Little rude and not taking your delivery at all if you don’t have appointment

If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 5, I would. You're on hold for at least 15 minutes before talking to anyone. Then they transfer you through a half a dozen people with no resolution for the issue I called for. All I needed was a return label and spent almost 2 hours trying to do so. Finally someone emailed me saying there is a process. I wish someone would have told me that to begin with! We will probably NEVER see our money back from these scam artists. No one ever does. That's why this company has a 3.7 rating. I work at an autobody shop and no one here will ever order from this place again. -5.

My shop ordered a part based on a quote they supplied an insurance company with. The part was wrong, we attempted to have them send the correct part, they did not complete the order. We were stuck paying rental for a customer and had to order the correct part from a different vendor. Now they are refusing to send a shipping label and are requiring us to pay to ship the wrong part back. Stay away!! If you must order, stay away from Renee and Aryial, and be wary!!

I sat on the phone for 35 minutes on hold. I called for an ETA on ONE part. That is ridiculous to sit there for 35 minutes just for a part ETA. I also never even got my ETA update.

Driver Cecilia is very punctual and check parts before singing ! Very responsive and respectful! Need more drivers like her. Will recommend! How ever I don’t like the restocking fee they charge to send parts back !

I work at an auto mechanic shop. I call to see if they have the parts I need and they do so I say I will be the in 30mins they say ok. I shut the shop down drive to the place only for them to tell me the parts are in austin.so I shut down my shop and drove all the way up there for nothing please do better.

Parts keep coming in damaged, return process is terrible. They make you use a broken website to return items and only give 48 hours to return damaged parts. Half of the parts I've ever received from them have been damaged. Wouldnt order from them unless you litterally can't find the part anywhere else, and if you do, inspect the part immediately before you pay the driver.

They have got everything you need there. Great great prices. They have brand new parts that are cheaper than what you can buy in a junkyard. You do have to drive a little ways to Grand Prairie but it is well worth it plus the savings are unbelievably awesome. The staff is friendly and they are quick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with my stuff paid for the transaction everything. I'm telling you I will never go anywhere else but there for something significant for my vehicles

I am with USA AUTO COLLISION CENTER and I am trying to do more business with your company but some times when you call the person that answers always puts you on hold after he gets the information. He does not even let you know you will be put on hold. All the sudden you just hear music and are like wow he put me on hold and never told me to hold. I am talking to me self apparently. This is very rude and unprofessional. I know for a fact one individuals named is Clyde. He has a terrible habit of doing this. I recommend=d always asking for Blanca. She is always polite.

Good experience. Called for some headlights and the first time I called someone there told me they didnt have them. 2nd time I accidentally called and the sales person Felipe answered. I asked again for some headlights for my Mercedes Glk and told him “I already called and they said you didnt have them” he said “let me check again for you. And guess what, he found them! Gave me a good deal, and went to the store. When I got there another sales rep told me they didnt have them. Good thing I remembered the names and told them I spoke with Felipe. I went over to him and he said he had them. After waiting a bit they brought them out! Now I can drive my car. Would give 5 but 2 people said they didnt have. Thanks Felipe.

Horrible customer service, they charged us twice for a part when we sent both parts back with the driver since they did not work. Supposedly they can’t find the parts so now it’s our problem and we’re out of the money since they won’t take responsibility for it. Do not do business with these people, there are much better companies to get your parts from.

Just ok customer service on placing the order. They were specified by insurance company because of low cost. The part we received was poor quality and did not fit the vehicle. The returns process was slow, and argumentative. I would not recommend.

This place not even worth a one star they are very bad store to get a auto body parts from, they have the worst customer service I have seen, specially the manager. She has a bad attitudes. They gave me a prices for 3 items and they want to charge me more money when I got there 20 dollar each item and when I talk to the manager , She supposed be nice with me because I upset and make me calm down but she told me GET OUT and told her employee don’t sell me any part. The manager should be in-charge and have a professional customer service scales how to deal with all kind of customers but this one she is not .

