Found a car I was interested in here and went to check it out. The people were very friendly and helpful. Got a reasonable price on the car and the man at the front desk (I don't recall his name) was very upfront and transparent about everything. I really like that this isn't just like normal car dealerships where there's a salesperson pressuring you to make a decision the entire time. I will definitely be coming back at some point. Our auto body repair shop is owed storage fees for a totaled vehicle that Prestige picked up back in September. I have talked to several people at Prestige and I keep getting transferred around to different departments. There was a woman in dispatch, that I spoke to about 2 1/2 weeks ago who told me she was going to figure out how to get us paid. She asked me to send a copy of our invoice to their dispatch email and she would take care of it. I've sent the email twice and have never gotten a response. That woman has never called me back and now when I call to try to talk to dispatch, I am put on hold for several minutes and then my call is sent directly to voicemail. I left another voicemail yesterday and still haven't heard back from anyone. I just want a response and resolution to this matter. Thank you!

Thieves and liars absolutely correct. Do not buy cars from here. There is guy skinny and wear glasses he strong arm people and try to extortion them by holding there tittle and ask for more money after the final sale and receipt.
I wanted to look at a vehicle that was locked and the person at the from desk did not give me his name but he was bald and fat told me they were not giving keys because they were about to close there were 40 min before closing so I asked the person I was with if he could try and that same person gave him the key to the vehicle idk what he thought when I went to go ask but that was very unprofessional of him I’ve gotten 3 trucks from them never got treated that way
I lost a quarter bus I paid for at the prestige auto brokers in grand prairie and was never compensated for it. Beware.A lot changed after mr Pete retired from this establishment.
Bad service I try to order again on this place but i guess I'm gonna chance and go to the university cause when i call this place and try to place my order the employee was saying that the address didn't appear on his system, and he told why u not place ur order at the university.... I really love pizza hut but this place is the worse place
I have dealt with these folks for years and have nothing but 100% positive experiences with them and their staff. They tell me what I need to know every time I ask and the process is quick and convenient. They help me make money by answering all my questions fast. GREAT COMPANY to work with, you should too.
This company sells mostly damaged vehicles that need collision repair. The problem is with their prices you end up paying retail for a salvage vehicle. I don't know how they are still in business.
They want to sell like if the cars were new lol
and they say prices are negotiable buys that's not true .I told a lady that work there I like this car I told her if the price was negotiable and she laughed and said no and she went on telling me like 5 times plus taxes plus taxes I was like how rude and i left .
Good fair prices if someone wants a car who can fix a few things themselves

Best prices despite not having dealer license I have purchased 5 vehicles in last 10yrs all of which served my family and I will. Ask for Jerry always willing to negotiate, you really get lucky if owner is in TOWN.
Bought a Cadillac CTS-V from these guys. Read another review on here about Richard's shortness; Richard is definitely short but I consider it to-the-point and no nonsense.
They drove the vehicle to a shop for me to inspect as a pre-purchase inspection.
Ended up closing a deal, and brother has bought two cars from them since.
