I experienced a flat tire on the highway, with my rental. I was able to get off and reach the closest gas station. From there I was looking for Towing services, Andy's came up as being one of the closest, so I reached out and confirmed where I was for pickup. Told me and estimate about 1 hour. He arrived sooner and I was able to return my rental. The experience was very easy, and price was not bad. Overall, a great experience.
After being on the road for 18 hours, I called two other towing companies who promised to come but never showed up. I was exhausted and frustrated, but then I called Andy’s Towing — and he was ready to roll right away! He told me not to worry because he was already on his way, and sure enough, he made it to me in just 30 minutes. He was professional, kind, and reliable — everything you need in a moment like that. Andy's is truly the best for heavy duty towing. He came 80 miles away in the cold and rain to tow me back to Dallas and the price was wonderful He didn't try to rob me like many tow companies did very nice and professional. Thanks Andy's Towing and recovery.
