christian Brothers was just a name, but they truly are good spirited people. The whole atmosphere is pleasant ;they have uplifting KSBJ on ??and Bibles in the waiting area.. Nobody likes unfortunate circumstances, however, if ever one arises I will DEFINITELY be coming here for service again.
I had my car battery replaced, though the combined cost of the battery and labor was noticeably higher than what I found online or at other nearby shops.
I had to be towed and chose this location. The people here are extremely kind, professional, quick, and compassionate. They truly live up to their name, playing christian music in the facility and keep a bible open in the waiting area.
What started as an emergency tow turned into an incredible demonstration of regular people truly living what Jesus taught us, offering help and assistance they did not have to offer. They scheduled an Uber to bring me back to my hotel, and made sure everyone who came through the front door felt at home. All around great people and great workers.
After today, I never want to go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. No matter where I am or what I need done, I'm always going to look for a Christian Brothers Automative first, before anything else, to support this brilliant business and hopefully pay them back for how they've helped me when I absolutely needed it.
They stand by their products and service. Something broke almost after a year, and they replaced it for me for free, basically. I recommend these guys.
Very clean shop office, very clean and neat. The employees were very respectful, nice, and polite. The service was great. They fixed my issue with my vehicle, which was super, and they even called me later to ask how things were going. I felt a very good feeling after going to Christian Brothers. I would highly recommend it.
Found my go to car repair place an I must say I'm so happy with the great work they did. The other places never contacts you to let you know the issue but Christian Brothers was on top of it. Thanks Gary an Johnathan for the excellent service ? ?
Over a year later and I am still struggling to overcome bad work they did on my vehicle. I had a major suspension problem that I wanted to handle without insurance. They knew that and I think intentionally ran my bill up. I had to bring the car back into another shop less than 1 month later for an issue they said would resolve itself. It didn't, because they replaced a ball joint with an incorrect size, which is an extremely unsafe condition to return a car in. Now I've discovered they left loose plastic in the wheel well and I will need to replace a tire that was purchased 14 months ago. I WASTED OVER $5K AND A MONTH WITHOUT A CAR. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. maybe they can do an oil change, perhaps a tire patch. CHRISTIAN BROS IS UNSUITABLE TO DO MAJOR WORK.

More importantly they are among the kindest people. Thank you to Jordan and I believe Gary?, the service manager?, who went out of his way and time to give me a ride when I was stuck without one. They're amazing and personable, they won't pressure nor manipulate you like other places. Super cool, keep it up
Normally, I take my vehicles to the Manufacturer for service (e.g. VW, GM, etc.). However, I needed a state vehicle inspection for an upcoming year and I decided "let's give Christian Brothers a try". What an experience. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and detailed.
It was because of that I came back to have my vehicle serviced for a failing battery prior to a long distance trip to the north during the winter (-20 F weather) and I was concerned my battery would be no good after being 8 years old. Along with that service, Christian Brothers told me; "We are going to give your car a thorough look-through to make sure there is nothing else in need of service prior to your trip." All was well and they put a new battery in and sent me on my way.
Most recently I needed new tires on my car. I called Christian Brothers up and they fully explained all charges, details, and service. When I asked about an alignment, they didn't hesitate and put it on my record. The service is something very special and you feel like you are valued when you come to Christian Brothers. They are my service provided of choice on my car.

I recently took my car to Christian Brothers Automotive in Missouri City for an issue with my AC. They charged me $1,500 to replace a pipe, claiming it would fix the problem. However, the AC continued to blow warm air, and it became clear that the issue had been misdiagnosed.
After returning for further evaluation, I was told the problem was a leak and was quoted an additional $3,500 for repairs. This experience has left me very disappointed, as the initial diagnosis was incorrect, and I feel I have paid $1,500 for no resolution. I have since lost confidence in the service provided and would not recommend this location due to their failure to accurately diagnose and fix the problem.
My first time using Christian Brothers was outstanding. We had a competent discussion regarding the possible mechanical issues with my vehicle. They leverage modern technology to provide findings and updates on a regular basis.

