I had horrible experience. I was trying to get my car towed may 21st, cuz I had a flat tire. Called this towing company to tow me to Firestone so I can replace me tire. The tow truck guy arrived and everything was good up until the tow truck guy locked himself out of his own truck. We were basically stuck for about 3 and a half hours waiting for his company to get him back to his truck. While I was waiting, i called the towing company asking them to sent me another tow truck so I can get towed to Firestone and they guy on the line just keep saying "ill call my supervisor, I will call u back in a few minutes ", but never got call back so i had to constantly call them. It was around 5:45pm now and he finally got himself back in his truck and was able to tow me to Firestone. I called today (may 22nd) and ask for their supervisor and he was extremely rude and told me he will call me back in an hour cuz he needs to find what happened. It been several hours now and I never got call back.

Very unprofessional. Dispatch personnel hung up the phone before i even finished my sentence call somebody else these people suck

Just had a driver from this tow truck company racing another tow truck company almost smashing in the back end of me on 288/Beltway. I was doing the speed limit and he was inches from my bumper and put his high beams on. What a very unprofessional driver representing this company. They had to be doing well over 100mph on the beltway once they flew around me.
