This organization is amazing. It started with Stacy answering the phone and then the gentleman that helped us unload all the items we were recycling. It wasn't just that they did what they advertised, it was that they did it with a smile and a helpful attitude. They were informative and answered our questions and helped us with the items we need to recycle.

Over the years I had collected 5 hard drives and a laptop that needed to be destroyed and recycled. The experts say you should never throw a hard drive out. I called Jocelyn at Erecycler and she quoted me a very minimal cost for the destruction. The Hard Drives were destroyed in front of me and will be recycled. They will also provide you with a certificate of destruction. Very easy to work with. Benefits: Peace of mind knowing your data is destroyed. Recycling and protecting the environment.
Stay away from purchasing anything from here. Listings are not as described and customer service is very poor. Having to file a claim since the company failed to respond to my messages. I could not be more disappointed in how the entire process is being handled.
Good thing PayPal make sure companies like this do not cheat their customers.
I went into this place a few weeks back and just loved the professionalism of all your employees. The girl at the front I believe her name was Selina..she was So professional and kind!! I will definitely keep coming back to recycle all of my unwanted electronics.
I've dropped off electronics here and they were always happy to take them off my hands. I've also purchased an laptop from them and it works great. They have a lot of different electronics for sell as well.

Erecycler is by far one of the BEST recycling companies we have done business with! They provided amazing customer service and were very fast. The new manager, Lauren, is GREAT! She was very nice, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She set me up with their recycling coordinator, Kioshie, who was very easy to work with and provided excellent customer service as he took care of all our recycling needs!
Being in the Real Estate industry, it's a pain having to haul away old/broken appliances after each lease year, that's where Erecycler came in and made it very convenient, fast, and easy by hauling off all the recyclables we had. It makes us feel better knowing that these appliances will be recycled and reused instead of just being thrown away. We will continue to do business with them and spread the word that they are FANTASTIC!
I have purchased several items from the store at E-Recycler. Each time, the employees were helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. The store itself is very cool, the inventory is always changing, and the prices are unbeatable! I've never personally "recycled" any equipment but love the fact that they destroy hard drives and recycle everything! Very recommended.
I searched all over DFW for a legit place to recycle my old PC and TV. I called them to get directions the receptionist was very helpful and informed me that there is a $5 fee, because of the lead in the TV. Once I arrived the process was quick and I was on the road in 5 minutes. Highly recommended!
By far the best recycling company we have ever worked with. These guys picked up an entire truck load of scrap computers and electronics we have been accumulating over the past few years. Erecycler sent a crew out and they carted everything from our storage space into their truck and hauled it away. We even got a nice recycling certificate to display in the office.
This company does not care about the customer as soon as they get their money from them. Do not shop here unless you like getting ripped off. Also, Gabrielle is an employee of erecycler, so the feedback left by her shouldn't be trusted.
