Pablo auto shop is a scam body shop. Do not believe the instagram followers. Owner - Emma also known as EMG worldwide on snapchat used stolen & junk yard parts on my truck. I had to spend over 5k to correct all the bad work done at the dealership. PLEASE do not bring your vehicle here for repair. Owner is a crooks.
Will have your vehicle looking like it needs to go back to a body shop. Definitely Money Hungry, Went In For Front End Repair, Felt Like They Overpriced but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. sure enough the repair wasn’t complete, they claim to use “New” parts but they’re used. I was still missing parts & they wanted to charge extra to complete the repair. Communication w/ them is terrible, definitely check out other options before coming here.
Let me just say i got The best service ever upon taking my car to get some body work done not to mention the price was unbeatable and the turn around time was exceptional Pablo fixed & replaced my bumper within 24 hours I will be doing buisness with him from here on out for body work & mechanical services
OMG I will come here every single time for any thing dealing w my car. Great customer service fast friendly and easy. Literally drop my car off and walked into my garage and they called saying my car was finished and ready. I love the great customer service and my experience was 5starsss!!!
Will never go back. Had to wait 3 weeks when they said it would take 2 days. They said they would give me some sort of discount when it was don't because I tried to get the car back as it just sat there for over a week. Once the job was done he tried to intimate me and said he would call the cops. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Pablo is the man I have been to the shop twice thanks to Dallas drivers, they are the most dangerous. Him and his staff always treats me well and his prices are reasonable and I’d recommend him to anyone, check the pics like it never happened.

Good body work but aside from that everything about this place from (especially) their customer service, down to their lack of common courtesy, overall absolutely stinks. They just expect you to expect them to know what the problem as they don’t walk you through any sort of process, also make sure that if you happen to use this business to make sure to have all of your necessary documents to your insurance because the owner isn’t going to help. Do not recommend.
The owner is very rude and money hungry. He made me pay upfront and charge more after. I should had known not to pay in full or to do business with a man that look at my Instagram. Like every time I called or reached out it was a problem or attitude towards me. I it wanted my car fixed. And the loaner car stink for days. The hassle is not worth it especially performing a job that I did not agree to and he knew I told him I can go somewhere cheaper to reprogram. My dealer (Toyota) charges $140 to reprogram and he charged me $575…
My engine was bad he came to tow the car for free to his shop double check to make sure it was an engine i needed he helped me find a used engine with less miles and installed it in less than 3 days am back on the road doing my uber i love them everyone there is nice and friendly they will always get my business
I got 3 quotes from different body shop then i found them on Instagram he charged me less than all the other body shop and my charger came out way better than what the other shops was talking about doing forever going to them
Love the owner he so nice and friendly he did my car fast and cheap and gave me a loaner car while it was getting fixed love them i will always recommend them to everyone
I will forever come here for any body work. They have my salvage title car looking brand new as if it came from the dealership. The people I bought the car from originally just slapped a bumper on but Pablo Auto Body fixed everything from my fame work to the electrical problem with my A/C nobody could fix my a/c but Pablo Auto Body did and at a affordable price. I will always bring any car to them in the future for any problem. Great customer service and awesome car repair work.! 🙂 They also give you a loner car so you can still do your day to day life while they fix your car.
He told me my car will be ready in a week and it was ready in 3 days and he gave me a free loaner car to use while they fixed my car all my dents was repaired and i had a new paint job i love my car now
