Great Auction to purchase vehicles
But now we are not doing business with them because they ask $3000 deposit to hold it for three months and after finished three months, they still want to keep the money and that was not fair
And I decided not work with them anymore
I donated my car to a charity for Veterans and they picked up my car in just a couple of days! Nelson helped me and made the experience very quick and easy!
Called to purchase vehicle off OVE, was told only can buy through one person / the outside sales rep. Called that number/text that number , no answer, no call back. Several days later and still no return call or text.
Nelson with TX trade services had Great customer service. Communication was on point and he kept me updated when he was on the way to pick up our car donation. He was able to answer our question and after donating our car, we felt great about our choice.

First time attending to this auction online I purchased 10 cars only one came out good the rest all very bad engine knocking or overheating or transmission bad it felt like junk yard when I went there. And I buy from 6 other America’s auctions this one 0 star I will never go back….
The Mexican lady at the front desk with the long black hair that deals with repos etc.. didntt double check her work and gave me the wrong paper to another car. had to go across the fwy to the storage & waited 30mins for them to find a car that wasn't mine. had to turn back around to get the right paper to my car and wait for them to bring it out . I was late for work
Do not buy here. They scam u on cars. They only try to sell the big dealers trade in junk for top dollar and careless about smaller dealers. They only allow big dealers to place cars in auction on Tuesdays and then overprice it. They do not offer mmr on cars while bidding is going on. Terrible customer service. They dont disclose problems with cars. They will even lose your car and won't help u find it. They also steal. Stay far away!!!!
The people who work in the office are absolutely awful. We were there for 10 min before they even helped us and no one was waiting. It was 9:30 am and all they were doing was discussing what they were going to order for lunch and who was going to pick it up. They played on their phones more than they were working very unprofessional.
The worst place to try to locate a car. Terrible customer service. They do not put the cars in the right place and forget trying to get any help. Even Manheim is easier than trying to find car here.

I did Purchase a car 2010 Dodge charger GREEN LIGHT the car has a Structural damage I took the car to the dealership dodge they told me this is the structural damage. I took the car back to America’s auto auction and Irving I spoke with Jose he was saying if you fix it not going to be a Structural damage And if you replace it it’s going to be a structure damage.
That even doesn’t make any sense Beside he was rude. I spoke with the head corporate of Americans of the auction they told me to speak with George the only solution George gives me the general manager is just to run the car again in the auction I told him I want to turn the car back GREEN LIGHT car he told me the same words Jose was saying fix and do t change. They both know The car has a structure damage. No matter what lights red or green or yellow You’re buying through this auction. The car it’s going to be AS IS
Anyways it’s a very bad auction and I will never go there again
The most corrupted auction ever . All the cars they sell have sever problems unannounced. Arbitration manager is a crooked person . If you buying from auction beware they don't accept responsibility about accuracy of any information they provide online. Avoid this auction for your own sake.
Small Auto Auction in Irving they run two lanes on Thursdays there's different auto dealers you can check them out on the internet and it will show you what dealers are there with cars there is really nice cars to choose from and they are priced reasonably the check out when you get your cars to leave is really simple.