This place is not even worth one star. Had to return a bumper cover $190.00 because it was wrong and they gave me credit for a $55.00 spoiler. Claimed I only returned the spoiler. They give you no paperwork to back up any returns. If you return parts with these crooks, take pictures of what you return and get the driver to signed something with the invoice number and part number on the original invoice.

This is one of the biggest auto parts warehouses I have ever seen. The prices are amazing compared to the dealerships. Reid and Victoria have been very helpful!

I bought a part at this place and it went out in less than 6 months. they would not give e my money back nor replace the part 162.00 thrown in the trash. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS NOR ALLOW MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO GET BROKEN PARTS HERE. August 31 I got the part January it was not working.

Great prices and really friendly sales staff. Even afterwards I called back thinking I had a problem. They helped look up part numbers knowing it was something they couldn't provide. The guys out side helped out a lot with getting my parts loaded and we'll protected. The only bad part was the older guy at the counter was really blunt and not friendly at all. I think it was his lunch time though.

We have been doing business with National for many years and have always been taken care of. Problems are rare, but taken care of immediately if needed! Prices are fair, staff is very helpful, and will continue buying parts from them!

When I was searching around for a part for my car and came across National Autobody Parts they were the only one that had my part for a sports car. I even called them a few times on the phone and spoke to the same guy and he was pleasant and very helpful not to mention that they had the best prices. When I went to get my part I met up with the man I spoke with on the phone and again he was very helpful and knowledgeable about my part so I was glad I came across National Autobody Parts and saved myself lots of time and money.

I have been doing business with National Autobody for more than 15 years. They have all the parts that I need and always have great quality. Their staff is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to making sure I get the correct parts that I need. Thank you for being one of the best aftermarket supplliers available to me. I love the quality and fit of all the parts I get from National! I work in a collision shop and we never have any problems with them. I speak to Patti regularly, and she is extremely helpful and thorough every time I order parts. Fast delivery, great customer service. I highly recommend them!!

I have been in the collision repair business for 40 years so I know a little bit about parts. While National does not sell the worst quality parts they are very close. The problem I have with them is they won't stand behind their parts. If there is any problem with them, you're screwed. The insurance company designated National as the vendor. I purchased a chrome bumper. The customer would not accept it because the chrome finish was inferior. When I returned it they claimed that it was damaged so they brought it back to me. I asked them to point out the damage and they couldn't. I returned it again and they told the insurance company that I had dented the bumper. If you want cheap quality at a low price I would recommend New World. Their quality sucks too but their prices are even cheaper than National and they will stand behind their products.

Very rude. Employees have no sense of customer service or respect. We placed an order for a bumper cover, and they sent us the wrong one. We took the bumper back in order to exchange the incorrect one, They did not take the bumper back due to lame excuses like it being a little dusty from attempting to be installed by the body shop. We have bought scuffed up bumpers from this place before. We asked to speak to a manager and the owner came out and didn't even want to assist us or compromise with us. We were humiliated and cussed at by the owner. Now we are left with a useless bumper, and no refund, and no bumper for the vehicle which was in need of it in the first place. Seriously, you would be better off taking your business elsewhere!

We ordered a left and right hood hinge for our daughters car. My husband went to put them on and realized 1 of the hinges was completely wrong. We talked to customer service, who in turn transferred us to Clyde. His paperwork showed they sent out the correct parts. He had me take a picture of the hinges and email it to him. Almost immediately called me back and said he was shipping the correct part that day. We were very surprised and happy with how quick they were to fix the problem! My husband just put the hinges on and they fit perfectly!

Reid is great(hope i spelled his name right) Extremely helpful even though they didn't have the part I needed this time. Best parts for the money. Great customer service. Anyone who has written a bad review is just mad because you can't go in the warehouse and haggle. Grow up Jeez/.
