Sun Auto provided excellent service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are well appointed, the waiting room is clean and comfortable, and there’s a play area for the little ones.

Evidently they put 0-w20 in everything. After having an alignment done on my 2012 Altima 2.5s I had them do an oil change. After picking up the car I noticed it would tick like it had a stuck lifter. It's older with around 80k miles and I only drive it back and forth to work so, it sits for several days at a time while I drive the car I actually like on my off days. Figured I'd cross that bridge when I got to it on having a lifter fail and since it was only doing it for a minute or so after starting, I just lived with it for a few weeks until I got to the next oil change. At my normal shop, while waiting I was talking with the mechanic and he mentioned that it sounded like they put too thin of an oil in it and it was all draining off of everything when it sat. That's when I said, huh, and retrieved the paperwork from the last time it was changed (when it was at Sun) low and behold, 0w20 was what they put in it according to the window sticker I had peeled off and stuck to it. 0w20 wasn't even a thing for cars in 2012 so yeah way thinner than the 5w30 it calls for.

I have been to this place when I still had my old Camry car and usually come to this place for oil change. My moms car no longer had the maintenance plan with the place we bought the car so it’s hard for her to find a place thats trustworthy to fix problems of her car. This place is a little expensive within our budget but I’m really glad they always have weekly discounts which is very kind of them to have in order for us to afford the service especially in this economy. We will come back for sure and please never change ur discounts or prices!

Went in for an inspection as a first time customer. Amanda at the front was great at answering questions I had and the wait time was short. Very quick visit.

I was nervous that this place would overcharge because the building is so nice, but the prices were super reasonable!! Lower than I thought. Employees all so kind and helpful, I don’t feel like I’m being deceived like at other car shops. Waiting room and bathrooms clean and updated! I’ve found my new go-to for car stuff.

Especially grateful for Uber transportation. A very nice place to do business with. Communication was A plus and I felt comfortable leaving the car with a reputable company.

Great work and great service. Consistently one of the lower estimates I receive on service for all my vehicles. Never a surprise charge on my bill. I’ve never had an issue with any of the repairs on my 3 different vehicles. Friendly service managers and the shuttle service is also very helpful

Very helpful and quick service. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I did forget to ask if they could refill my windshield wiper fluid, but I thought they would refill it automatically since other places I’ve been to do so without asking. They did not, so if that’s something you need just make sure to ask for it! Otherwise I will be returning.

Came in here for a brake pad and rotor service. I’m quite pleased. Staff is very professional and timely both in and out of the office. Also a coffee machine and a small lounge inside. Would definitely recommend. Also, their customer service, Amanda especially, is magnificent.

Car repairs can be scary, but I feel like the team at this location will steer you straight every time (pun intended ?). Amanda and crew had amazing customer service and were very knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle. Turned out to be very minor, but I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the mechanics. Will continue using this place for my maintenance and repair needs.

Excellent & quick service. The staff was super knowledgeable & even provided me with a full visual/presentation-style breakdown of the things that I needed, along with things they recommend. I really wasn't expecting anything like that and I haven't received anything like that from any other shop I've ever been to. I think that definitely puts them above many of the other shops in the area because the reports tell you exactly why you may need something, when it's best to get it & what it is for in the overall health of your vehicle. I feel like the price was super reasonable and the inspection/assessment was free. I don't remember the name of the man I spoke with, but when I came to pick up my vehicle I was reassured that the things that needed were from normal wear and tear & not neglect. And thank you to Amanda for keeping me well informed & Eduardo for getting my car back to pristine condition. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for any additional repairs or tune ups.

I called ahead regarding issues with my ac and in need of an oil change. I came in after work, I came in to immediate service. Paul was very kind and knowledgeable! He was very understanding of my budget and worked with me more than any other shop I spoke to. (I called 4 places before calling sun auto) THANK YOU PAUL!!

while the owner is very sweet and speaks kindly — which I truly appreciated — that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Unfortunately, their repair quotes were extremely high compared to what I later found elsewhere. If you’re not familiar with car repair costs or parts pricing, please be careful. Their polite words might make you feel comfortable, but always do your own research before agreeing to any quote. What did impress me was how nicely they treat their customers — they are respectful and welcoming. But at the end of the day, fair pricing is just as important, and sadly, that was lacking in my experience.

