I have dealt with Eagle in Grand Prairie since 1998. They offer great prices and great service. My representative there is Debbie and she goes 200% above and beyond my expectations every single call. If I have an issue finding a part, she will not stop until it is located, ordered and delivered to us. Her customer service skills are exceptional.
Great shopping experience! Debbie was knowledgeable, the service was quick, and I found exactly the car part I needed at a fair price. Everything was smooth from start to finish. One of this company’s delivery trucks cut us off while I was driving with my family. The driver responded with aggressive braking, which was unsafe and concerning. I hope the company emphasizes road safety and consideration for other drivers.
The staff is not friendly at all. You walk in, and nobody acknowledged or greeted. I get it. everyone is busy. People answering phone calls, two front desk people stapling and talking about invoices, it was noisy too. Somewhere between 5-10 mins , I finally got asked what I needed in a not so friendly matter. The part I got one was damaged right from their warehouse. Thankfully, we decided to inspect before taking it home. The replacement part they brought was also damaged, but this one was minor from what could be seen. Needless to see, it did have more damage upon further inspection. The reason why I didn't give it a 1 rating was because the prices were decent.
Debbie is the best! She has always been my go to for all my wholesale parts, I can throw a list of parts at her and she will come back with all the prices in the matter of seconds. Best customer service around!
My boyfriend went to return parts and he said they have very bad customer service. He said the front clerks were very rude, had an attitude. They told him him they didn't have the money to return the parts and said to come back in a few hours, when they just gave money back to 3 other customers. He had to drive back an hour away and come back the next day. The next day he came back and they opened his UNOPENED/UNUSED parts to make "sure" they were unused. And when it was time to get his money the men at the desk didn't even give it to him, it was a lady that wasn't even working at the desk. Wouldn't recommend!
Rode with a friend and her daughter to Grand Prairie to this auto part store. The three men at desk were cute, friendly and you should ask for Eddie! But seriously they know their stuff and are very helpful.
Sold me one of their delivery vans. They said the transmission was replaced 6 months ago by Sanchez Transmission in Garland. I brought it to the Dodge RAM dealer for a thorough inspection and they told me the transmission has serious internal damage and needed to be entirely replaced, that there was no way the transmission had been replaced. So either they lied to me or their mechanic lied to them, either way, pretty dishonest.
Went in and bought a fender Erica at the front was probably as rude as it gets..! The rest of the staff was helpful and informative. Cheap prices too !
Always have great prices and quality. Been dealing with the company for years and all the staff have been great. The sales reps and drivers are always friendly and polite.

If they had a place for zero stars, I would have picked zero. Absolute worst company I have ever done business with. The attitude in and around this place is the absolute problem with "new age America". After driving an hour to pick up my part (bumper cover) I was sent home with a bumper cover to something completely different. When I called to start the rufund process, I was questioned, "Why did you not check out the part before you left"? That's why I paid you, my friend,that's your job, to give people the correct part the paid for. I did check it out, but I am not a paint and body genius,"THATS WHY PEOPLE PAY YOU, FOR YOUR SERVICE, WITH THE HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT THE HECK YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT", Not to be made fun of and ABUSED VERBALLY when you are incorrect and blame the customer, whom is still chasing the right part. Apparently, getting people's money and sending them down the road is more important than PROVIDING A CLEAN/SMOOTH SERVICE. This company is not American owned and operated which is blatantly obvious, and IM JUST WARNING YOU........BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Excellent, new after market right front fender for my '97 Ford F-150, was pre-painted w/primer, boxed and ready for painting/replacement onto my truck. Very friendly, organized and professional business with body parts for sale. Some new, some salvaged, but had already been pulled if salvaged. No pick & pull your own! Good inventory system for quick reference to see if they have a part in stock. Wholesale prices made it that much better, as I love saving money on parts when possible. I was very pleased with the set-up they had. They are located in Grand Prairie, TX for local pickup, but delivery and shipping are available. You probably won't find a more affordable place, as thier name implies!! Thanks Eagle autobody parts wholesale for helping me in my time of need!
They have good inventory and reasonable prices. Their customer service used to be great, but recently they have become very rude and unwilling to help. Such a shame.
This place is perfect whenever I feel like I want to be treated like dirt. Only nice guy is Larry but others are worthless. Gave me the wrong part as well..

Order a 2006-2011 HHR front bumper (CAPA) Certified. When we got it the E-coat had a run in it. I found odd but a quick sand and it will be gone. When my guys started sanding the run out, they notice fish eyes in the e-coat all over the place. when we look closer at the bumper we saw someone try to bury the the fish eyes with more e-coat or primer. I called to get new replacement bumper and explained to guy working returns. He wasn't getting it, then I said sir just send me a replacement bumper and pick up the old one. He refuse to see me new one because it was a low cost bumper. What?? Low cost bumper? I purchased a product from your company and something wrong with it and you now wont return it or exchange it. WOW.. This guys was rude from the moment we started talk over the phone and turn out he is the supervisor. The called ended with the guys saying, "WE WILL NEVER SELL YOU PARTS AGAIN AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE BUMPER"
We called and confirmed parts were in and drove over an hour to get there. Once on site they told me they closed early. They didnt mention that over the phone or I would have saved the hour drive and the gas. All the staff was still in the parking lot drinking beer. This will be the last time we ever use them for parts. Terrible customer service and drinking where customers can see you!!!
Great experience with eagle auto body. Had to give them five stars due to the excellent customer service, price, and end product. I just picked up a bumper for my 2006 Acura TSX and couldn't be any happier. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of good QUALITY auto body parts.
Spoke with Eddie, Unfortunately they don't carry the part that I needed but he was very polite! And for someone who's been calling many junk yards it was nice to hear someone speak to you with good manners!
A great small auto-body shop that was able to work with all necessary parties to get me back on the road ASAP. I was always kept in the loop as to my repair progress and could not be happier with the final product. As a small business they work their hardest to satisfy customers in a difficult mountain setting that limits access to parts/convenience.
They suck. My transmission was delivered to them on march the 30 by mistake. They took it and sold it. They have cost me 3 weeks in rental car. I have 2 yr old triples and a 3 yr old. They refuse to return my transmission or compensate me for it. I will be filing small claims and calling police. But in the mean time I have no vehicle and can't afford to keep rental anymore and another transmission will cost 1000. So far in out 2200 because these dishonest thieves kept my transmission and sold it instead of returning it.
