As someone working in the construction field, I constantly need reliable towing and transport for my cars, trucks, and equipment. I’ve worked with many towing companies before, but Midway Towing is honestly on a different level.
Their team is extremely professional, fast, respectful, and always ready to help. They handled everything smoothly and made the whole process stress-free. What really impressed me was how quickly they responded and how careful they were with my vehicles and equipment.

🚫 Caution – Unprofessional and Misleading Service
This company is not a good place to do business with. When I called, I provided both my exact pickup location and the address where I wanted my truck towed. The person on the phone asked me how many miles it was between the two points — something I expected they would calculate since I had already given both addresses. I estimated the distance was about 15 miles and quoted a price of $180, which I agreed to.
After waiting about 40 minutes, the tow truck driver arrived and loaded my truck onto the flatbed. Once we were ready to go, the driver entered the drop-off address into his GPS and told me the destination was actually 23 miles away, not 15. I said I didn’t mind paying a bit more, but I couldn’t understand why the company would quote a price based on my “guess” instead of verifying the mileage themselves.
The driver then pretended to call his boss and came back saying the new total would be $300. I belive this is an exteme high price but since we were already on the freeway with my truck loaded, I didn’t want to argue — but I felt completely taken advantage of.
This was a very disappointing and dishonest experience. It seems like they raised the price simply because of the type of truck I was driving. Beware of this company and its drivers. Their pricing practices are misleading and unprofessional.
Had a flat tire at 3 am. Dispatch told me 30 minutes Ace showed up in 15 minutes he was a God send! He took me to a 24 hour tire shop but the couldn’t change the tire because I had a bent rim that couldn’t be repaired he told me since he should’ve noticed upon inspecting my vehicle he’ll tow me home at no additional cost. Great conversation. Awesome customer experience! I used them the next day to tow it to repair new driver but same great experience!!! 5 STAR SERVICE‼️‼️‼️‼️
Quick, understanding and easy. Tow went above and beyond to meet my needs and took me directly to a place that was able to fix me up at 3 am for no extra cost, even though it was further away than the place I requested. I was quoted near 150 (great price) for a 2-6 mile tow & he made sure to wait and get me somewhere else if the place was not able to fix me up. Arrived within 30 minutes after sending location. Definitely reccomend for DFW/Downtown area assistance!!
I was on the side of the highway with a sliced tire and this service pulled over to assist me! They drove me to the nearest tire repair shop and made me feel super comfortable and safe! I would 100% use them again!

I booked through “towtally reliable” via email only and everything was great. They guy was helpful and gave me a price that I accepted. Day of move of a forklift I start getting calls from midway (which they didn’t address that they were a different company) saying they were running behind. No big deal because we were feeling pressed on time also. Time comes and they pick up the forklift and take it to its destination . Price quotes via email was $275. At drop off they request $320 which was not agreed on. Thai company claimed to not know the man I booked with or the company. So how did they know my location to pickup then? Refused to budge, got rude and I had to pass the phone off because I was livid. I even emailed them the ONLY communication I had had before they headed to me and they would not honor it!
It was good experience for me first time call to tow my car Midway towing response me on call and after 15min I got tow truck with a nice driver his name was Mahmud with good experience he helped me out thank you for your service 😊
After my wheel snapped off I called midway only ones to answer out of the 10 that I called before and took them 20 minutes to get me they were quick fast and efficient and took care of me highly recommended using!
Aladin was Very nice driver. Knowledgeable, courteous, clean cut. Turned out he lives in my neighborhood! I’m glad to now have a contact for a reliable towing service in my phone.