We’ve been taking our cars to a neighborhood auto shop for maintenance and repairs for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, we’ve noticed a steady decline there in recent years, both in appearance and the quality of service and customer care. We’ve driven past Caliber Auto Care on Highway 6 many times since they opened, and today we finally decided to give them a try—hoping to find a new “home” for our vehicle maintenance. From the moment we arrived, the difference was clear. The parking lot was spacious, and the reception area was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional, especially Jeff, the manager, who was personable and attentive. They were transparent about their pricing, providing detailed photos and clear documentation throughout the process to show the condition of key vehicle components. Their high-quality workmanship, honesty, and thoroughness inspired trust and confidence. We’ll definitely be returning.

I recently visited Caliber Auto Care for front shock repairs on my truck, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional customer service and quality of work provided. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel like a valued customer. They were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the repairs I needed. The technicians clearly explained the issues with my truck's shocks and broke down the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. They were upfront about the cost, and there were no hidden fees—just transparent, honest pricing. I really appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the process, even giving me updates on the progress of the repairs.

Seriously love getting my car worked on here. It's like the waiting room at a spa without the pressure of buying product. They are efficient, professional and courteous. If you have little kids, they have a playscape. Their prices are fair and they get me out fast even though I'm never in a hurry to leave.

On March 5th I gave them a call in the morning for inquiries about oil brand and specs they use, Terry told me they use MOBIL oil and gave me a price. I made a reservation with Amanda shortly after for 1130. While drop off everything seems alright. I checked their bay and all I can see is MOBIL1 oil products. I paid after 45 mins only to find out that they put DURAMAX 5W-30 in my vehicle instead of the 0w-40 MOBIL1 that Terry confirmed with me over the phone. Felt like being scammed. I picked Caliber not because of the price (in fact, their price is higher than some of other shops in the area) but because of the brand they told me they use. Not only I didn’t get what I want but also only to find out after I pay. Bad experience. Btw, on the work order it says check tire pressure, reset maintenance reminder, they did none of those. I reset it myself… Also, there supposed to be 5 o rings to replace on the oil filter. I only see tech change 1. Really not satisfied with the quality of service they provide.

I typically go to this same store to get my oil changed. However this experience was different. I received my oil change and typically someone comes out and let you know the status of your vehicle and or things that are suggested to be replace and etc. This time my oil change was completed, they rolled my car around and let me know I was good to check out. I go to the check out counter and the lady reads out the suggestions for my car and also says your car doesn't have any coolant in it. I asked the lady, why would they drive my car around and say its done if my car doesn't have any coolant in it? She says I don't know but you can get coolant for $24.99 I said okay, then she says but your car will have to wait back in line and they had been saying that they were short staffed and not sure how much longer that would take. I asked again, "If my car has no coolant in it why would you guys drive it around and say it's done?" So then I said never mind I guess I will have to go get coolant elsewhere because its unacceptable that I would have to wait all over again for my car to go back in the service center. Long story short I had to go down the street to get coolant for my car.

I am very glad I brought my car into this place. I was having issues with my car where it was cutting off when I took my foot off the brake and tried to accelerate. I called several Chevy dealerships and they did not know what was wrong with my car or just wanted me to bring it in and pay the diagnosis fee of almost $200.00! I wanted another opinion… As soon as I brought it in to this location and explained the issue to the manager he said he had an idea of what was on but wanted service to check it out to make sure his suspicions were correct. He checked me in and my car was checked out within 30 minutes. When the results came back it was just as the manager suspected.. all I needed was a new battery… and they had the battery on hand. I purchased the battery and they installed it within minutes. I am so thankful to this very curious and professional manager. He saved me so much money and I’m grateful for that. I would highly recommend this place. They are honest and being helpful.
