the owner is a lier and wont honor a quote over the phone, tells you he has what you need at a fair price then raises it when you get there, and then didn't even have the engine! absolute waste of time.
Best Salvage yard in Dallas. Really went out his way to help me after my car accident for my wheel. This business showed me that regardless of where you’re at customer service is what makes a buisness a level ahead others. Highly recommend.
If I could give no stars I would I called I was put on hold and then when they got back on the phone I said what I was calling for and the guy hung up in my face. I called back and asked again for a battery for my international bus the guy told me he had one for $2000. I repeated myself to make sure he heard me correctly and he said it again with sarcasm in his voice and rushed me off the phone.
Update After Response: As you can see from their response. Their customer service is horrific, your admitting to telling someone that’s the price when no vehicle battery costs that much. You were going to charge me $2000 for a used battery? I bought 2 new batteries for $92 apiece. I would stay away from people like this and I pray that this review helps someone. WOW!!!
I called and asked for a part. The guy told me they had the part I needed for a good price. When my husband went to pick up the part they couldn’t find the part and when he did find it. The part was rusted and no good. He still wanted the same price for it and when my husband said no the part is no good. The guy got upset and started talking about my husband in Spanish to the other employees. Bottomline they are rude people and sell unusable parts.
I had called to find an particular part. The person who answered the phone said they had one for a good price. I asked her what kind of condition the part was in, she put me on hold to check. Minutes later she hung up on me instead of telling me the comdition of the part. I tried calling back several times. No answer. I finally was able to get through, but they immediately hung up on me. That is no way to run a business.
It is interesting and a telling sign whenever someone has a complaint about them, they accept no responsibility, and instead try to blame the person complaining. This is no way to run a business. I was not treated well on the phone, and you turn the tables on me and blame me for possibly just having a bad day. Shame on you.
This place was amazing. The owner and his staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help. I went in for a couple items and was able to find exactly what I needed. Could not recommend them more.
How do you apply no stars lol. Place is genuinely horrid. I drive 27 miles to purchase a part they said they had and they didn’t, you have to pay to view a part… he let his “friend” simply go through and look. Time being there the owner was laid back smoking on his sofa- how professional dude .Waste.of.time.
Blonde hispanic lady(thinking she white) Very rude. You can tell she don't like her job No experienced what so ever.. they want to charge 20 just to go to the back and view part.. They had it posted as good condition I drove 15min. It look like they used it as a floor mat.
They sold me a part as an assembly we agreed about the whole thing as an assembly they brought it broken and missing the top part of it and they wanted 85 dollars more for it. On the phone and car parts or was showing the whole assembly for 180 and they wanted 85 more and the dude at the front desk became so rude and his whole mood shifted and the lady asked me to get out just because I asked a very simple question which was: on car part it shows the whole assembly for 180 now you want 85 more? That’s it. They became aggressive and asked the owner which I believe Iranian he started saying somethings in his own language. Very rude very disrespectful and so unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to any one.
Update: No Sir or Maam, I am definitely not a competition cause you and your rudeness will never get near me. No I am not going to call when you told me a week ago to get out of your business that was the response I got so why call when you kick me out?! This is an honest review and no it’s not fake. Over and out.
Real people. Super nice. This man went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed to get my beloved car back on the road! I don’t care what you negative posters say! This place is awesome. If you want something for nothing then don’t go shopping. This place has good parts at market value so stop talking trash about good people.

Out of state buyers just don’t even bother. Parts guy wants you to pay through Zelle which isn’t really an issue . It’s more so their crazy shipping prices for items that weight less than 4 pounds . Take your business esle where
Very expensive and unknowledgeable. This is a perfect example of a so called “business” that doesn’t have to be around , se habla poco Ingles , no tiene modales and on top of everything, they act and picture them selfs like a gang of bad hombres from south of the border , but I think I was treated better as a customer in Mexico compared to how I was treated here . I am quite positive that they are paying people to leave good reviews..
Save your money and support a business that respects their customers. This people are very rude ,don't answer their emails and don't know the difference between a dash panel ,dash pad or dash vents ..very unprofessional and they hang up the phone when confronted .Probably this attitude works out well in Mexico but won't fly in TX..
Update : They call me back right away to ask me why I leave a bad review ,trying to blame me that I leave bad reviews for everybody and that I am a bad person that hates everybody ..lol.. One golden rule when you have a business is that you have to listen to your customers ,do what you think is right but listen to the customers ,the guy is telling me that he is paying $40 an hour for his people to check the parts on his cars when in reality probably he pays some poor illegal immigrants $10 per hour under the table.Not my business and I wasn't born yesterday to believe all the lies , maybe tell those stories that you pay $40/hour for your workers to someone who may want to believe you, definitely you lost my business ( but I know, you don't need my money because you have mucho dineros anyways , right? )
Bad service, prices was changed, over the phone Something else when you show up at the shop. Something elyes ,owner was very rude. Employees was very rude. Not helpful at all. I don't recommend anybody. Merchandise was not the same as promise over the phone, When you Google website looks very professional and nice. After you show up at the shop, it's a completely different story.
Lady on the phone was rude and refused to help out. It’s ridiculous that they want you to pay before you buy and won’t show you the part or tell you the color. I was trying to buy a bumper but needed to know if it was the right color and they refused to tell me. The bumber is already more than if I bought new at dealership so it would only be worth it if it was the same color I need. Only place I have bought parts that doesn’t let you see the parts before you buy not even a picture.
You must be mentally challenged brother. Because you don’t make any sense. You want to change people to tell them the color of a part? I have my own business and I really don’t understand how you are still in business. I could never treat customers the way you do. I was not asking for a discount I was willing to pay full price if it’s the right color part. What part of that do you not understand? Luckily I went to another salvage yard and bought the bumper the color I needed. And guess what? They didn’t charge me to tell/show me the color of it.
I called and Shaw answered my call and I asked for the part I needed. He was very helpful and when I got to the place my part was literally waiting for me. He was very helpful and answered other questions I had. The best thing the part was in almost new condition and very inexpensive. I 💯 percent recommend this place if you’re on a budget.