Incredibly disappointing. After years of taking vehicles to CBA locations, we won’t be customers anymore.
1. Repairs to our car were not done correctly the first time around.
2. Time frames for work are not dependable.
3. The overfilled lot seems to show they are overbooking themselves and making the experience difficult for customers.
This is actually the best automotive shop I’ve ever been to. First off, the staff was extremely friendly. I went in for a vehicle inspection and was told that it would be about an hour wait, but after talking to a staff member and mentioning that I had work in a couple of hours, he cut the wait time from 1 hour to 10 minutes. I love this place, and I will definitely be coming back.
I have been bringing my cars here for a few years. Recently I had a service performed and it did not go as I expected based on initial convert with the techs and front counter staff. I spoke to a manager and my concerns were heard and he went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. I will continue to bring my cars here, and highly recommend this location as they serve their clients with integrity.
The office staff are always pleasant & professional to deal with. They explain what issues your vehicle may have & what they can do to correct or fix them. You’re usually on your way in the anticipated time frame they give you for making the repairs, unless some unforeseen issue(s) happen to arise.
Good service and good customer service. This was my initial review before my last appointment 12/4/23. There is a lot of back and forth with pricing. 10/24/23 I took my truck in for leak and I was charged 79.98 diagnostic fee and they replaced the washer fluid reservoir. On 11/4/23 I took my truck back in for a leak and was charged a 69.98 fee again so they replaced radiator assembly. On 12/4/23 I took it back in for leak again and was charged 79.98 diagnostic fee again. When I picked up my truck and I was on the way home and I started hearing a knocking noise so I called back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow for them to check out and I did. As soon as I got there to drop off the truck the first thing he said that there was a 79.98 diagnostic fee and I told him that I am not paying another diagnostic fee and left. I took my truck to Christian brothers in Pearland. The first thing there done was walked out to my truck and saw the hood was not closed then he test drove it and there was no more noise and I didn’t pay a diagnostic fee. I called back to the Missouri city location and told them what the issue was and he apologized. They are price gouging with that diagnostic fee and repairs. Every time I sent it in for the leak there was a different problem but none resolved my issue so I will not be utilizing that location services anymore. I am going to notify my credit card and the BBB regarding issues. I am a single person trying to maintain my husband truck who passed away and I’m not getting honesty and that breaks my heart.
It was my first time using Christian Brothers and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. They explained what the process will be and what to expect from them and they also provided a shuttle to take me home so I don’t have to wait there. Shortly after I received a text with a very detailed report of what they found when inspecting the brakes, and someone followed up with a phone call as well to go over the items. They were very honest and I didn’t try to convince me to do anything that wasn’t necessary. I will definitely return to the Missouri City location and highly recommend them!
In truth, I do not see myself ever going to anyone else in the future. The team and service here was simply amazing. They were able to take a very stressful situation and feel completely at ease in getting my vehicle safely back working. I had gone to another supposedly "reputable" place and have had to replace my brakes and rotors twice already within the last year. I called Christian Brothers, they not only gave and confirmed the issue with the previous work, they were flexible and able to fit my repairs in, at a reasonable price. I didnt get haggled, they were friendly, and helpful with getting me back home while I was wrangling a 6 year old in the cold & rain. Thanks to the entire team here, you've secured a lifetime customer.
I went for engine oil and spark plugs. They also did a quick check on my tires. I have been going to this Christian Brothers a couple times and continue to. They offer ride to pick up and have awesome customer service. I have not had car problems after they check it like I used to with other places.
They checked out the problem with my window and wipers with diagnostics and my truck
did not malfunction for them. So they were very honest and treated this with integrity and did not charge us for checking it out. Made it a point to have us call them if the problem returned, and they would check it again.
We are elderly and some people now days quickly take advantage of this fact. Thank you first to our LORD and then to service companies like this place, that are still exercising integrity in their workplace.
