I was stranded late at night after my car broke down on the highway, and the towing team arrived much faster than I expected. The driver was extremely professional, friendly, and handled my vehicle with great care. The whole process was stress-free, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service from start to finish.
I had a boat trailer tire blow out on me on an on ramp to I75 and this fine gentleman stopped on I75 to see if I needed help. I had a spare tire and a jack but the throw was too short (or so I thought) to lift the trailer high enough. He came over with a couple of boards and knowing how to extend the jack's throw. We changed the tire and I learned a few new tricks. Never asked for anything just was lending a hand to someone in need. If I ever need a tow company in the future I'll be using them.
